The apartment is through with living room (sofa bed), open kitchen facing the sea on a terrace of 10 M2 not overlooked with garden furniture, 1 bedroom with balcony overlooking the mountains, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom. water. The parking is covered and private. The shops are nearby. The car is not needed during your stay. A deposit of 400 Euros is required upon arrival.

Le logement est très agréable et bien conçu, la vue sur la mer, et son accès direct sont un plus, mais la rue est un passage permanent de véhicules, et les restaurants du pied de l'immeuble augmentent le bruit ambiant. Difficile de profiter de la terrasse. Heureusement que la chambre est située du côté jardin, avec un magnifique vue sur le Canigou.

Appartement très agréable dans une résidence bien tenue

La résidence est très bien tenue et propre. L'appartement est agréable , pratique et joliment meublé. La clim n'est pas utile, il suffit de penser à baisser les stores à certaines heures. Le parking Couvert est un Atout appréciable, surtout en août. En fin de haute saison, il manquait de plats creux, genre saladiers. Mais la seule chose qui m'a vraiment manqué, c'est la wifi, bien que je le savais quand j'ai loué. Donc je ne peux pas me plaindre. J'ai passé un excellent séjour.

Excellent apartment. The view from the front balcony is magical: the sea, the golden sand beach and the human activities. When the front and rear balcony doors are open they act as natural air conditioning by allowing the cool breeze to circulate through. Excellent TV with over 20 French channels only. The seating is not comfortable at all. The build in balcony parasol is broken and there is no parasol in the apartment that can be taken to the beach. The lighting is very poor. On arrival we found in the fridge only one bottle filled with tap water . Do not expect from the owner that nice traditional French welcoming. Once you are given access to the apartment, do not expect any help or information from the owner. Once you step outside the apartment you can find find many restaurants and all kind of shops. Canet is beautiful and quite little village.

We did enjoy the stay and the view. The inside secured parking was great as well. The view in the VRBO ad is exactly as the unit is except for two things: there was no bright sunshine only mottled light, and the Sea was always amuck with waves during our stay. The drop down metal window covers very well blocked out light and gave a good measure of security. The accommodation suited our intents for this stay. We were able to cook meals readily. There was a dearth of toilet paper. The bedding was sketchy at least.

From our front balcony we watched the sun rise over the sea, from the rear balcony off the bedroom we watched the sun set over the Pyrenees. A perfect location within seconds of the beach, restaurants and bars. The supermarket a few seconds walk away stocked everything we needed, the pharmacy was also very close by. Secure underground parking was an added bonus.

Très joli appartement, idéalement placé avec toutes les commodités sur place, ce qui est très appréciable en vacances. Jolies vues aussi bien de la terrasse que du balcon, un bel endroit pour se reposer.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. An der Strandpromenade gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants,die zum Verweilen einladen, von denen jedoch keine Lärmbelästigung ausging. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Leider kein WiFi.

Super appartement conforme à l'annonce, vue splendide, plage et commerce a proximité, nous avons passé 2 semaines géniales dommages qu'il y ai eu beaucoup de vent sinon à recommander à 100%. Appartement très bien équipé et jolie décoration. Famille de 4 personnes.
