About this house rental
The house is located in the heart of our village of Samoens in a quiet location. You are about 50m walk from all shops, activities, entertainment and the ski bus which is regular (every 10 min approximately) and free. In 2 minutes you are at the main gondola (Grand Massif Express) to get to the Grand Massif ski area.
It also has the advantage of having behind it a private field which turns into a giant toboggan run and playground in winter, enough to keep children and adults busy.

1 laundry room (1 washing machine + 1 dryer)

On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm + 1 bed 90x190cm + 1 office + balcony
1 bedroom (1 140x190cm bed + balcony)
1 bathroom (1 Italian shower + sink + WC)
1 bathroom (1 bath + sink)
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90x190 cm)
1 bedroom (2 beds of 90x1980 cm)
1 bathroom (1 Italian shower + sink + WC)
To sum up, we have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
We can accommodate up to 13 people, with a baby, or we can provide a cot and a high chair.
We rent only weekly for the duration of the school holiday periods from Saturday to Saturday.
The price includes the tourist tax, the supply of bed and bath linen.
The rental must be returned in perfect cleanliness, a deposit of 150 € will be requested at the same time as the deposit.
As well as a deposit of 800 € will also be requested at the same time as the deposit and returned on your departure if no loss, damage or default is noted.
We will be happy to welcome you in a friendly atmosphere, so that you have a wonderful stay with us.
