It is located 40 meters from the patrolled beach of La Govelle, also famous for its waves that surfers come to enjoy when the sea waves a little.
It has access to Tennis.
More than luxury, it offers a really great location in the middle of a protected nature. (The whole area is without pesticides).
This is an open and airy home, which receives sunlight from morning through the kitchen, on a first terrace of the home and on the back terrace gets the sun in the evening until late at night.
The house has a simple pleasure garden with roses.
Around, all the wild coastline boasts superb investment, which, year by year, allow bikes, walkers to enjoy remarkable leagues in this part of the coast, 2 kilometers from the classified Bay (one 40 of the most beautiful in the world) of La Baule.
The beautiful medieval town of Guerande (and its collegiate rich), the cities of fishermen Croisic of Turballe, salt marshes, Great Briere north of La Baule and its myriad of channels through the marsh, offer a swarm of activities on a space really reduced.
Here, everything can actually be done by bike.
