Resting over three floors, this cottage sits within the South Devon seaside town of Salcombe and sleeps eight people throughout four bedrooms.

A traditional, three-storey holiday home set in the coastal resort of Salcombe in the South Devon AONB. Find four bedrooms inside which include a double, a twin with an en-suite, a further twin and a children’s twin room, there is also a family bathroom and a shower room, the property is able to sleep eight people. Inside there is also a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with an electric fire. The exterior offers a courtyard with furniture and a sun terrace accessed from the sitting room. Seagull is a charming home-from-home enjoying an excellent South Devon location.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
