Smelly room due to unfinished maintenance

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Two bathrooms a bonus.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment #808 at a cost of $245 for the night last night Sat 13/4/24. We are extremely disappointed that there were unfinished repairs happening both inside and outside the apartment. The apartment was smelly (wet, mould smell) and cold with a draught coming from the open wall. We were not told in advance of any maintenance works and were not offered any compensation for this. The apartment was definitely not at the standard to be charging the full price with these incomplete works. Extremely disappointing.

We had a great time.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was great - everything worked well. Good location. Great Pool.

Car park was hard to navigate. Staff were a little unfriendly on arrival.

Met my needs.

The property is very convenient for my work location when I am on that side of town. The property is clean, this is the second time I have stayed at this location, and I will stay again. It is also very quiet.

Wi-Fi would not work. Otherwise, the property fulfilled all my needs. The carparking is little confusing as I did not see any staff only text messages so clearer instructions would be good.

Not a very good experience, will not come back unless an upgrade is done.

Location is ok, there is a big shopping center crossing the road. Free parking is available with limited space.

The room service is bad, we found most of the stuff in the kitchen was not cleaned. The bathroom is always wet, and the garbage bin is super tiny. No air-condition in the bedrooms.

Will stay again when at the next conference.

Brilliant Location, close to everything we needed (Hwy, Conference, Shops, Restaurants, Clubs). Surprisingly quiet for a main road.

I wish the bed was more comfortable, too soft for a recovering fusion. Also a scourer, for easier washing up. Yes, there was parking. However, it was so hard to find the correct spots. Please sign post them BETTER. The fob detector is on the left of the carpark and seems like a very stupid location.

Great location, close to shops and Dandenong ranges. Spacious apartments with all comforts and very helpful staff. Foxtel, washing machine !and drier. Will stay again. Thanks.

The location was good for what we needed to do.

Only 3 pillows per bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The frying pan was in a disgusting state and should have been in the garbage. The apartment needs to be repainted and the carpet needs replacing. There are no tv's in either of the 2 bedrooms.

Value for money. Well priced for a 2 bedroom apartment. Had to stay out that way for a child's sporting event. Walking distance to Westfield Knox.

Didn't feel very clean and comfortable. Laundry was smelly and showers had clumps of hair in the drain. Some stains on the sheets. Cigarette butts on the balcony. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience but was hoping for a bit more cleanliness.

Great location oppersite knox city. Room and bed comfortable queen bed no king beds available Gym and pool on site. We had a one bedroom apartment. Parking safe and under building at a cost. We went back for a second time on our return trip. Will stay again.
