Villa 6-8 people in Agay. Exceptional location less than 2 minutes on foot from the beach (no change in level to access it) and 1 minute on foot from the shops, in absolute calm and in the countryside. Single storey house with 3 bedrooms (modular beds 1 double bed / 2 single beds) including a master suite, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs. Large living room with large picture window with garden and sea view, sofa bed and air conditioning. Fully equipped American kitchen. Sea view terrace. Garage, Mediterranean garden of 500m2 with children's play area. Magnificent Baumette beach 200 meters away (gentle slope, ideal for children). Small shopping center 100 meters away (mini-market, bakery, fishmonger, local wines, restaurants, etc.). Optional linen and towels package. Villa classified tourist residence 3 stars.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Agay
Das Ferienhaus ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Der Meerblick ist besser als erwartet und unsere Enkel haben sich sehr über die Schaukeln im Garten gefreut. Es gibt auch eine große Garage für 1 Auto, so dass wir beide Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück parken konnten.
Unschlagbar aber ist die Lage des Hauses. Mehrere schöne Strände, auch für kleine Kinder, sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In ca. 2 Minuten erreicht man ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit einem sehr guten Bäcker, Metzger und einem kleinen Sparladen mit täglich frischem Obst und Gemüse.
Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei unserem Gastgeber Emmanuel für die immer schnelle und herzliche Kommunikation. Er fand auch für Extrawünsche immer eine Lösung.
Auch die Kommunikation mit Claire, der Verwalterin vor Ort, war unkompliziert und das Ein- und Auschecken problemlos.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour, la maison est conforme à l’annonce, très fonctionnel et propre. L’équipement bébé est très appréciable. La maison est par ailleurs très bien située, à quelques mètres de la mer. Enfin les échanges avec l’hôte ont été très agréables. Bref nous recommandons cette maison!

Schönes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Auch der Garten und der Ausblick zum Meer sind super.
Sowohl der Kontakt zum Besitzer als auch zur Concierge war super, beide sind sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Meer, Berge, alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile. La procédure d'arrivée est très claire et l'arrivée autonome est un plus.
Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé. Il est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage de la baumette et des commerces, mais il est au calme dans un lotissement (on n'entend pas la route!).
Le terrain est clos et la balançoire a été très appréciée (nous étions avec notre fils de 4 ans).
Bref, on reviendra avec grand plaisir et on recommande les yeux fermés.

Très bonne expérience
La maison spacieuse, propre, et bien équipée de tout ce qu'il faut. La communication impeccable avec l'hôte attentif à nos questions et besoins. Le quartier calme et vert, toutefois près d'un supermarché, une boulangerie, une pizzeria, et des restaurants- tout à une minute à pied. Deux minutes à la plage avec encore deux restaurants. Belle vue sur la baie, aussi très bien placée pour decouvrir tous les uncontournables de la région.
Un peu loin de Luxembourg, mais bon- ça valait un voyage et nous le ferions encore. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'un des meilleurs de tous nos (nombreux) voyages. Un choix recommandé pour des familles, ou pour des groups des amis. Merci beaucoup

Pefekte Lage, perfektes Objekt, perfekte Betreuung, mehr geht eigentlich gar nicht, wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wenn es irgendwie klappt gerne wieder mal dort Urlaub mahcn.

une pensée au petit écureuil du matin
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette grande et magnifique maison , à la décoration contemporaine , avec une jolie terrasse donnant vue sur mer et un très beau jardin . Comme elle est également occupée par les propriétaires , elle est parfaitement équipée . La jolie plage de la beaumette se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied , de même que la boulangerie ( important pour les bons petits déjeuners du matin, avec l' écureuil … ) , il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité , pas besoin d aller loin pour faire ses courses . Cette maison est vraiment très bien située , pour sa plage toute proche , pour faire des randonnées dans le massif de l' Estérel , ou nous avons croisé beaucoup de sangliers , et il y a une grande diversité d ' autres plages le long de la baie d ' Agay , jusqu' au Dramont , et dans les calanques plus ou moins sauvages , le long de la corniche d ' Or , pensez à vos masques et tubas , il y a beaucoup de choses à voir sous l' eau ! Dommage , nous serions bien restés plus longtemps , car la maison et son environnement sont vraiment magnifiques , nous espérons revenir un jour , en attendant nous vous conseillons cette location à 100 % ! Aucun point négatif ...

Parfait
Nous avons passé un peu plus d'une semaine dans cette magnifique maison qui répond largement à toutes les attentes d'une famille avec enfants.
Que ce soit en terme de surface, d'agencement ou d'emplacement, c'est le lieu idéal pour profiter de la plage (5 minutes à pied) ainsi que de Saint-Raphaël et ses alentours.
Le propriétaire et la personne en charge de l'entretien de la maison sont très sympathiques et serviables.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir dès que possible.

Für uns Perfekt!
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern und den Großeltern dort und haben wundervolle Tage verbracht. Emmanuel - der Besitzer - war im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthalts immer ansprechbar und super schnell im Antworten. Claire - die Hausverwalterin - stand uns während unseres Urlaubs bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Das Haus hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts.
Der Strand war fußläufig trotz zwei kleiner Kinder sehr gut zu erreichen und ist sehr schön.
Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful house with all amenities
This is a great house with everything you need. The kitchen is great but we spent most of our nights on the patio with a view of the water. Just beautiful. Great location to visit many towns and places of interest. Would stay there again

Outstanding place to stay for visiting the Cote d'Azur, right in the middle of St. Tropez and Nice
The house is absolutely amazing! Nice view, large living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, stylish furniture, parking place (even a garage), outside terrace, BBQ, child swing, two bathrooms, extremely clean... Last but not least, the landlord is extremely friendly and helped us a lot with directions and suggestions. I really recommend the house!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Unsere Erwartungen wurden wirklich weitestgehend erfüllt. Die Beschreibungen sind zutreffend, besonders die Ruhe in der Siedlung und die Nähe zum Strand. Das Haus ist offensichtlich erst kürzlich frisch renoviert worden. Der Wohn- und Gemeischaftsraum könnte gestalterisch allerdings noch etwas Zuwendung vertragen. Die Ausstattung ist neu, jedoch fehlt die eine oder andere Gardine und etwas Deko, es würde dann nicht ganz so nüchtern wirken. Die Ausstattung speziell in der Küche ist vorbildlich, sieht man von fehlenden Eierbechern (wohl etwas typisch deutsches) ab.
Bei einer Gebühr von 200,00 Euro für Wäsche und Endreinigung hätte ich mir bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt einen zweiten Satz Handtücher und Geschirrtücher gewünscht.
Eine Belegung mit 8 Personen kann ich mir nicht gut vorstellen (2 Pers. auf dem Schlafsofa im Gemeinschaftsraum).

Très belle maison avec vue sur mer ainsi que sur l'Esterel
On se sent tout de suite à l'aise dans cette belle maison spacieuse qui est équipée d'une cuisine avec tout confort. On était deux couples et on a bien profité du joli jardin avec vue sur mer.
Le propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute de ses vacanciers.
Avec les deux salles bains ainsi que les belles chambres à coucher je ne peux que recommander ce lieu.
C'est un point idéal et central pour des excursions sur la Côte (bus et train).
Aux alentours proches on trouve tout pour les besoins journaliers (journaux, aliments)
Une belle maison où on retournerai à tout moment.

Großes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Strand und Supermarkt zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Hervorragend war die Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Nice house with new and modern interior, close to the beach, close to a grocery store and a small collection of good restaurants in a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay very much and the service and response time from the owner was excellent.

Que de bonnes surprises. Maison superbe, encore plus belle et lumineuse que sur les photos. Endroit magnifique - tant la mer que la montagne - et calme, loin des clichés de la Côte-d'Azur surpeuplée. Propriétaires charmants pour la préparation du séjour. Seul regret : la prochaine fois nous resterons plus longtemps !

A delightful place to stay
Recently my family and I stayed in the Villa Agay for a fortnight and enjoyed a most agreeable stay. First of all Monsieur Beaudoin, the proprietor, was very helpful answering all my questions concerning the house and surroundings which are delightful. Secondly we were met, on arrival, by private concierge Catherine, who was charming. The house is beautiful and has been furnished very tastefully. A five minutes walk takes one to the beach or to a small shopping mall with a restaurant with everything necessary. The house is situated in an residential area and therefore there were no disturbing noises. All in all a wonderful place to hopefully visit again.
