Green screen in an old farmhouse, house with enclosed garden of around 500 m2, private parking, terrace, access to large swimming pool (15m x 6m) with secure fence, playground, ideal for large families or groups (Maximum of 12 people ). House completely renovated in 2015 and classified 3 stars, composed: a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a wc on the ground floor and upstairs: a living room, three bedrooms, bathroom with wc separate.

Très belle propriété !

Très belle maison, sur terrain très jolie ment arboré ! Piscine immense avec abri pour être à l'ombre. Très bonne literie ! Le seul bémol, nous pensions avoir 5 chambres fermées, mais il n'y en avait que 4.Peut être à spécifier sur les annonces en général. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ! Merci

Op een heerlijk rustige locatie met groot zwembad

We hebben een week genoten met 12 volwassen. Binnen is het huis niet erg groot, maar we leefden vooral buiten. Het zwembad is erg groot en heeft ook een veranda met voldoende schaduw. Eigenaar woont achter deze vakantiewoning, is bereikbaar, maar daar heb je geen last van. In een kleine 25 minuten rijd je naar de zee. Lekkere week gehad

Countryside retreat near the sea

Lovely place for a family holiday, although bit of a squeeze for 10. Up to date kitchen diner but a lack of lounge area, particularly for a large family. First floor bedrooms are accessed via the old turret - not suitable for the infirm, although the ground floor bedroom makes a great 'granny annexe'. Lovely pool but very little shade. Parasols needed. Ideal area to stay. Very quiet road but only 10 minutes from Talmont and 20 mins from the beach. Don't miss Puy du Fou and a visit to La Rochelle.

A wonderful family retreat

A wonderful family retreat

As a party of 9 (6 adults & 3 children) this was a great place for us to spread out and also have family meals together, both inside and out. The size of the pool is fantastic and we had hours of fun using it. The location was a little more remote than we had expected which meant it was really quiet and peaceful but it did mean we had to drive to the boulangerie for our daily baguette & croissants! Talmont St Hilaire is a lovely town about 10 mins drive, with a large Super U supermarket and just 10 mins further on is the brilliant Plage du Veillon beach. We would definitely recommend La Guigneraie.

Great stay for large party

Great stay for large party

We were met by the owner who showed us round and was very kind. The place is beautiful and with 6 children with us, the pool was much appreciated! Location is superb, in the heart of the countryside yet only half an hour from the beautiful beaches. Talmont itself is an interesting place to visit and In would recommend visiting the night market in the summer on Wednesday evening at the port - a really friendly place. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

Belle maison de caractère. Terrasse très ensoleillée. Grande pièce de vie parfaite pour 12 personnes et cuisine toute équipée, il ne manque rien. Coin chambre isolé dc parfait quand vous avez plusieurs enfants. Très belle piscine ms non chauffée dc trop froide pour se baigner. Les enfants ont quand même mis les pieds dedans. Maison au calme. Propriétaire tres accueillant..

The best place & best holiday!

This house is one of a kind allowing us to have the best holiday in the most beautiful of places. We were a group of 10 with 4 adults and 6 children. The house and grounds were more than large enough for us all. The children absolutely loved the swimming pool which was really big and Lovely temperature. We sat outside on the patio for dinner every night and the area is so quiet and peaceful. There's so much to do nearby which we did by going to the beach, kayaking and a trip to puy du fou Park (an absolute must!!). One of the best holidays we've had and so many happy memories for all of us. We will definitely come again!

Très bon séjour

Pour commencer la maison est conforme à l annonce. Logement propre, très agréable et fourni tous les équipements nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La piscine est très grande et non chauffée donc un peu fraîche si le temps n'est pas avec vous! Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de nous baigner. La maison est isolée, vous ne serez pas embêter pour les voisins mais à 10 mns du centre ville et 15 mns de la mer. Pour finir les propriétaires sont très gentils ( nous les avons déranger 2 fois pour leur demander des broutilles et nous avons toujours été reçus avec le sourire) En bref n'hésitez pas.

Nous sommes 10 jeunes de 20 ans et nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques. En pleine nature avec un décor des plus plaisants, le gîte est largement à la hauteur de ses photos. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, discrets et restent à proximité en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons ce gîte à toute personne souhaitant passer du bon temps, en famille ou entre amis, au milieu d'un havre de paix...

Excellent sejour !

Excellent sejour dans ce gîte magnifiquement restauré ! Nous étions 3 familles de 4 personne et l espace etait largement suffisant, avec tout ce qu il faut en ustensile, et mobilier de confort ! L accueil est chaleureux et le propriétaire de bon conseil ! Nous avons adoré ! Grâce au beau temps nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur qui est également très bien aménagé avec le nécessaire pour qu e chaque génération puisse de détendre : piscine, balançoire, barbecue.... Nous n y avons passé que 2 jours et de nuits et cela fut bien trop court ! Nous le recommandons et nous y retournerons

Accueil chaleureux, très calme, état neuf, avons passé un excellent séjour : une semaine de neuf à onze personnes puis sommes restés une semaine supplémentaire à 4 adultes et un bébé. Très belle piscine disponible à 100/100 proche des Sables d'Olonnes ( zoo, aquarium, rues commerçantes, port...) dégustation d huîtres sur conseils du propriétaire... À recommander.

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans ce petit corps de ferme tout juste refait à neuf, bien agencé et confortable. La fraîcheur est garantie par l'épaisseur des murs et la grande piscine, quelles que soient les températures estivales. Les espaces extérieurs sont eux aussi très agréables et bien entretenus. Ns recommandons cette location aux amoureux du calme et de la campagne, avec néanmoins toutes les commodités et loisirs à 20 minutes max: plages, piscines, commerces, parcs de loisirs pour enfants, ballades...
