STUNNING SEA VIEW For your holidays in Brittany, the TY COAT PISCINE cottage is ideally located in the heart of Morlaix bay. PLOUGASNOU - Facing CARANTEC and ROSCOFF between the tip of FINISTERE and the GRANITE ROSE COAST. Comfort and careful decoration, eco-friendly wooden house. Private and unlimited access to the indoor heated pool. "Seasonal rentals in all seasons" Sea view Beach on foot 5 mins Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday Very nice semi-detached wooden house, with an exceptional view of Morlaix Bay from all rooms. Private aquatic area inside the house. You can relax by taking advantage of the private indoor pool (depth 1.40m) heated all year round. A small fully enclosed garden, facing south-west, will allow you to enjoy the sun until sunset. Nearby, the GR 34 hiking path will meander you along the coast and its beaches. You will embark by boat from the port of Diben located 2 km from the house to the Château du Taureau. At the end of the dead end you reach on foot the very sheltered beach of Ty Louzou. You can reach the restaurants (crêperie / mussels fries / pizzeria / seafood) in Terenez in 15 minutes on foot. You will enjoy from your sofa a superb view of the bay of Morlaix, its islands and the magnificent sunsets. Picturesque village at 4 km, fishing port at 3 km and restaurants at 2 km, local market on Tuesday morning. House 6 people, 3 bedrooms, with a sea view. Private parking. Wifi internet access. On the ground floor: - private aquatic relaxation area with heated swimming pool, shower. Large picture window overlooking the enclosed garden. Seaview. - living room with television (TNT channels). Très Agréable Séjour
Maison très agréable, avec sa petite piscine très appréciée. Vue magnifique, accès à quelques minutes (à pied) à une crique magnifique, joli morceau de cette Bretagne qu’on adore.

La baie de Ha Long
Dix jours de bonheur dans cette agréable maison avec piscine à 29 °, une vue très large sur la baie aussi belle dans la brume que par beau temps, un lieu apaisant, zen, petites plages et sentiers au bout de l'impasse titillent la curiosité pour découvrir cette belle région et profiter de beaux coucher de soleil. Agnès nous a accueilli chaleureusement et généreusement , vraiment c'était parfait.

Urlaub im Mai
Sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Lage und fantastischen Meerblick. Wanderwege sind direkt vor der Haustür, ebenso das Meer mit Strand. Die Sauna, der Pool und der Billardtisch sind natürlich auch super. Agnes war sehr hilfsbereit und unklompliziert.

Wir kommen gerne zurück
Vom Haus aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Auf der Terasse kann man die Sonne, Ruhe (kaum ein Auto fährt vorbei oder auf das Grundstück) genießen und gemeinsam essen (Platz genug). Der Spaziergang zum Meer (man hat die Wahl zwischen 2 Buchten) dauert mit Kind etwa 5-10Min. Der Wanderweg an der Küste entlang ist traumhaft schön. Das Haus liegt nur knappe 10 Min. vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Es liegt auch toll um Ausflüge zu starten. Der kleine eingezäunte Garten mit Sauna genügt zum Spielen. Außerhalb des Hauses ist noch eine große Wiese mit einigen Schafen (Highlight für die Kleinen ;-)).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sehr sauber. Das Schwimmbad war größer als gedacht und sogar in einer noch eher kälteren Jahreszeit warm genug. Wir haben die Sauna und das Schwimmbad gerne benutzt.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Ein winziger Kritikpunkt: Es gibt im Erdgeschoss keine Vorhänge, wenn die Sonne gegen Abend unter geht, sitzt man drinnen schon sehr geblendet am Esstisch. Am Abend ist es auch etwas ungewohnt ohne Vorhänge gemütlich vorm Fernseher zu sitzen ;-)
Wir haben das Haus weiterempfohlen.

Vraiment idéal, la vue la plus belle que l'on ai de la baie de Morlais, calme, reposant, douillet.
Un vrai nid pour ce ressourcer, balade, plage à 2 min à pied, piscine intérieure, sauna..... :)))

Schöne Tage in Ty Louzou!
Wir haben wunderschöne und entspannte Tage mit zwei Teenagern über Silvester verbracht! Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und man erreicht einen kleinen Strand in zwei Gehminuten. Von dort aus gehen in beide Richtungen schöne Küstenwanderwege mit tollen Aussichten auf das Meer. Zum Aufwärmen ging es danach in die Sauna und dann in den Pool. Der Kamin sorgte abends für wohlige Wärme im Wohnzimmer. Dazu kommt eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin, die bei allen Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Vielen Dank an Agnes!! Auf Anfrage wurde uns sogar ein Raclette zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, um tolle Gerichte zuzubereiten. Alles in Allem ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt, der für uns eine Pause vom Corona-Wahnsinn war. Merci beaucoup!

Magnifique propriété très bien située à quelques pas de la plage
Malgré le temps capricieux, nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à la piscine couverte, la table de billard et le sauna. Les possibilités de ballades et d’excursions sont nombreuses (GR 34, Roscoff, Morlaix, …), sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux et flexible avec cadeaux d’arrivée. En gros, tout parfait

Absolument parfait!
Notre séjour au sein de cette magnifique maison fut tout simplement parfait. La maison correspond en tout point aux photos bien que ces dernières ne reflètent pas la vue époustouflante dont jouit la maison. La maison est au calme, dans une impasse, à quelques minutes à peine de la plage. Outre cette localisation parfaite, la maison est bien équipée et vraiment propre, ce qui, en cette période actuelle, est particulièrement rassurant. La literie est vraiment confortable et les chambres spacieuses. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout surtout quand le temps est un peu capricieux! L'accueil et la bienveillance d'Agnès, la propriétaire, constituent un atout indéniable! Location à recommander sans la moindre hésitation et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Superbe vue, cadre idyllique
Nous n’avons qu’une envie c’est y revenir. La maison, la vue, l’emplacement idéal pour les départs de Randonnées, des couchers de soleil magnifiques, la piscine, le billard. Tout a été parfait on s’est senti tellement bien durant cette semaine. Un grand merci pour l’accueil,et nous avons beaucoup appréciés le cidre et les petites galettes en cadeau de bienvenue.

Un cocon breton
Cette location est idéale, encore plus hors saison, car elle permet de passer un séjour excellent même quand le beau temps n est pas au rendez vous: piscine chauffée, poêle à bois, sauna et billard. La vue sur mer est superbe et les promenades côtières sont revigorantes. Je recommande vivement !

Une semaine au top!
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison avec une vue à couper le souffle, proche du GR34 pour faire grandes ballades à pied ou en courant.
La côte est vraiment belle, et l’endroit est relaxant ! La piscine pour les enfants ( et pour nous!) à permis aussi de passer de bons moments!
Allez-y sans réfléchir vous ne serez pas déçus !

Trotz der widrigen Umstände haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es liegt herrlich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Vermieterin Agnes ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Kommunikation vor der Reise mit Agnes war unkompliziert und mit kurzen Reaktionszeiten.

MAGNIFIQUE maison avec vue extraordinaire. Proximité de sites dans une très belle région à découvrir. Plages sauvages et restaurants à découvrir.
Propriétaire disponible et charmante, avec sa gestion de la maison très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de super vacances. Piscine super appréciable et le billard pour des soirée magiques.
