🥨 In the heart of downtown Colmar, this 165m2 duplex has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which as well as a living room are air-conditioned. Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work. With these 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.
It is composed at the first level:
🛋️ an air-conditioned lounge/dining room, with a double sofa bed,
🍽️ a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed (not air-conditioned, presence of a fan for your comfort),
🛁 a shower room,
🚽 a separate toilet,
Upstairs, you will have:

In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

This property has many advantages. It is close to everything in Colmar. With the spacious layout, it worked for us as we were 2 couples. The lift did not work when we arrived, which made carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs difficult. The owner did ask about any issues and when told about it, it did get fixed within the next day. The stairs up to the second floor of the apartment could be an issue if someone cannot do small stairs. It was a wonderful place and I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in Colmar at the "Bloch". Very spacious and modern . Had 7 people stay and there was plenty of room for all. Lots of great restaurants close by as well.

The apartment was great. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was perfect for us. We had a few problems with communication. The directions to find the apartment were difficult. It would have been much better to have met at the booking office and have someone show us how to find the apartment and also answer any questions about the apartment itself. The town has a lot of pedestrian streets and we were unfamiliar with the all of this.. It took quite a while to figure it all out on our own.
We had a problem with air conditioning which was resolved when I called. But we could never figure out how to make the dryer work on the washer /dryer unit and by this time we gave up on contacting the management company. They did help us when we locked the only key they gave us in the apartment.. They sent over a person to get us in, which was fortunate.
As I said, the aprtment was good.. but the communication coulf have been better.
