Marvellous house near Inca, up to 8 people can enjoy the country life and the private pool.
The 9x4m pool with a depth of 1 - 2m is the main feature of the outdoor areas. It is kept clean with chlorine and has child protection. On the pool terrace there are up to 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a lawn area where the children can play. Under the porch you will find a table for outdoor meals and right next to it a fixed barbecue.
The 170m2 of the house are distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor you enter the living - dining room, furnished in a rustic and functional style. In the colder months you can heat the living room with a wood cooker. Sit down for a while to watch satellite TV or gather your family and friends at the dining table for 6 people. From the dining room you access the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to prepare your favourite dishes. The kitchen has access to the terrace. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. One of the 4 bedrooms is located on this floor and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub completes the ground floor. Going up to the first floor you reach a second living room for reading or hanging out with friends and the remaining 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed each, the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, all have a wardrobe, and fan. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. If required we can prepare a cot and high chair for your baby.
The house is situated 2.5km from the town of Inca in the centre of the island. All the necessary services for an independent stay can be found in the town. Interested parties will find a wide offer in leather trade, culture and history with its three late gothic and baroque churches dating back to the 13th century and nightlife in the area of the Plaza del Angel with bars and terraces. The traditional market day is Thursday and apart from local fruit and vegetables you can find clothes, souvenirs and accessories. The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia, which are half an hour's drive away. In the west of the island you will find the Tramuntana mountain range with many points of interest; don't miss "Sa Calobra"!

Old house that should be better prepared to receive guests

Absolute Privatsphäre an der Unterkunft, alles war super sauber und typisch spanisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Magdalena ist eine sehr liebe, engagierte Person! Durch das abgelegene Grundstück kann auch bei laufender Musik niemand gestört werden. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe. Der freundliche Wachhund auf dem Grundstück hat sich immer über Streicheleinheiten gefreut.
Die Schafe, welche direkt am Haus stehen, brüllen auch nachts unfassbar laut. teilweise sind sie ausgebrochen und haben dann noch mehr gebrüllt. Außerdem beginnt der Hahn (es gibt Hühner und Tauben) teilweise nachts um 3 zu schreien. Der Lärm war wirklich schwierig. Der Pool hätte öfter gereinigt werden können.

“Très bonnes vacances entre amis loin de tout et au milieu des animaux qui nous ont accueillis comme leur propre famille. Ce fut très reposant et dépaysant. La propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande fortement. Petit conseil : louer une voiture car on est loin de tout.”

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions 2familles avec 2 enfants. La maison est spacieuse . Elle se trouve dans une zone isolée, une voiture est donc indispensable. La piscine est super et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympathiques. Les enfants ont aimé les chèvres, chiens et chats à proximité du logement ( attention les chèvres sont très matinales. ) Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie mériterait d’être changée dans deux des chambres ( surtout pour les personnes sensibles du dos, et du bruit des ressorts et des lattes) . Pour notre part ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bonnes vacances. Il y a de superbes plages et criques à découvrir ( compter néanmoins 1 heure de route pour dénicher les coins de paradis). Un bon restaurant celler à INca Avons été déçu du marché du jeudi ( peu de produits locaux) En résumé nous avons apprécié notre séjour .

A good place to stay for cheap

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig 5 min von Inca entfernt in einer friedvollen Umgebung. (Man benötigt die Google-Maps-Koordinaten, um es einfach zu finden). Das Haus ist sehr schön gebaut mit genügend Zimmern, Bädern und Wohnräumen. Die Terrasse lädt zum Frühstücken und Verweilen ein. Man hat einen Blick auf den Swimmingpool, das Schilfgrass, die Olivenbäume und die Berge im Hintergrund. Für die Kinder waren die Katzenkinder, die Schafe, die Hühner und der Hund eine Attraktion. Magdalena und Toni, die Hausbesitzer, kommen jeden Morgen und reinigen den Pool, füttern die Tiere und kümmern sich sehr liebevoll, aber zurückhaltend um die Gäste. Inca, eine typische mallorcinische Stadt in der Nähe, bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne viele Touristen. Das Tramuntana-Gebirge ist zum Greifen nah und nach Alcudia ans schöne und warme Meer benötigt man auch nur 25 min mit dem Auto. Für uns ein perfekter Ort, an dem wir gerne noch etwas geblieben wären.
Bitte grüße die Besitzer von uns sehr, sehr herzlich! Die Beiden sind liebenswürdige Menschen, die uns sehr offen empfangen haben und unseren Urlaub bereichert haben, obwohl wir uns nur mit gebrochenem Französisch (ich) und Mimik/Gestik verständigen konnten. Das Haus war ideal für uns (3 kleine Kinder/3 Erwachsene) und für Unternehmungen ans Meer oder in die Berge perfekt. Danke an alle!
