About this apartment rental
Ideally located with ski-in ski-out, in the upscale area of the resort (Le Chantel). Luxury residence with pool, sauna, steam room.
Ski in / out, private covered parking, private ski locker with boot dryer, wifi (week package 15 € to 25 €), terrace of 6m² overlooking the valley, not overlooked.
Very well equipped housing: dishwasher, washer dryer, large capacity refrigerator, separate freezer, combi oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, 2 TV, Blu-Ray DVD player.
1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room, a second bedroom with bunk beds + trundle bed (3 single beds), living room with sofa bed for double sleeping, second bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC.
Very quiet, close to shops and the heart of the resort. Regular and free shuttles at the foot of the building.
Access to the slopes is at the foot of the building.
Access to the ESF within 100 meters and 50 meters from the mini-club and kindergarten. Very close to golf in summer.
Our concierge service will be there to accompany you in the apartment upon your arrival and will answer your questions during your stay.

We stayed here the week before Christmas 2023.We arrived late, due to train delays and check- in was very easy. The apartment is larger than it looks on the photos and has lots of clever storage. The kitchen is well set up, and we cooked in most nights, the beds are really comfy and there is 2 powerful hot showers. Communication with the owners was good. It is a true ski in ski out apartment which we loved and often went back to the apartment for lunch as it was so easy. You can order bread etc from reception and the pool, sauna and steam room are an added bonus after a hard day skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, cozy, kitchen well equipped. Cons - It wasn't mentioned in ad that bedsheets and end of stay cleaning aren't included. These cost us an additional sum of 200 euros. Also, ski in/out was not very comfortable.

Very nice appartment, with good view from balcony in lower part of Le Chantel area of 1800. 7 minutes walk to Charvet and 12 minutes to Villards. Easy to ski down to Villards lift in the morning. Skiing back in is fine if you are confident, and know the way. Appartment has 2 good bedrooms, very comfortable for 4 adults, and can accomodate 6 if you don't mind less individual space. Kitchen well provided, big fridge, separate freezer, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster etc, and plenty of plates/dishes/cutlery. Washing Machine/dryer was a bonus. 2 bathrooms (1 is ensuite) plus separate toilet (only 1 toilet in appartment). Ski locker very close, one floor down, with heated boot rack. Pool/Sauna/Steam rooms were very welcome at the end of the day, however it did get busy due to 2 steam rooms not working, but didn't affect our enjoyment. Access very easy if you drive, it's more of a challenge if you arrive by train, nearest shuttle bus stop is Charvet, then it's another bus (between Charvet & Le Chantel) to reach bottom of hill, then drag your case up a shallow hill for 150metres. Appt has a shared wifi Livebox (ask the owners for wifi passcode) which worked well, but only secure enough for emails etc, not for sensitive transactions like banking. I would recommend, and hope to stay there again some time

We had a great time in the apartment - compact but well stocked, particularly in kitchen dept.
Children enjoyed the pool. No internet, and hadn’t been made explicitly aware we were meant to bring our own bedding - 90+ E for sheets - could have bought some for this price.

We stayed in this apartment with a family of four (parents and two adult children) at the end of March.

La résidence est à côté d'une piste donc départ/retour à ski. L'appartement est bien organisé, et avec ses 2 salles de bain et toilette séparé, il est fonctionnel.

Accueil compliqué par l’agence
Je n’ai pas fait ma réservation correctement sur Abritel car j’avais oublié de payer le solde. Une fois arrivé aux Arcs, puisque je n’avais pas reçu toutes les infos, nous avons essayé de contacter l’agence par téléphone mais impossible. Uniquement par sms. Ce n’est que 4 heures plus tard que nous avons été recontactés et avons eu toutes les utiles.
Manque de souplesse dans l’accueil.
Aussi, un rappel de la part d’Abritel du retard de paiement eu été un plus.

Confortable séjour
Appartement propre et très bien équipé : four multifonctions, congélateur, réfrigérateur, plaques induction, lave-linge + appareils à raclette et fondue.
Nous n'étions que 2 mais j'imagine que les 2 salles de bains sont très pratiques avec des enfants.
Balcon orienté Nord-Ouest, vue sur les montagnes, point de vue sur le Mont-Blanc.
Résidence bien entretenue, à la réception possibilité de commander pain et viennoiseries la veille pour le lendemain.
Accès à une piscine, 2 saunas et 3 hammams.
Très agréable en janvier, sans doute bondé pendant les vacances scolaires.
Casier à ski pratique, chaussures chauffées.
Départ et retour piste de ski très facile.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé le garage.

Logement très bien équipé, proposant même des jeux pour les journées pluvieuses. Produits d'entretien fournis et même produits alimentaires de première nécessité. Nous avons laissé notre contribution. L'entretien de la résidence n'est pas à la hauteur de son standing (comparaison avec le Chantel où nous avons déjà séjourné) ainsi que le SPA. Entretien extérieur est au top (jardiniers).

Appartement dans une résidence récente et très bien entretenu. A 5 minutes a pied des commerces. La piscine, sauna, hammam : un vrai régal après la journée.
Nous avons adoré profiter de la fin de journée sur le balcon au soleil.

Localisation de l'appartement idéale : pas trop près du 'front de neige' pour ne pas en subir le bruit et pas trop loin pour pouvoir facilement s'y rendre à pied.
Résidence bien entretenue avec piscine agréable avec saunas et hammams.
Emplacement de parking dans le garage en face de l'entrée très pratique.
Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé.
Terrasse très agréable en été car orientée de façon à ne pas avoir le soleil de midi mais plutôt celui de fin d'après-midi. Tous nos repas ont donc pu être pris sur la terrasse.
Nombreux équipements et ustensiles de cuisine. Présence de jeux et de documentation.
Beaucoup de places de rangement.

Appartement agréable pour 4 personnes avec vue sur les montagnes. En été, nombreuses activités sportives pour tous les âges, commerces de proximité, piscine intérieure agréable. Seul bémol, la propreté des lieux (poussières essentiellement). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement.

La distance par rapport au commerce même si elle n'est pas très grande et un peu longue
Enfin des petites choses qui rende la plus la vie plus facile ,en trouvant par exemple du papier toilette dans les toilettes....
Heureusement il y avait une petite base pour la cuisine( huile vinaigre)
Pour les choses positives la piscine sauna on été très apprécié
aimabilité de l'ensemble des commerçants de la réception de la Conciergerie
Et encore une fois appartement très confortable sans trop de nuisances des voisins
Nous étions uniquement en couple je pense que à 4 c'est également bien mais à 6 il faut avoir 20 ans...
Concernant Abritel je trouve que la réservation confirmée au bout de 24 heures et beaucoup trop longue pour les réservations de dernière minute
D'autre part le site n'est pas très précis
Il n'offre pas beaucoup de service ,en plus de la simple location etl se limite à une simple proposition de bien à louer
Pour se rassurer Airbnb n'est pas mieux c'est l'occasion justement de faire mieux

Appartement douillet, joliment décoré, parfait pour 4 personnes, très propre. Calme tout en ayant ski au pied. Sauna, hammam, piscine également très propre. Je ne vois rien de négatif. Je le conseil vivement !!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce logement. L'appartement est au pied des pistes Arc 1800. Village facilement accessible à pied.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Idéal pour une famille avec 3 enfants ou pour 4/6 personnes. Le complexe doté d'un spa, piscine/hammam/sauna, est très appréciable après une journée de ski.

Appartement ok, résidence le Roselend ok bien situé pas trop loin mais assez pour la tranquillité, du centre de la station, Arc 1800 vraiment bien en famille.
Nous reviendrons surement une autre fois.

The pool, steam room and sauna are great to use after a day of skiing and the apartment has 2 TVs and a selection of board games. Ski lockers are excellent with lots of space, being situated very close to the actual apartment. In good snow you can ski out of the apartment, the nearest lift is about 150m from the apartment, this is also the meeting point for many ski schools including ESF and ESI. Wi-Fi was great we paid for the full high speed version 25 euros per week which was really quick and suitable for streaming videos etc. The owners are very accommodating and respond to any queries very quickly, we would certainly use the apartment if we go back to Les Arcs.
