Villa in a very quiet area. Not overlooked. At 10 mn from the beaches (car) or shuttles (4 mn with feet of the villa) which serve Cavalaire and the beaches. Very nice view on the bay and the Port of Cavalaire. Terrace and balconies overlooking the sea and hill.
Sleeps 10 - 5 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms with toilets - 2 living rooms - dining room - a kitchen.

Wir waren eine Woche zu acht in dem wunderbaren Haus. Im Alter von fünf bis 73 und alle haben es genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Tolle ruhige Lage mit schönem Garten und weitem Blick über die Bucht. Cavalaire-sûr-Mer ist als Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Schönen Umgebung mit Auto und auch Bus prima geeignet. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-in. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison spacieuse, propre, et chaleureuse. A 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Cavalaire sur mer. Très belle vue également sur la mer. Séjour très agrébale.

Excellent séjour en famille : maison très bien équipée et très bien décorée. Très belle vue dont nous avons profitee en déjeunant sur la terrasse à Noël. Quartier tranquille. Attention le centre ville est assez éloigné à pied ainsi que la plage et le dénivelé important 😉

Une semaine formidable dans une villa très bien située sur les hauteurs de cavalaire avec vue sur la mer et le port. Il faut souligner la clareté, la propreté et la déco de la location. Pour commencer cette nouvelle année, notre choix s'est porté sur le bord de mer. Nous sommes 5 couples d'une "soixantaine" d'années..... qui aimons passer le réveillon du nouvel an ensemble. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Cavalaire et ses environs. La maison est au calme, bien équipée, la vue est magnifique........... Une petite modification serait peut-être un plus : le changement de la baignoire sabot en douche !!!! mais c'est tout a fait viable même à 10 adultes. Nous avons eu un bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a reçu. Dans le réfrigérateur nous avons trouver quelques bouteilles de boissons locales ou non. A recommander ...............

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Haus im Internet entdeckt. Die Lage und Aussicht ist außergewöhnlich schön. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zum Frühstück bietet sich die Terrasse oder auch der grosse Balkon an. Von hier hat man diesen herrlichen Ausblick. Ist es im Sommer sehr warm, findet man in dem typischen provenzalischen Garten angenehme Kühle. Ein kleiner Platz zum Boule spielen ist ebenso vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Also rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub und daher unser Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Super vacances familiales

J'ai passé une excellente semaine de vacances avec ma famille dans cette maison cosy de Provence. Les points forts de cette maison sont sans aucun doute la vue imprenable sur cavalaire, la plage et le port, nous avons pu assister aux feux d'artifice du 15 août depuis les balcon, la terrasse géante à pu accueillir ma famille de 11 personnes à chaque repas, beau jardin et barbecue gaz très efficace. La maison était super bien décorée avec de nouveaux meubles. Merci de n pus avoir accueilli!
