Beach View at One Mile sits high on the headland over with spectacular views over One Mile and Samurai Beaches that extend over a 270 degree ocean and national park panorama. This contemporary architecturally designed three-bedroom, two level townhouse is part of a small gated community. It has direct walking access to the surf beach or the quieter Boat Harbour beach via a sandy track through the national park or a short 3-minute drive for those who prefer it.
The residence has the best parking in the complex and all the inclusions including air conditioning to make your next holiday a memorable experience.
Located in a beautiful part of Port Stephens, Beach View at One Mile is only 5-minutes from the activities at Birubi and Stockton beaches, a 15-minute drive to Nelson Bay and 25-minute drive from Newcastle Airport.
Beach View at One Mile is beautifully furnished with polished timber floors throughout leading onto the large balcony with expansive ocean views and gas BBQ, a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. The main bedroom is upstairs and opens out onto the balcony and the beach and bay views beyond. It has a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The two large downstairs bedrooms are self contained with their own bathroom and open out onto their own deck and the national park with the sounds of birds and crashing waves.
Smart TV and Wifi, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and gas cook top for those who love to cook, and the convenience of full laundry facilities including dryer.
This residential complex has a beautiful infinity pool and heated spa in which to relax or sit back to watch the sunsets. There are great walking trails all around for those who would like to explore the coastline or experience the flora and fauna of the Tomaree National Park.
Strict Complex Rules - No boats, jet skis, trailers or pets allowed within the complex of One Mile Ridge.
- No music to be played in the pool area at any time
- No balcony use after 10.30pm
No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the BBQ provided on balcony.

Our Stay - February 2022
This place has amazing views and a great location. Has the equipment it states is does. The family enjoyed the stay, views and the local area. One of my favorite things was sitting on the deck, watching the ocean and enjoying a drink.
The house really required AC on both levels. Downstairs traps heat. The east end up stairs requires more ventilation. The kitchen windows only open a fraction and the keys are not provided, the other windows do not open. The use of the oven/stove top and dishwasher substantially heats up the space. The ceiling fans do not cut it. There are noisy ones in some bedrooms. All this makes sleep on hot days challenging.
The dip pool is shared utility but has great hinterland views.
Sheet hire was underwhelming. Polly cotton sheets and standard bath towels were supplied with only 2 pillow cases per bed. Bring your own would be advisable.
Cleaning between guest needs to improve. Lots of spiders throughout the house, dust bunnies with multi coloured hair under couches and beds. Bottles behind curtains down stairs that were found by the kids.
You need to read the emails regarding check in very closely. Its a 2 stage payment process with one by stays and one by the management company. Seems unnecessary and invasive.

Gorgeous, breathtaking and spectacular.
Absolutely thrilled with accommodation. Gorgeous, breath- taking views and a high standard family accommodation that was loved by all members of my family. Quality of furniture, crockery and essentials were of a very high standard and greatly appreciated. The views from the first floor were out-of-this world and an amazing start to our new life in Australia. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone who would like to relish what Port Stephens has to offer.
