Sit back and take in the view of this perfectly positioned two bedroom apartment with spectacular views over Shoal Bay.

Walk downstairs and across the reserve and go for a swim in the crystal clear water or stroll along the beach to one of the many cafes Shoal Bay has to offer.

You are also close to Nelson Bay town centre and all the tourist attractions that Port Stephens has to offer.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

Clean, comfortable & perfect location
Clean, comfortable apartment with a perfect location. A little dated, could do with a more comfortable lounge but apart from that it’s the perfect place to holiday as a young family.

This is a quality unit with rainbow lorikeets, kookaburras near balcony. Lovely quiet spot, sound of small waves most relaxing. Stayed in block several times over the years and notice the view of water and distant peaks is shrinking with trees taking over. Parking is difficult in small turning/entry to space.
