Встретили и разместили рано с утра. Предоставили отличный номер - просторный, чистый, с кондиционером и террасой. Каждый день обновляется питьевая вода, есть чайник, набор для чая и кофе. Чистая ванная комната. Пользовались услугами прачечной - хороший сервис за приемлемые деньги. Отличный ресторан при отеле, большой выбор блюд: европейская, мексиканская, китайская, индийская, разнообразные завтраки. Вечером весёлая атмосфера с музыкой. Можно заказать еду и напитки в номер

A decent place.

Property is 2 min walk from the beach, has good hot shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice cozy bed. Very close to taxi stand. Has good mirror and closet.

The room is too small for a king size bed. Makes it a bit suffocating without the AC as there is only one window for ventilation.

Beautiful hotel, even more beautiful staff

We had an absolutely amazing trip. The premises, garden and rooms are very well kept. The food was great. Our stay was made extremely special by the hotel staff.

Great place, great area, great rooms.

Its a beautiful place to spend your vacation with the family and friends. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. Food prepared in their restaurant was delicious . Direct access to the beach. Value for money. Had a wonderful experience and want to visit again!!!

Honestly Best stay!

Writing this review to share that I had the best time of my visit to goa at this hotel. It has the most beautiful location I have even been to. Everything from the view to the food and services in and around this place is just amazing.

A very pleasant stopover in a hotel which is very close to the beach and market area.

-The staff were great-very friendly as well as professional.The rooms were pleasant, clean and facilities were good compared to other places in Palolem. Staff were really welcoming.

Our second stay at this property - we stayed 3 years ago The room was nice and spacious Friendly staff

We would not class this as a 'garden view' room. While it is advertised as such, there is a 2.5m hoarding built to separate the restaurant, which is in the former front garden and so very little else is visible. Restaurant was loud and often past midnight Last two days we had problems with black dirt coming out of the sink, shower - they acted quickly to solve it.

Waste of money.

Untidy. Not worth spending 6132.00 for 2 rooms. Dejected. Presentation of hotel rooms are misguiding. It cannot be considered deluxe Rooms.

Tariff must be fixed based on quality of rooms and cleanliness.

Worst stay someone can ever book. Please AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

Apart from the location, nothing was good about the property.

1) Water wasn't coming and had to call night guard to turn on the pump at late night. 2) Hot water was coming while opening shower tap, I cud have got killed. 3) Ac was not working properly. 4) No power backup. 5) Makeshift door, no privacy. Door was loose. It cud have hurt me and my family. 6) Balcony safety issue- balcony was open with no proper perimeter, someone cud have fall outside. 7) Stuffs were rude with full of attitude. 8) No dedicated reception. 9) Property office was unresponsive, shared all the evidences on the very first day. Unfortunately they paid no heed. 10)Dirty room. 11) Wifi was not proper. 12) Water leaking constantly from the toilet. 13) No proper room service, had to call them for basic amenities- water, hot water etc. 14) No toiletries were provided. 15) No sofa as written in the website. 16) Monkeys were jumping on the roof at morning which completely ruined our sleep.
