Nur bedingt Luxury....

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick. Riesiges Zimmer und Terrasse. Nettes Personal, sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück (Danke an Ana :-) Parkplatz kostenlos vorhanden - man braucht ein Auto, da etwas außerhalb.

Preis/Leistung passt nicht. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren an den Möbeln. Viel zu kleines Bad ohne extra Dusche (Badewanne als Dusche mit hohem Einstieg). Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht sehr gründlich. Matratze war unbequem, bretthart. Wlan musste man zu bestimmtem Zeiten im Zimmer suchen. Uns ist klar, dass ein Hotel im Süden nicht dem deutschem Standard entspricht - erwarten wir auch nicht. Aber nach unseren Erfahrungen wissen wir - es geht für diesen Preis deutlich besser.

Superb

The property is well maintained and modern. Nicely situated in the village of Ferragudo and close to the beach. About a 10 minutes walk, which is considered a short distance. Plenary of parking if you have a rental car. The outdoor pool is right in the center of the property and easily accessible from the main lobby area. Quiet and serene atmosphere. The lobby generally had nice music playing by the bar, however the pool area was quiet. We had two rooms. The suit (room 204) was quite roomy and the kids room next door was nothing special. Breakfast menu was excellent and the kitchen staff amazing and attentive.

The rooms were nice but some things could be freshened up. Specifically, the closets and bathroom. We don’t particularly care for rugs by the beds and the shag rug in the kids room was run down. As mentioned above, some music in the pool area would be nice. Bottled water should have been included in the rooms at no additional cost.

This place is just beautiful. The setting is pure relaxation and peaceful. All the staff are so professional helpful friendly and nothing is too much trouble The breakfast was perfect All freshly prepared juices and food and fresh mint for tea Lovely

Excellent hotel with great staff

Lovely quiet boutique hotel with in total about 24 rooms I think. I chose it because it is smaller and while not an adults hotel, it is not focussed on children. The staff are great, Ana who helps at breakfast is lovely! Location is 5 minutes walk from the beach of Caneiros which has sunbeds and an excellent beach restaurant where we ate twice...highly recommended. Our car was useful for touring around too. Ferragudo village with its restaurants, bars and sea front is a few minutes drive away.

Great breakfast and very kind and enthusiast staff Bar, restaurant & reception are fine

Rooms very clean but small for the high price they charge Room decoration is outdated and not in line with the price. Everything is well maintained but either owners should renovate or they should reduce their price in line with other hotels at Algarve. We actually had 4 hotels during this trip and this was double the price of another hotel and room was smaller and equipment more dated.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stsy

Fantastic stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Fortunate to receive a room upgrade.. room 210 with huge balcony and sea view. Bed very comfortable and double shower. Staff really attentive. Great beach restaurant, Rei das Praias, a couple if minutes walk away.

A nice relaxing break next to a beautiful beach, but a car is essential due to property location

Breakfast very good, nice to have a platter of fruit, pastries, bread etc & able to order additional items from menu such as omelettes, pancakes etc. Lovely beach nearby.

Swimming pool too cold & limited amount of sun beds. Need a car to visit restaurants, shops etc. Our room was near reception & very noisy.

Everything was awesome Great lovely staff. I wamt to thank to Jose Santos for being so kind and looking after my mother. Also all people there were very kind gentle and carring.

Beautiful Hotel with exceptional staff and Service

We have just returned from a 7 day stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. Everything was 5 star with fantastic staff especially Ana ,Joao and Tatiana. Breakfast was amazing and the snacks and cocktails too. The pool was never too busy, the rooms beautiful and everywhere was cleaned daily. Thank you making our stay so good we will be back.

We loved it.

This hotel is exceptional. Lovely rooms, great pool, very well run, excellent breakfast and first-rate lunchtime menu at the pool.

The beachside restaurant owned by the hotel and within easy walking distance is excellent but so popular that residents cannot be guaranteed a table without booking well in advance. To get dinner elsewhere really needs a car.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool and staff were awesome.

The breakfast was awesome. We sat outside overlooking the pool. The breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was a good sized infinity edge - amazing! Comfortable bed.

The decor and furniture was functional and clean but very simple and sterile.

this was a really enjoyable and relaxing stay!

the staff was extremely kind, helpful, friendly, supportive! The breakfast was great! The bed was cozy!

The aircon was facing towards the bed and not adjustable in speed and direction onky the temperature. No mosquito protection, so we couldn’t open the window instead. But not a big issue at all!
