This home is located just 1 mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, house is nestled in small, peaceful neighborhood. Close to the Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.

The Space:
Home has easy access with keyless entry. You will be provided a code 1 week prior to check in, it will be active 3pm day of check in and expire 10am day of departure.

Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. 200mbps Wifi and cable, comfortable new beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included.
*Fireplace is non functional

All new comfy beds, cozy furniture, 55" roku tv/cable in living room, and large, fenced backyard with patio furniture and chairs.

Home is managed by owner/property management company
Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Bedroom 1- Master suite has tv with cable, King bed, and bathroom with large tile walk in shower.

Bedroom 2- Queen bed

Bedroom 3- 2 twin beds

Dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. You must disclose pets prior to stay and there is a $75 pet fee to be paid prior to check in.

The house met all our expectations. The property needs a little TLC to make the experience better. The broken doors, chairs, TP holder, loose railings etc, are annoying but not a total spoiler. Knowing these issues are likely to be resolved, I would stay there again.

We loved staying at this property. Everything was easy, from check-in to check-out. Very cozy and tastefully decorated, with a great location accessible to downtown Franklin or the Cool Springs area. Pet-friendly with a nice run area in the back.

This home was very clean. There were lots of small conveniences (eg, toiletries, dish soap). It was nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was supplied with most anything you'd need for a stay during a vacation. It's location was very convenient for the things we wanted to see in Franklin and within reasonable distance to Nashville. The owners were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Place is perfectly located to do a variety of things in Franklin as well as surrounding areas. Recommend Biscuit Love and Brixx Wood Fired Pizza. If you enjoy walking all of the parks are great!

We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 dogs. This house was great for all of our needs. My adult daughter is in a wheelchair and it's very open and she had no problems moving around. Great quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and easily accessible. Close to many restaurants and activities if you're in town for that. The owners were very open with communication. We definitely recommend and will stay here in the future if the need arises.

This property had every convenience needed for an enjoyable stay. The hosts provided thoughtful touches like beside lamps that operated by touch and contained plug ins for electronic devices. It had a well apportioned kitchen and flat screen televisions in the bedrooms and living area. There was a nice sized closet in the master bedroom and a beautiful fenced in yard. The house is located on a quiet street and is close to downtown Franklin. We really enjoyed this home and look forward to staying here in the future.

Wonderful stay in the immaculately clean home. Had sufficient towels, blankets pillows etc and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had just about everything too. Another review stated about the no sidewalks, which was true, as you had to walk along the road to get to the parks, which were only a few blocks away and I felt a manageable walk. The park was beautiful. Hosts answered very quickly to any questions. - would recommend and stay here again.
