Sehr schöne Wohnung
Eine schöne Wohnung in guter und ruhiger Lage. In 5 Minuten am Strand. Prima, dass es einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück gibt, allerdings gab es anfangs Probleme mit anderen Hausbewohnern, die sich beschwerten, dass wir dort parkten und erst nach Erklärung Ruhe gaben. Leider war auch ein anderes Mal Parkplatz besetzt.
Bettwäscheservice nicht so gut, es ist besser eigene Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitzubringen.
Ansonsten super Aufenthalt, gern wieder.
Es war auch sehr gut, dass der Vermieter vorab gute Erklärungen per Email auf Anfragen gab. Alles sehr freundlich.

Appartement agréable, au calme mais proche de la plage et des commerces.
Jolie décoration, cuisine bien équipée, seul bémol la baignoire placée sous un toit en pente qui ne permet pas de prendre une douche debout pour les adultes.

L’appartement est très bien situé. La mer et le centre de Cabourg sont accessibles rapidement. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking.
L’appartement est confortable et agréable avec ses 2 chambres.
Le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge sont neufs ou très récents

Appartement agréable lumineux la cuisine et la salle de bains sont petites mais mais ça va on peut y faire ce qu on a a y faire en même temps on est là que pour quelques jours et non pour y vivre .j ai apprécier tout ce qu il y a à notre disposition comme des jeux de plages des sacs .
Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.

Fidèle à l’annonce
Appartement bien situé par rapport à la plage et ses balades (moins de 5 minutes au plus près) un peu plus pour le centre ville (je n’ai pas regardé ma montre). Le seul bémol de notre séjour était la plaque qui avait un seul feu sur les deux qui fonctionnait (signalé à notre arrivée). Très bien équipé et distribué pour notre famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge).

L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Par contre nous avons été très déçus de la cuisine car elle est minuscule et la salle de bain, un vrai mouchoir de poche. Attention si vous mesurez 1.80m pas la peine d'espérer faire une douche. Mon mari a du se contorsionner et se laver à genou dans la baignoire franchement pas top. Nous n't reviendrons pas.

Location située dans un immeuble et un environnement très calmes. Proximité immédiate du Port de Plaisance, de la plage, du marché et des différents commerce. Formalités d'accueil et de départ bien étudiées. Un remerciement particulier pour le geste d'accueil : une bouteille de très bon cidre.

L'appartement est bien situé à environ 10 mn à pieds de la plage et du centre de Cabourg dans un quartier très calme, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture au parking. Il est bien équipé mais un petit rafraîchissement serait utile.

Appartement conforme au descriptif
Nous (4 adultes) avons séjourné dans cet appartement fin mai 2019 . Il est conforme au descriptif et aux photos et idéalement situé entre centre-ville et plage (entre 5 et 10 min pour les deux). Au calme, même quand il y a la foule dans Cabourg. Place de parking au pied de l'immeuble bien appréciable. Il mériterait cependant un petit rafraîchissement. Attention, pour les accros de Wifi : il n'y en a pas ! Et la 4G n'est pas toujours au RDV non plus...

We stayed here as a family with 2 kids and enjoyed the quiet location of the Apartment away from the main tourists street in Cabourg. Still it is just a 3 minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minutes walk to the main tourist street with, for example, the bakery to get your fresh baguette in the morning.
The Apartment was well cleaned and nicely equipped. It even has an oven, which I think was missing in the describtion here so that comes as a bonus. You have a private parking lot so no worry about searching for a place for your car. The communication with the owner upfront was nice and friendly, upon arrival we were welcomed by a local who brought the key and showed us the Apartment. The beds were also very good and the living room big enough to easily host the four of us.
All in all we enjoyed our stay here. But I unfortunately have to subtract one star due to the shower in the bathroom. The bathroom is below the inclined ceiling and there is no way to use the shower for showering in the bathtub except for somehow being seated and handheld the shower. But of course bathing is perfectly possible, so that is no big deal.

We found the apartment to be nice, in a very quiet area of Cabourg. We had nice weather and the Balcony was a real bonus.

The center of Cabourb was about a 15 minute walk, where we found a good selection of eateries which would suit most budgets.
The beach was about a 5 minute walk and was huge and just lovely. The tide does go out a long way so you need to ensure you time your visit with the tide if you want to go for a dip.
I have given this 4 stars as the shower was an over bath thing next to the sloping roof which was a little awkward, and there was nowhere to put the showerhead as you washed your hair. We do speak a little french but the person showing us around spoke zero English (or just declined to) which made things a little awkward. I was also disappointed to find we had to pay an extra 30 euros for bedding, which i did not know about when booking.
But they are all fairly minor points, its a nice quite apartment for a reasonable price.
