About this villa rental
Our holiday house is open all year among the pines of the Riviera.
Situation
While in the quiet pine forest, it is ideally located: you will not need to take your car and you can do everything on foot:
- The pretty little beach Bonporteau: less than 10 min,
- The large bay of Cavalaire and nautical activities: less than 15 min,
- The center and its shops, and the 'Carrefour Market' are just a few minutes walk.
House
The house is the result of a long and careful renovation of a villa of the 50s. The original house has been renovated and enlarged so as to become a real 'family house' warm, friendly but also practical.
The finest materials have been used in the renovation: natural stone floors, wood, sanitary fittings and brand. The furnishings and decor were chosen with taste and attention to detail. Its benefits are a house upscale vacation.
Newly renovated (2013 & 2014), furniture and home furnishings are brand new.
Facing south, the large living room is very bright and is completely open to the garden and pool.
It includes:
- Living room with sofa, flat-screen LCD TV with reception of foreign channels, DVD player, and a docking station for iPhone.
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher). View more exhaustive description of the kitchen equipment in the 'kitchen.',
- And a dining area with a large convivial table surrounded by a bench and chairs.
Each room has a bathroom / ensuite shower, equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink (the one bathroom also has a toilet). The 2 master bedrooms are equipped with beds 1.60 x 2m and large closets.
Room for children is equipped with 2 beds of 90 x 2m. We also offer a 'cot' at your disposal.
A separate toilet is located in front of the rooms.
All the living rooms of the house (kitchen, living room and 3 rooms) are equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold). The house can be rented throughout the year.
In the laundry room are at your disposal: a washing machine and a second fridge (with freezer).
Garden / pool
Quiet and secluded, the villa is located on 1. 100 m2 of land (pine, eucalyptus and other Mediterranean species) entirely closed, oriented southwest and dominated by a magnificent palm tree in the shade where you can dine. At the center of this green oasis is a beautiful swimming pool of 9 mx 5 m. Under the palm and around the pool is garden furniture (table, chairs and armchairs, chairs, etc..).
On the lawn between the terrace and the pool, you can organize your football games with family or friends (2 goals and a ball are at your disposal).

Maison très agréable. Bon emplacement au calme.
Belle maison, bien entretenue et bien aménagée. Très spacieuse pour 6 personnes. 3 chambres avec chacune sa SDB.La piscine est agréable. Propriétaire très réactif au moindre souci. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Unvergessliches Ferienhaus
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Haus für unsere Ferien: es ist wunderschön, toll angelegt, schön eingerichtet (ideal für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder mit zwei Erwachsenenschlafzimmer und einen Kinderzimmer; alle Zimmer mit Bad/Dusche), ruhig, nicht einsehbar und nur 5 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Plage Bonporteau entfernt. Die ganze Umgebung ist mit hohen Pinien eingewachsen, man hat draußen einen Grill und Esstisch und kann unter der großen majestätischen Palme seine Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Und der Pool ist für alle ein zusätzliches Highlight. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé de bonne vacances dans cette maison mais un peu loin du centre ville pour des enfants en bas âge

Großer Garten und Pool, schöne Inneneinrichtung und sehr gute Lage. Es war alles wie beschrieben, einfach nur traumhaft!

Trop cher pour ce que c est
La maison était prévue pour six personnes, or il n y avait que 4 lampes de chevet et 4 places pour s asseoir/s’allonger à la piscine, ainsi que pour s asseoir au salon. 2 douches sur trois ne coulaient pas bien, et on a eu plusieurs fois des inondations. La machine à laver la vaisselle coulait après chaque lavage. Donc, Plusieurs désagréments à l intérieur de la propriété, sans compter que les voisins ont fait de gros travaux pendant les quinze jours de notre séjour, y compris le samedi, donc du bruit en permanence dès le matin! Et tout ça pour un prix nettement supérieur à ce que nous avions loué par le passé les 12 dernières années! Les arbres sont magnifiques, mais avec le vent il faut nettoyer la piscine chaque fois avant de se baigner…,trop d épines de pin tombaient à chaque fois….

Die Ferienvilla ist einige Minuten von einem schönen Strand gelegen, eingebetettet in einen grosszügigen Garten (ohne Meersicht) mit einem grossen Pool. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen am Tisch unter der grossen Palme haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Villa allen empfehlen, die in der Nähe des Strandes eine Bleibe suchen.
Anmerkung: Die Küche ist sehr grosszügig bestückt...und wenn man gesucht hätte, dann hätte man auch eine Schublade mit Rüst-, Brotmesser, Zapfenzieher, Raffel usw. gefunden :-)

Une excellente semaine
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette tres belle maison. Le jardin est très agréable et la végétation environnante permet de profiter de la piscine sans aucun vis à vis. Le centre du village est à 15mn à pied. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in einem gepflegten, wirklich charmanten Anwesen
Sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit genügend Platz für eine 6-köpfige Familie. Grosszügige , gepflegte Gartenanlage mit ausreichend Schattenplätzen, die den Aufenthalt auch bei grösserer Hitze sehr angenehm machen. Grosser, schöner Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse. 10 Minuten Fussweg zu einer reizvollen kleinen Badebucht. Zu Fuss erreichbarer, grosser Supermarkt in der Nähe. 20 Minuten Fussweg in das Ortszentrum von Cavalaire.
Wir haben hier mit unseren 4 Kindern (im Alter von 8 - 16 Jahren) einen für alle wunderbaren, entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub erlebt.

Es hat uns wahnsinnig gut in der Villa Sous Palmiers gefallen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig.

Eine traumhafte Woche
Ein wunderschönes Anwesen in ruhiger Umgebung, sehr sauber und in sehr gutem und gepflegten Zustand.
Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend und auch vor Ort wurden wir sehr gut betreut. Leider war bei sehr heissen Aussentemperaturen die Klimaanage defekt- wir bekamen aber noch am Ankunftstag drei Ventilatoren gestellt, mit denen wir gut durch die Nächte kamen!

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus mit riesiger Palme
Das Objekt ist wunderschön und heißt zu Recht „Sous Palmiers“, man kann die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten unter einer riesigen Palme mit Blick auf das architektonisch sehr ansprechende Haus und dem toll angelegten Garten richtig genießen. Für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (1 Kinderzimmer mit zwei Betten) ist das Haus perfekt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Badezimmer integriert, was sehr angenehm ist. Der Küche-Ess- und Wohnbereich ist sehr heimelig und man hält sich dort gerne auf. Im großen Garten haben wir Bodga und Federball gespielt. Herrlich. Und ein wunderschöner Strand ist ca. 600m entfernt. Perfekt!

super fijne plek
Wat een fijne tijd hebben wij gehad Cavalier. Er waren wat opstart problemen maar samen met de eigenaresse en de gastvrouw is dit allemaal goed opgelost. Ondanks de taalbarrière... Yvette, gastvrouw, deed haar best om ons zo goed mogelijk te helpen.
Het huis is mooi, schoon,netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Het zwembad is prachtig, tuin mooi en van alles om mee te spelen.
Je loopt zo naar de boulevard, leuke winkeltjes onderweg en heerlijke restaurants.
Leuke uitstapjes naar St Tropez, wijnhuizen zijn zo gemaakt.

Beautiful peaceful villa
This beautifully styled villa had everything you’d need for a relaxing holiday, lovely peaceful area, which was close to the centre and delightful quiet beach.
The rooms were airy and stylish.
Kitchen had everything you’d need if your preference was to stay in and cook or bbq, or if you wanted to eat out, a good choice of restaurants were only a 15 minute walk to the centre for a good choice of quality restaurants.
The pool was perfect to keep cool in and the garden was so pretty.
Theresa was the fabulous lady who looked after us if we needed any questions answered whilst we were here, she was so thorough and helpful.
The only downside to this holiday was the amount of mosquito bites we all had, so make sure you take lots of Jungle spray with you, even though there were lots of plug ins around the villa, which were supplied by the owner, and we kept the windows and doors shut, we were munched on big time!
Enjoy this villa, as we will most definitely like to visit again.

Great villa in Cavalaire
The villa provides a great base for Cavalaire and the surrounding areas. I'd say that the resort is ideal if you have a young family and like access to a long pretty sandy beach. Cavaliare , like most modern towns on the Cote d'Azur isn't the prettiest when it comes to 60's architecture, but the beautiful ocean, pleasant town centre shops, great restaurants, nice harbour and surrounding vineyards more than compensates. The blue, blue sea and sky also helps! The villa itself is really nice with a nice pool and small garden. There's plenty of shade if needed. The villa is well equipped and the aircon works really well. With a washing machine etc. you don't need to take lots of clothes with you as they dry outside in no time in the sun. Do however take beach towels with you or buy them for 10 Euros a piece in the nearby supermarket. We enjoyed a few of the private beach clubs that have sun-loungers and really good restaurants for lunch. Days out to Cannes and St Tropez were great, and although an hour and a half away, a day in Nice is a must if you've not been. There are lots of nice hill top old villages to visit nearby so plenty to do if you want a break from the beach. Everywhere was clean and the sea was crystal clear. I'd thoroughly recommend Cavalaire and the villa and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Stephanie the owner was particularly helpful and courteous during the booking process before we landed.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison : bien équipée, propre,
spacieuse (2 adultes + 2 ados) et très bien située : centre ville et plage sont accessibles sans prendre la voiture. L'environnement est très calme, il n'y a pas de passage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

The villa is in a quiet area even although there is a large supermarket and beach within a 10 minute walk.
