About this apartment rental
Marvel at this spacious, luxurious, 120-m² duplex that can accommodate up to 10 people, which is located on the very last floor of a quiet apartment building by the ski slopes. You can enjoy the large, heated swimming pool in the apartment building, as well as the sauna and hammam after a day of skiing on the slopes of Paradiski, one of the best skiing areas in all of Europe. You can also admire a lovely sunset by the fireplace. The apartment is located in the Roseland apartment building in Arc 1800, a 5-min walk from all activities (100 m from ESF, and 200 m from the resort centre). The apartment building has an ideal location with direct access to the ski slopes, from which you can depart. It is close to the golf course, tennis, and zip line for great summer holidays. It is a great place for a good time with family or friends. The apartment consists of a large living room and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette set, and toaster. It also boasts a spacious dining room, as well as a lounge with a large fireplace (wood provided). The terrace offers an incredible view in order to watch the sunset and Mont Blanc. The apartment also has 5 bedrooms (10 sleeping arrangements), 3 of which have their own shower room, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and a relaxing area on the mezzanine. It also features an all-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment offers a large HD flat screen TV with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, iPhone Bower & Wilkins dock station, game console, and board games for relaxing evenings. The apartment will be completely renovated in September and October 2016 by an interior decorator in order to offer a more contemporary ambience, all the while keeping the mountain spirit. Furthermore, there are 2 roofed car parks, as well as 2 ski lockers. To guarantee maximum comfort, we have our real estate agency on site with efficient professionals who take care of the apartment: sheets are provided, final cleaning is included, and the beds are made upon arrival. Lovely apartment very close to Les Arcs 1800. The view from the balcony is incredible and the play station and coffee machine great additions!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It is well equipped and was very clean. The bathrobes included for all guests was a really nice touch. The views are spectacular and very easy access to the slopes - we were able to ski in/ski out during our week - although this may be trickier towards the end of the season when there is less snow. It is only a short walk down the hill to the shops/bars/restaurants in Charvet. The swimming pool was a real bonus, the children in our party loved being able to relax and swim after a day skiing. The hosts, Helene and Sebastien, were very responsive both with queries about the resort before we arrived, and during our stay. I would definitely stay again if we return to Les Arcs.

Beautiful apartment Lots of space Lovely spa area A bit hard to carry shopping up the hill but had young fit lads to do that! The skiers had a great time I was chalet maid and loved my little walks around the villages and trips up in the lifts

Overal a nice place to stay and to enjoy, however, the spaces on the photo's looked better and larger than real. The second floor is pretty cramped, not really suited for people above 1m80.

We stayed here as two families, both with young children. Everyone enjoyed the apartment and it’s size. Very useful to have the swimming pool to keep the smallest people entertained. Very handy to have two allocated undercover parking spaces, meant we didn’t have to dig out our cars. We would all definitely return.

The apartment is fabulous, spacious for 10, modern, high quality and the balcony and its view are to die for. The pool, sauna n steam are an added bonus as are the bath robes n fluffy towels. Sébastien was super quick to answer and it was all very much worth the extra couple of hundred pounds that this apartment cost. We went mountain biking in the summer and the trails are ace but the resort has so much else to offer. Will come back!

April Spring Skiing
We drove from the Uk to stay in early April and was very impressed with the apartment, everything you need for a wonderful stay. Plenty of space and easy access to the slopes, views are stunning so much so we stayed in most nights to make use of the fantastic balcony and enjoy warm spring sun. Kids loved the Spar and Pool and made use of it most evenings, communication with Sebastien was excellent and he responded to any questions we had promptly . Would highly recommend this apartment and was perfect for two families. Location was perfect for access to the vast ski areas that you would probably need 2 weeks to fully explore. Highly recommend this appartment.

Très beau duplex aux Arcs 1800m!
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans ce duplex très moderne. Nous étions 3 familles composées de 6 adultes et 2 enfants et chaque famille a pu bénéficier de son propre espace en terme d’intimité ce qui est vraiment très appréciable.
L’appartement est très bien situé, au dernier étage de la résidence avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes et la vallée.
L’appartement est également très bien équipé: beaucoup d’appareils électroménagers dans la cuisine, sèche-cheveux dans les salles de bains, luges/pelles à disposition, lave linge...et beaucoup de jeux/jouets/livres au niveau de la mezzanine (mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans étaient ravis) et une console PS4 appréciée par les plus grands!
Le propriétaire est sympathique et très réactif à nos demandes. Un petit mot d’accueil ainsi qu’un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendaient à notre arrivée dans l’appartement.
Bref, une très belle semaine aux Arcs 1800m!

Tres confortable a plusieurs couples avec enfants. Tout y est! Dommage de n'avoir pu profiter de la piscine. La vue de l'appart est magnifique et la proximite avec l'ESF super!
Petit bemol, sur la propreté de l'appartement a notre arrivée menage tres superficiel!
Au final on reviendra!

Just got back from a brilliant week in Les Arcs 1800. This apartment is brilliant, more space than you could ever need, ski in/ski out for people of all ski abilities. 5 min walk from 1800 centre (make sure to get Dahu lift back up to avoid the hill). Sebastien is brilliant with communication and the management company GSI were fantastic, even lettin is in the apartment early when we arrived in resort 3 hours early. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Très bel appartement avec superbe vue
Très bel appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, disposant d'une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Appartement très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. On s'y sent merveilleusement bien et l'espace piscine / sauna / hammam est très agréable.
Le seul bémol est que l'appartement est un petit peu éloigné des remontées et des commerces quand on a des enfants en bas âge et quand le chemin est verglacé.

Très bel appartement bien conçu pour un séjour en famille très confortable.
Séjour intergénérationnel à 7 plus deux petits de deux ans pour nous dans ce beau duplex où chacun a très vite trouvé son espace pour des vacances ressourçantes ! Ski départ au pied de l’immeuble , luge pour les plus petits et balade au centre du Charvet par un petit chemin pour les courses . Une vue magnifique sur la vallée et sur le Mont Blanc de la terrasse qui nous a donné l’impression de continuer jusqu’à la nuit nos balades sur les multiples pistes des Arcs. L'appartement est très bien équipé au détail près et nous nous y sommes très vite senti « comme à la maison ». L’agence a été professionnelle et tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. Le plus est de profiter de l’espace piscine, sauna et hamman. La situation au dernier étage est très au calme et plusieurs ascenseurs desservent l’etage. Bref, un endroit à recommander et où nous retournerons avec plaisir ! J’ajoute avoir beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité, la réactivité et la gentillesse des propriétaires pour répondre à toutes nos questions .

Spacious, luxurious apartment in a perfect location.
Our group of 4 adults and 6 children (ages 12-17) were luxuriously accommodated in this beautiful apartment.
The bedrooms were comfortable and had generous storage areas.
The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and had constant hot water!
The kitchen is large and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need to easily cater for a large group of people. The Nespresso coffee machine was very popular!!
The breakfast bar and stools provide a comfortable place to sit and have a drink while talking to those cooking, providing a very sociable and relaxed cooking environment.
The dining table was the perfect size for our group.
The lounge area is very comfortable, has beautiful mountain views and leads out onto the large patio and outdoor seating area.
The mezzanine level provided an unexpected extra cosy seating area, tv, play station and games. Those unlucky enough to have homework found this a useful place to study, younger children would appreciate the games!!
Throughout the apartment there are useful/thoughtful storage areas, a separate utility area with washing machine, this made life so much easier with a big group to be able to keep the apartment nice and tidy during our holiday.
Also, very useful was the boot/ski locker allowing easy storage/ easy access for ski in ski out.
We parked our cars in the allocated parking area and didn't use them all holiday. Everything you need- shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, ski hire shops, gift shops et are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
We were very lucky to have wonderful snow conditions and glorious sunshine every day. We skied all day, every day over a huge area of pistes and loved every minute.
Our hosts Helen and Sebastien replied promptly and thoroughly to all our questions and really helped us make the most of our stay in their apartment, thank you so much for our wonderful holiday!

Et pour toutes nos questions , nous avons apprécié l efficacité de réactivité des propriétaires

Logement agréable avec une vue magnifique
Le logement était propre. Petit problème avec l’agence immobilière qui gère le logement : aucune information sur le lieu où se situait le logement à notre arrivé, lit fait mais seulement en lits simples alors que nous étions 2 couples, horaires d’arriver et de sortie selon le bon vouloir de la personne de l’agence....
A part ça le logement est magnifique, bien situé, avec tout le nécessaire en cas de pluie (jeux, console, wifi, tv,...) et surtout une vue magnifique

Magnifique séjour dans ce superbe appartement
Nous avons passé un séjour idéal dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et pensé pour le confort de tous. Nous étions en groupe de 10 (adultes, ados, enfant et un bébé de 18 mois) et nous avions toute la place pour ne pas se marcher les uns sur les autres.
La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque ! Il y a des jouets et distractions pour tous les âges et le linge de maison est fourni. Bref ! que des plus... le soleil et la neige étaient aussi au rendez-vous. Résidence ski au pied et toute proche de la station Arcs 1800 et école de ski.
Le vue magnifique sur le mon blanc est le clou du spectacle.
Merci aux charmants propriétaires et qui ont facilité notre accueil, je recommande vivement cet appartement !

We had a lovely week. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Close to facilities- apart from being uphill on the way home- but what can one expect on the side of a mountain! Ski to door was great though.

Venus entre amis (4 adultes et 6 enfants),il est rare de trouver un bien locatif ou tout est pensée pour les occupants du bébé à l'adulte.
Merci pour la décoration contemporaine, simple et harmonieuse ou rien ne manque.
Un lieu ou il fait bon vivre.
La proximité de la station ou tout est proposé pour passer de bonne vacances.

Juste parfait !
Appartement superbement décoré et équipé, au sein d'une résidence tout confort (piscine, hammam, sauna...). Magnifique vue sur les cimes. Départ skis aux pieds, à deux pas du mini club, de l'ESF et des commerces. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Appartement exceptionnel à tous points de vue :
- Emplacement idéal : accès direct aux pistes, à 2 minutes de l'ESF, à 5 min des commerces, bref on laisse sa voiture dans le parking couvert durant les vacances :-)
- Résidence de standing : casiers, piscine, sauna, très calme
- Appartement très spacieux - nous étions 10 personnes - avec terrasse et vue magnifique à 180o sur les montagnes, sans vis à vis en dernier étage !
- Equipement haut de gamme : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, mobilier design, tout confort, magnifique cuisine tout équipée avec electroménager + ustensiles et vaisselle de top qualité, tout confort hi-fi (wifi, netflix, enceinte iphone...) 5 chambres avec 5 salles de bain/douche, et la cerise sur le gâteau, un espace de jeu dédié pour les enfant en mezzanine avec TV + consoles + jouets et jeux de sociétés - idéal pour les enfants et les parents ;-)
Bref tout pour passer des vacances exceptionnelles ! On a l'impression d'être chez soi. Nous avons eu 2 jours d'intempéries qui nous ont permis de profiter avec délice de ce magnifique appartement et nous consoler de ne pas pouvoir skier !
Nous avons eu également le plaisir de rencontrer les propriétaires qui étaient en vacances la semaine juste avant nous. Très sympas et chaleureux, ils nous ont remis les clés et nous ont donné tous les bons plans autour d'un verre chez "Boubou".
Bref extra pour des vacances au top en familles ou entre amis
