It is adjoining but independent of the old farmhouse that we occupy and we put the swimming pool (10X5) at your disposal in free time in the green setting of the cedar park,

Cleverly designed to make use of the tight space with a great shower. Unfortunately we had 6 days of cold and sometimes wet weather which meant we never used the outdoor space or pool and therefore missed the indoor space to relax.

This is where the friendly French live: Wonderful three-week holiday for mum, dad and kid (13) in the Quercy region. Small and lovely pigeon tower. Gracious and unobtrusively familiar hosts - and yet, thanks to an art fair in the gardens of Cazals, quite a lot going on in the village for a weekend in August. Beautiful private around the pigeon tower, swimming pool to relax in (protected from the sun by cedars), many excursion possibilities in the region.Thanks a lot to our hosts!!!

Josianne and Jean-Pierre could not have been more welcoming. The Pigeonnier is small but delightful, and it feels like a real privilege to be able to swim in such a beautiful pool in grounds teeming with butterflies! We will definitely find an opportunity to return!

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances.
Le pigeonnier est très joli et superbement décoré, rien ne manque, tout est fait pour passer un séjour inoubliable, l'extérieur est charmant, les cèdres, la piscine, et surtout le calme, que le chant des cigales.
Les balades aux alentours sont nombreuses et sans se déplacer énormément
Nous avons particulièrement bien aimé la balade à pied qui mène au moulin avec ses petites plages ombragées.
En résumé, de très bonnes vacances
Josiane et Jean-Pierre ainsi que leur petit fils Mathis sont des hôtes extrêmement sympathiques.

Très agréable séjour dans le pigeonnier amenagé et restauré par le propriétaire dans un parc au calme avec piscine à proximité de l Aveyron et des sites à visiter ....propriétaires charmants et très sympathiques tout en étant discrets...très bons conseils de Josiane pour les balades .....accueil chaleureux...

3 jours trop court. Une région très belle. Le logement top, il ne nous manquait rien, belle décoration. Et les propriétaires comment dire ..... exceptionnels. Nous espérons les revoir très vite.

Des vacances au top!
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel avec nos deux enfants de 9 et 11 ans, qui s'y sont sentis comme chez eux, sympathisant avec Josiane et Jean-Pierre ainsi que leur petit-fils Matis et appréciant le contact avec les chevaux de Jean-Pierre. Le gîte est extrêmement fonctionnel, tout est bien pensé, y compris la penderie et l'espace de rangement à côté de la SDB qui évite de monter les bagages des enfants dans la chambre tout en haut. Jean-Pierre et Josiane sont très accueillants, aimables et à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. Un vrai bonheur! Tout est facile avec eux! L'endroit est bien situé pour les activités sportives de type accrobranche ou kayak et les visites des villages médiévaux tout proches! On recommande!

La propriété de Josiane et Jean-Pierre est spacieuse, et idéale pour une famille . La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Le pigeonnier est typique de la région et rénové avec caractère. Il est fonctionnel et juste parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Et le plus important, ce sont les sympathiques propriétaires ! Nos enfants de 9 et 3 ans et nous avons été accueillis avec enthousiasme, et le séjour a été ponctué de plusieurs attentions toutes aussi gentilles les unes que les autres ! Un grand merci pour ces vacances parfaites.

Un havre de paix
Adeptes des petits coins tranquilles, cela fait plusieurs années que nous parcourons la région à la recherche de la pépite.
Cette pépite, nous l'avons trouvé chez Josianne et Jean-Pierre !
Certes, le pigeonnier n'est pas grand, mais tout y est fonctionnel, luxueux et confortable. Le parc est magnifiquement entretenu et nos petits animaux s'y sont sentis en sécurité.
Pour finir, Josianne et Jean-Pierre sont dynamiques, courtois, adorables et de bon conseil.
Nous aimons découvrir de nouveaux gites mais là, je crois que toute la famille y retournerait avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Very nice place to visit. The garden is huge with plenty of space with a good swimming pool for children to play. The house has a well equipped kitchen and is generally in excellent condition. If the weather is really hot there is river just down the road for swimming and kayak hire. I would highly recommend this property.

Très agréable séjour en famille dans un magnifique cadre
Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine dans ce pigeonnier joliment restauré et tout à fait adapté à notre famille avec deux enfants. Le gîte présente une très agréable terrasse sans aucun vis à vis et face au grand jardin arboré. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à la description du site. Nous avons profité de la piscine et de ses abords. Les hôtes sont tout à fait charmants, très accueillants, bienveillants et de très bons conseils pour les nombreuses visites et randonnées dans la région. Région que nous avons découvert avec plaisir, elle regorge de magnifiques villages médiévaux, Albi est un petit bijou à visiter. Une adresse à recommander sans modération! Encore merci à nos charmants hôtes!

Agradable y acogedora casa en un jardín de cedros centenarios.
Una casa muy acogedora, ideal si te gusta la tranquilidad. Si queréis visitar bastidas, pequeños pueblos medievales, deportes de aventura para toda la familia y naturaleza en las gargantas del río Aveyron, inmejorable situación. La hospitalidad de Josian, Jean Pierre y su nieto Matisse, hicieron la estancia lo mejor de las vacaciones, las charlas con ellos fueron divertidas clases de francés. Un saludo de los maños, con muchas ganas de volveros a ver.

Une région qui nous était peu connue mais magnifique!
Nous avons aimé notre semaine dans cette région. Les villages médiévaux sont tellement beaux et conservés. Tout est joli ...
Le gîte est charmant et pratique... la décoration soignée... une petite attention rafraichissante dans le frigo, les essuies, draps tout était prêt... tout juste pour notre famille de 4 et le Wifi en plus pour les ados!
La piscine, très grande, est à partager avec les propriétaires mais nous y étions seuls... Josiane et Jean Pierre en prennent soin tous les matins! Très à l écoute et heureux de partager leurs projets les plus fous nous avons même partagé un apéritif afin de faire un peu plus connaissance... merci beaucoup... nous reviendrons...

Excellent séjour dans un lieu magnifique avec des propriétaires charmants
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans un lieu magnifique. Le jardin est un véritable parc avec d'immenses cèdres . Le pigeonnier est bien sûr très petit mais bien arrangé avec beaucoup de goût . La cuisine est parfaitement équipé et on en oublie presque l 'exiguïté des lieux . Le lit ( pas très large ) n 'est pas facile d'accès pour des personnes d' un certain âge vu l 'étroitesse de la chambre .La salle de bain comporte une douche à l 'italienne très soignée . Les 2 lits au 2° étage sont accessibles par un escalier à demi-marches : parfait pour des enfants! La piscine est grande , très bien entretenue et les fauteuils de plage nombreux et soignés .Un plus : le linge de maison est fourni !Les propriétaires sont discrets et charmants . Bref, un endroit paradisiaque !

Un sejour très reposant dans un environnement absolument tranquille. Une belle piscine pour s'activer un peu et un mignon pigeonnier bien équipé pour le quotidien! Le tout très bien entretenu par Josiane et Jean-Pierre, des propriétaires fort sympathiques, discrets et toujours disposés à donner des conseils de visites des environs et soucieux de notre "bien être"!
Nos enfants (10 et 15ans) ont avec enthousiasme validé notre souhait d'un second séjour de vacances dans ce joli havre de paix! La région est magnifique et de nombreux sites sont à voir. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller ce lieu ressourçant et rempli de sympathie !

The beautiful cedar trees complete the picture.
Owners very friendly, welcoming, give tips if desired.
Keep themselves further in the background, made no use of the swimming pool.
Cottage is located on edge of quiet farming village.
A canoe trip on the nearby river de l'Aveyron is very nice.
l'Eau Canard, start in the lovely town of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.
the Near located on a rock Castle of Penne is well worth a visit.
Beautiful is also the medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel.
All in all worth recommending to all your friends!
Weaknesses: less suitable for small children due to stairs,
No livingroom, so hanging on the couch is not possible.
