Welcome to this 130m2-sized ground floor apartment for 6 people in Portocolom
The outdoor areas offer welcoming corners to have a maximum relax during the stay. On a 70m2-sized terrace you can sunbathe or read your favorite book on the sunbeds, freshen up in the outdoor shower or prepare a BBQ for your family or friends. Also, there are two porches with lawned areas. There is a parking space for one car.
The interior is light and spacious and contains a 35m2-sized living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All three bedrooms offer fans and wardrobes. The first one has a double bed and an ensuite-bathroom with a hair-dryer. The second bedroom offers also a double bed. The third one has 2 single beds. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
There is another bathroom with a store room where you find a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.
Porto Colom is a nice seaside town with a traditional fishermen atmosphere. Nearby there are many coves that you can discover! In this area you can also practice golf, cycling or rent a canoe. In the centre of town you will find many services and variety of restaurants and bars. If you look for more leisure offer, you could get to Cala Millor (15 km), where there are safaris for the kids. In addition, just in front of the apartment there is the boat “Starfish” that you can take to explore the island.

In general we had a great, relaxed stay. The house was very clean and close to the beach and supermarket. The only con was the photos from the website don‘t represent how it really looks. The interior looks a bit old and the lightning is very cold and dark. So we didn’t feel that comfortable inside. Therefore the outside area was really nice. Furthermore the dogs in the neighbourhood are barking a lot which was annoying. Tony was very friendly and helped us with all of our question. Unfortunately he had a party in his flat above on a wednesday with loud music till 4am and we didn’t get much sleep.
So all in all we didn’t feel as comfortable and at home as we could but still had a good time, enjoyed our stay and the price is fair.

The house ist beautiful. Well equipped, nice terrace, good cooking facilities. The Problem ist the neighbourhood. At least 10 barking dogs in the direct neighbourhood. Barking all day long! The Landladies son lives upstairs. To enter his flat, he had to cross our terrace. Found that Strange. He also has a Dog, which behaved annoying, disturbing and defacating our terrace. The Agency - Homerti- Did Not react concerning our complaints. Disappointing. Bad service

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a nice house with a lot of space outside. The guy upstairs is friendly and calm. The lovely Cala Marcal is not far away.

Logement spacieux, les terrasses sont soignés. Beaucoup d'attentions (serviettes de plages, masques de plongée...)sont mises à disposition par les propriétaires. On se sent très bien dans la maison

A very spacious and well-maintained house situated approx. 1 km from the beach. The house had the amenities we wanted. Kitchen and the 2 bathrooms suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much and in particular the outdoor terrace/patio was our main area when "at home". However, a car is needed when shopping in nearby supermarkets (in our opinion).
