About this villa rental
A very large, beautifully appointed single level home built in 2016. Arrival is on the upper level, with a garage for 2 cars and parking for 3. An elevator goes down to the house: so the cars are not visible from the house.
You arrive on a very large terrace, on which open six large bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, very large closets, a safe, and a very large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen.
The infinity pool is in front of the house, facing the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The pool is heated from May 15 to October 15, dates extendable depending on the weather.
It is in front of you that the regattas of the "Voiles de Saint Tropez" take place, generally from the last week of September to the first week of October, a meeting place for the most beautiful sailing ships in the world.
The arched facade allows all the rooms to benefit from the view on Saint Tropez, Sainte Maxime, and the bay.
The house is fully air-conditioned, each room individually. The shutters are motorized and adjustable sunshades.
The house also has a cinema-television projection room, an independent bathroom, a laundry room, and a pantry for the kitchen.
The kitchen is open to the living room and the terrace. The terrace is shaded by a very large sail.
All the rooms of the villa are on the same level, as well as the terrace. The design of this set allows to live very pleasantly, with the impression to be always outside in this enchanting setting, without any opposite.
The garden is planted with very picturesque Mediterranean vegetation (olive trees, cork oaks, oleanders, jasmine, bougainvillea, flowering bushes, etc.).
A gate opens onto a staircase that leads to the beach (240 m.).
You will walk along the tennis courts, with an open-air restaurant, under the plane trees (180 m. from the house). The children can thus access the tennis court without leaving the domain, closed by a remote-controlled gate.
A protected passage allows to pass under the road.
You arrive on a very large beach, well exposed.
You will also find two beach restaurants, a sailing school, with sailboat rentals, hobby cats...
The small town of Sainte Maxime is 2 km away by car or on foot along the sea, where you will find many restaurants from the simplest to the most gastronomic, fashion stores, cafés with beautiful terraces, the covered market (fish, fruits and vegetables, cheeses...), the big open air market on Friday morning, the port and the embarkation for Saint Tropez, the church.
For golfers, 2 golf courses are very close : the beautiful and famous Beauvallon golf course (2 km), and the Blue Green of Sainte Maxime (6 km), with an unbelievable view.

What a great location, view to die for, and fantastic property.
Facilities were spot on, but you have to the bolt on Chef (Bibi) as a minimum for breakfasts and some evenings meals.
One of the best holidays - we have had as a family!!!😄👍🇫🇷

Spectacular property! Spacious! Gorgeous views of the bay! We were celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday with our kids and grandkids! We all had an awesome time! Stephanie was great and very responsive! I only have a couple of minor suggestions: provide more towels, pool towels, detergent for laundry and dishwasher, and shower toiletries! These amenities would have been great!!

Wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Gorgeous views, awesome pool, fun rooms, great local places to eat on the beach nearby or simply relax at the place. St Maxine also have great markets and restaurants. Highly recommend - we had a blast

Beautiful location with all of the amenities you could want. Centrally located. Our family of 10 ranging in age from 16 to 75 had a wonderful experience. The views of Saint-Tropez and Sainte Maxime were breath taking. Bibi, the chef, prepared 5 award worthy dinners for us and she could not have been more gracious. Her fees were reasonable. She is a must add-on.

Vi var tre generasjoner på besøk i en uke og hadde en kjempeflott ferie. Utsikten var helt fantastisk, eiendommen var praktisk og romslig både inne og ute. Vi fikk alltid rask respons på våre henvendelser av den veldig hyggelige forvalteren.

Amazing villa with great views
We a group of friends stayed a long weekend in the villa. We surprised our friend who is getting married with this trip and place. We all loved it! The view was amazing, nice walking distance to Sainte-Maxine (about 20 minutes). Check-in was easy and very wellcoming, thanks to Stephanie. It was also easy to contact her if needed, but we got our own privacy. We also used transportation service that the owners recommended and it worked really good! The villa itself was very functional and beautiful. It was nice to have 6 bedrooms all with own bathroom. Outdoor area with pool was also great to enjoy sunny days in our own privacy. All in all we recommend this villa and probably came someday back.

Presque parfait
Réservation parfaite et sans problème
La villa est superbe avec une vue magnifique qui vous émerveille à chaque instant. Tres belle piscine et extérieur avec de magnifiques lauriers roses.
La conception est parfaite, cependant la route qui longe la plage laisse en permanence un bruit de moto, police, ambulance….qui en haute saison nous prive du calme.
Surtout Quelques détails qui se cumulent mériteraient une action afin de passer un séjour parfait:
Arrivée à 22h personne pour nous accueillir, ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de lumière dans les escaliers….la descente des bagages est périlleuse.
Arrivée dans la villa, frigidaire vide…donc pas de dîner après un long voyage…
Villa pas très propre , piscine non nettoyée et pelouse non coupée et qui ne le sera pas pendant 15 jours!!
Des odeurs d’eaux usées qui ne sont pas très agréable pendant le déjeuner.
Plus de verre à vin …uniquement à eau , pas de couteaux de cuisine type bloc qui coupent, pas de pelle à poussière !
Un seul lave vaisselle et grille pain…
Pas lumière dans notre salle de bain pendant les 15 jours, un électricien devait passer.
les coussins du salon de jardin commence à être très salles.
Un fer à repasser qui fuit..
3h de ménage (1 personne) en 15 jours et serviettes des SDB non changées !!
Dommage car ces quelques petites choses améliorées permettraient un séjour exceptionnel.

Le rêve à l’état pur… Cette Villa est tout simplement parfaite de part son Architecture, sa beauté, son confort, sa Vue grandiose, sa situation à 5 minutes à pied de la plage 🏖… 10 minutes à pied du centre ville de St Maxime…

Un gran bel posto
La villa gode di una vista spettacolare sul golfo di Saint Tropez. Saint Maxime è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
Ogni camera è dotata di bagno privato e la sala cinema è un plus che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Ambiente giorno accogliente e cucina ben attrezzata. Tutti gli ingredienti per una vacanza serena.

Une splendide maison, un sublime panorama
Nous étions 14 membres de la même famille. 4 couples, 2 grandes sœurs et 4 jeunes enfants. Six chambres. Chacun avec sa salle de bain, tous ayant vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez. La salle home-cinema a été bien appréciée de tous. Le cellier et l'arrière cellier bien pratiques. La cuisine complète. J'en oublie ... nous avons tous passé un inoubliable séjour, avec en plus, par chance, un beau soleil.

Family Reunion with 12 People from Canada, Australia and Ireland
This house was ideal for our group of 12 people; 6 adults and six kids. Each bedroom has an en-suite and there was a room with 4 single beds that was great for the kids.
The views over St Maxime and St. Tropez were wonderful, both during the day and each evening.
The house had a well-stocked kitchen and the double set of washers and dryers were beneficial. There was enough parking for 4 cars.
It was close enough to town that you could walk there in about 20 to 25 minutes.
The tennis courts from the local tennis club were available, which allowed us to play a couple times during the week. Was also enjoyed their pocce ball (boules) court.
The pool was a great temperature and the sunshade proved to be very useful with the kids.
The only issue was that the elevator didn’t work, which was fine for us but if there had been individuals with mobility issues, then that would have been a problem.
When we reached out to the property manager regarding the elevator, they responded promptly and a repairman did arrive but he was unable to get the elevator working.

Best Location ever with the greatest view!
We had been 13 guys in total from all over the world (Germany, Switzerland, US, UK etc.) for celebrating our best friends bachelor-party in Saint Tropez.
Everything was perfect! Just everything!
The place itself is even prettier and more breathtaking than on the pictures! It is actually to good to be true. The doors in the floor have a rainbow-theme, the view on Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez is just amazing!
You have everything there, from the Pool, BBQ, a Nespresso-Machine, many Fridges and Coolers, an Ice Machine, many Bathrooms, a Cinema where we could plug in our PS4.
The communication with Joelle and Laura was wonderful. In French AND English ! :) They also had been very flexible and always responded instantly.
We had been from all over the world and I was not sure if everyone would be happy, but they all enjoyed it! We all would love to come back any time and I can recommend this place and this owner to 100%!

Magnifique Villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Ste-Maxime et St-Tropez
Nous avons passé un très beau weekend prolongé dans votre villa pour fêter mes 30 ans ! Tout y est, dans le moindre détail (Barbecue, Plancha, machine à glaçons !), piscine à débordement, vue exceptionnelle sur Sainte-Maxime et Saint Tropez. Le descriptif de la villa correspond tout à fait à la réalité et votre propriété (intérieur comme extérieur) est parfaitement entretenue. Je reviendrai volontier pour un séjour plus long en période estivale ! Merci encore pour votre disposition et votre accueil.
