About this apartment rental

In the heart of Avoriaz, our 47 m2 apartment is located in the Les Portes du Soleil B residence. Facing south west, it is very bright and has a balcony.
It is at the foot of the children's village and all the shops.
This completely renovated apartment has:
-an entrance with two closets.
- a 22m2 living room / kitchen with an integrated kitchen (sink, dishwasher, induction hob, combined oven, fridge, extractor hood, senséo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, raclette machine, appliance fondue ...), a rapido corner sofa convertible into a 140X190 double bed (18 cm mattress), a table and 8 chairs, a 32 '' flat screen TV.
- a bedroom with 1 140X190 bed and a chest of drawers.
- an alcove with a 140X190 bed, 1 80X190 bunk bed and a TV with DVD player.
- an independent WC with a washer-dryer.
-a bathroom with a 90X140 shower, a vanity unit, a mirror, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a toilet.
The apartment has windows and a French window with thermal and phonic double glazing and unlimited WIFI access.

The little extras:
-bed sheets provided and beds made on arrival.
- delivery of the keys by the owner, to the TOP SKI store where you can benefit from a 40% discount on all rentals (in winter)

This apartment is absolutely perfect. The hosts were always helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process was very easy. The apartment has everything you need and very easy access to the slopes right in the heart of the village. I can’t recommend this apartment enough and really hope to visit again very soon.

Very nicely furnished 2-bed apartment in a great central location in Avoriaz. Apartment was well equipped with everything you would need if you wanted to eat in but also close to restaurants and bars if not. Ski-in ski-out location that was surprisingly quiet at night given the central location. There is a well stocked supermarket opposite the complex which sells everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment in the centre of Avoriaz. Perfectly located for shops, restaurants and slopes. Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything you need to self cater and the addition of an extra toilet was useful for a large family. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and would happily return ourselves.

Lovely warm apartment with views over main street. Means a little noise at night and early mornings but did not bother us. Cleverly divided up and well furnished. More than enough equipment in the kitchen in you want to self cater. Perfect location in centre of Avoriaz meaning only short walks to shops, bars, Aquariaz and ski schools. Hope to return!

A beautiful apartment just over from the ice skating rink, supermarket, tourist office and ski slope. The sofa bed was comfy and the rooms very liveable for a week (from experience all rooms in ski apartments aren't that big). Better than Ski In + Ski Out is the 40% discount you get from the owners ski rental shop just behind the supermarket (Top Ski). Arrive in the morning to heated boots, absolute luxury. Nearby is a swimming pool with palm trees, a sort of water slide and a climbing wall. Kids loved it. There is also a bowling alley not to far away. Also the bolougerie (bakers) is just a 2 minute walk up the hill, with an amazing selection of cakes and breads. The only downside is the noise, you are is a central to Avoriaz, which means you will hear people out and about coming back from the bars. All in all, if we were going back to Avoriaz, would definitely book again.

Best location in Avoriaz. My 2 children had lessons in Village des Enfants which is right next to the apartment. The apartment was clean and fitted out to a high standard. The deal with the local ski shop was so convenient. We could leave all our equipment there each evening and walk the 50m back to the apartment or to the local restaurants and bars. Boots were dry and warm every morning.
