Chambre, piscine et sauna .

Ils sont pas respecté le prix de chambre affiché sur Booking.com. Manque totale de respect envers les clients. Hôtel à éviter à tout prix !

Très bien mais un peu cher pour le secteur.

La propreté, le confort du lit et des oreillers.

La pomme de douche était abimée (elle montait et descendait et n'avait pas de bon jet). Les lumières et interrupteurs de lumières étaient compliqués à utiliser (3 interrupteurs qui ferme la même lumière tandis que d'autre ne font aucune action)

Rooms are small, problems with TV and not overly helpful staff

The TV’s don’t get all the channels, PLUS the television are not working correctly and turn on throughout the night.

La localisation était parfaite en fonction de mes besoins.

Il y avait des cheveux dans la baignoire, sur le plancher et sur les mur. Les cadres de portes étaient collant et l'évier de la salle de bain était brisé. Il n'y avait même pas de savon pour se laver les mains !

Médiocre au point que j’ai voulu sortir de cet hôtel rapidement afin de me trouver un lieu plus respectueux

Proximité

Senteur de la cigarette dans la chambre. Chercher de la glace avec un employé pendant 20 minutes avant d’en trouver au rC. Aller manger au resto de l’hôtel et recevoir un coupon de réduction de 15% après avoir payer 75.00 pour une personne alors que le coupon aurait du être remis lors de l’enregistrement. Se faire réveiller en pleine nuit à deux reprises par la tv et aller me plaindre en pleine nuit à l’employer pour me faire dire de débrancher le filage. Prendre une bouteilles de d’eau ,avec une étiquette de l’hôtel , pendant la nuit afin de sortir de son insomnie, et ce la faire charger à 3,00 alors que j’étais là pour me reposer . J’avais réserver pour 2 jours, mais dès mon réveil j’ai voulu sortir de la afin de m’offrir un lieu plus zen. Hôtel Mortagne.

No soap in the bathroom. Shower head broken could not adjust bathroom furniture broken mirror repair easy fix but they just left it broken
