Amplio apartamento y en buena zona

Apartamento junto a una de las principales zonas de la ciudad, junto a la ópera y la catedral de la ciudad. Cuenta con muchas tiendas y restaurantes en los alrededores. Situado en primera planta con ascensor, aunque hay varios escalones hasta llegar al mismo. Apartamento amplio, cuenta con cocina, baño completo, habitación y lavadora. Buenas limpieza y a pesar de estar en una avenida transitada, se encuentra bien aislado del tráfico de vehículos.

Se debe pagar en efectivo, aunque no hubo inconveniente en ello.

Per total, o cazare ideala!

Locatia apartamentului este ideala, chiar in centrul vechi al orasului. Curatenie de nota 10 Bucatarie complet utilata, am avut parte de tot ce am avut nevoie. Un raport calitate-pret excelent

Ne-a placut totul, singurul mic minus ar fi apa de la dus pentru care asteptam mult pana sa se incalzeasca, dar nu a fost ceva deranjant.

Mi-as fi dorit sa revin..

Fabulos este un cuvant atat de des folosit incat si-a pierdut greutatea si nu il voi folosi in scurta mea descriere...Am ales acest apartament pentru ca la Hotel Timisoara nu mai erau locuri. Cunosc orasul pentru ca aici am inceput facultatea, deci are locul preferential in sufletul meu. Ce minunat a fost pentru mine ca de la fereastra sa vad intrarea la Opera! Apartamentul are tot ce trebuie, nimic in minus, nimic de adaugat, este tot ce isi doreste orice calator, un loc curat in care sa te poti odihni dar si ideea ca faci trei pasi si esti la Km ZERO, nu numai al Timisoarei ci si al prieteniei, al bunului simt si al simplittaii = elegantei si spiritualitatii. Am savurat placerea de a fi acolo dar si bucuria de a te trezi reconfortat dupa doar cateva ore de somn...nu vreau sa extind comentariul pentru ca, luna viitoare, cand voi reveni cu drag, risc sa gasec apartamentul .., ocupat de cititorii acestor randuri...nu facti asta, nu ma lasati sa dorm in gara!

Smeštaj koji je doprineo fantastičnom utisku o Temišvaru.

Odličan smeštaj. Domaćini izuzetni. Ispunjena su moja očekivanja.

Buka iz ulice je malo glasnija nego očekivano. Jastuci su malo veći od očekivanog, anatomski bi bili pravi pogodak.

Perfect choice for Timisoara

The apartment was excellent. Perfect location, walking distance to everything in the city center. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we definitely liked having a great washing machine. Parking was convenient, there a street spaces directly in front that you can pay for with a parking app. No payments needed in the evening or on Sunday. When we first arrived all of the street spaces were full. There is a public lot, Parcare Cu Plata around the block behind the apartment (5 Lei per hour) that worked out well for us the first day and a half until we moved it to the street. The street spaces end up less expensive since the pay zone is only active a portion of the day. It seems like there are always people coming and going so getting a space isn’t hard. The host provided excellent communication and was very welcoming. We are happy to recommend the Central Sweet Spot as a perfect choice in Timisoara.

Fantastic location, spotless clean, very well equipped, appartement had windows blinds so it can be darkened really good.

Location was excellent, walking distance to all the main points of interest. Apartment had everything I needed. Market open just downstairs. Apartment was clean and owner very helpful and friendly. I also loved the sunshades as was able to make the room pitch black and sleep till later in the afternoon.

Everything was great - the apartment was clean and cozy, comfortable bed, there was absolutely everything you need if you're staying a few days, Raluca is a lovely host. Highly recommend it.

One-week trip

Big apartment in an excellent location, literally steps away from the historic centre of Timișoara with plenty of restaurants to chose from. Well furnished kitchen and a store conveniently located on the ground floor of the building for those times when you don't feel going out. Flawless wi-fi, aircon and a tv in the bedroom, alongside the one in the living room. The host was always available and easy to reach, great overall experience.

Really cosy spot in the city center

It was really comfortable, so close to the city center, the owner was really friendly and gave me so many tips of what to do in Timisoara. It was well kitted our so that I could cook easily in the apartment. Nice and spacious but also cosy
