About this apartment rental
This modern and tastefully furnished spacious 3-room apartment is located in the 3rd Upstairs and is 84 square meters. The brightly furnished living room offers guests a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV and a separate dining area for up to 6 people. A large wrap-around balcony, which gives a view of the Schloonsee to the south and lets the sea shimmer on the west side, is a highlight of this apartment. In the living area integrated kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven p. p leaves nothing to be desired even for the amateur cook. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 or 90 x 200) and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms, equipped with shower / washbasin / WC, one with an infrared cabin (gg. Fee 2.00 Euro / hour), are available for use. The car parking space is located in the underground car park and is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

After about 10 minutes on foot you reach from your apartment the Bansiner pier and the lively town center with concert area, dining options and various shops. If you appreciate peace in idyllic nature, leisurely walks on and around the Schloonsee are just the thing. After about 5 minutes you will reach the paths that lead to the water. Your own or rented bicycles can be accommodated in a separate bike room protected in the "House Nordic" protected. �� Each apartment is 1 parking space in the garage, in the courtyard or on the street. Wi-Fi access is available on request upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Please note that the performance of internet connections on the island of Usedom may not be up to your usual level. Especially at peak times, when almost all holidaymakers send their pictures and news home or to the social networks, it regularly comes to failures.
