Stay in a completely renovated studio, 50 m from the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
In a tourist residence with: swimming pool, located in Trois ilets.
Our beautiful apartment with a capacity of 4 people (a double bed 140 and a sofa bed 90 plus drawer 90) all separated by a screen.
Facilities: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a large fully covered terrace of 20m2 on which you can take your meals or enjoy an outdoor seating area for a drink when you return from the beach.
The location is ideal: 50 meters walk from the sea, close to beach restaurants, diving club, towed buoy, water skiing, jet ski, dolphin outings, riding stables, mini market, car rental, gas station,

Jennifer et Romain sont très accueillants. Le studio était propre. Agréable séjour. Petit bémol, 3 transats non utilisables à la piscine et les paillotes ont besoin d être refaites.

Studio très sympathique dans une résidence propre et calme, à 2 pas de la plage, avec une belle terrasse. Extrêmement bien situé, accès facile à toutes les belles plages de Martinique. Propriétaires sympathiques qui ont toujours été très réactifs pour nous répondre dans nos échanges. Allez-y ! Nous recommandons !

Séjour en bord de mer
Residence très bien située, a 150m de la plage de l anse a l ane. Commerces tous proches. Très commode pour visiter l ile et aller a Fort de France avec la navette(bateau).
L appartement est agréable avec sa grande terrasse couverte. L endroit est calme.
Une adresse a retenir.

Tout simplement parfait
Appartement idéalement situé, calme et irréprochable. Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes en décembre. A deux pas de la plage et des commodités, le ferry à 3mn à pieds 👣 pour se rendre à fort de France... très propre, calme et pratique pour se rendre partout en Martinique. Romain nous a accueilli dans la bonne humeur et à su nous faire profiter de son expérience de l'île , encore merci. Nous reviendrons 😀

Très bon et agréable moments ...
Présentation du studio et des environs par la Propriétaire et à nous " La belle Vie " , comme sur les photos , studio rénové et Frais , piscine , le coin , tout était parfait ! Moments conviviales avec les vacanciers des autres locations ; séjour a refaire ,merci aux Propriétaires . ( Je suis un Local et j'ai véritablement apprécié la semaine...)

Excellent location with gas station, grocery store, beach, and restaurants within walking distance. Property and apartment are well maintained. Location of apartment in the complex was far enough away from the pool to be quite and still with quick access. Would stay there again.

The apartment complex and pool are very well maintained, clean and safe. The apartment is very clean and updated and works well. The location is great, across the street from the beach, grocery, gas station and a nearby Boulanger. Several restaurants on the beach. Nice studio for a couple.

Très agréable et avec la climatisation indispensable
Annonce conforme au descriptif, les propriétaires sont très compréhensifs et s’ajustent à nos horaires pour les départs et arrivées.
Appartement dans une petite résidence de vacances familiale calme et très bien placé.
Juste la route à traverser et vous êtes à l’an plage et l’embarcadère Pour Ford de France.
À côté un carrefour market d’une bonne boulangerie et de petit resto sympa
Le tout faisable à pieds
Et à une heure Max des principales villes à visiter

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines dans le logement de Romain et Jennifer. Le logement est conforme à la description et idéalement placé pour visiter la Martinique.

Très bon séjour.
Appartement fonctionnel et agréable avec sa terrasse lumineuse. Sa situation est appréciée pour sa proximité de la plage de l’Anse à l’âne, de petits commerces, sans en subir les nuisances.
Romain est un hôte accueillant et sympathique, disponible en cas de besoins.
Nous y avons vécu d’excellentes vacances.
Petit bémol : le manque de places sur le parking de la résidence. Mais on peut trouver facilement des places dans la rue.

appartement sympathique tres bien placé
Studio bien aménagé par Romain et Jennifer par ailleurs très réactifs au moindre problème.
L'équipement est minimum mais sans doute conforme à ce qui se pratique en Martinique.
Une suggestion cependant : un grille pain et une lampe de chevet plus puissante ne seraient pas superflus. Globalement, très bon séjour avec un très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Des vacances aux top
Nous voudrions remercier Romain et Jenifer pour leur accueil si chaleureux dans leur superbe Studio tres agreable et confortable. Merciii pour leur le petit présent dans le frigo bien frais (une bouteille de planteur fait maison) ça nous a
carrement plongé directement dans l'ambiance Madinina. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié la proximité des commerces (Carrefour Market) , boulangerie , pizzeria mais aussi des restaurants en bordure de plage. Quels souvenirs merveilleux. Nous avons autant profité de la piscine de la résidence que de la plage trés proche..pas besoin de voiture (vraiment appreciable). Elle restait garée au Parking (sécurisé).
N'oublions pas nos apéros interminables sur la belle terrasse carrelée et couverte du coup on ne râte pas l'apero en cas de pluie lol).
Merci encore pour ces vacances de Rêves je recommande vraiment ce studio et ces personnes. A trés vite...

Safety box, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker and many things are all in the kitchen for your convenience. Basic coffee/tea others supplies provided as well as spare blankets, sheets & towels . Iron & ironing board are also available in the studio and access to laundry facilities on the location site.
Easy access to transportation routes as well as ferry services for the capital, Fort-de France and Anse Mitan/ Pointe-du-Bout. Parking on the secured site. Multiple sports facilities on the beach and restaurants, grocery store is near by.
---For canadians who arrive with Air Canada on sunday pm's flight, don't hesitate to ask for water bottles or base product for your arrival; all the supermarket are closed sunday afternoon.---
