In front of the house, a swimming pool (secured by an alarm) overlooks the sea. The swimming pool is bordered by a large terrace with sun loungers. Nearby, another terrace serves as a summer lounge.
This authentic house, testimony of the Provençal tradition, has thick walls protecting from the heat. The large bay windows give it great brightness. Its refined decoration is increasingly rare to find in the region.

On the ground floor, a large library entrance, three living rooms opening onto the sea, a large kitchen dining room, a pantry, a guest toilet, an outdoor summer dining room, as well as '' a family suite with a large bedroom, a children's bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, WC and private terrace.
On the first floor, 5 large bedrooms, each with a bathroom or shower, W.C., with French windows opening onto a large terrace with sea view - sun loungers.
Two televisions (flat screen) and DVD players, Wi-Fi connection, two refrigerators, a freezer, two ovens, two dishwashing machines, small household appliances. Fans in each bedroom.

Behind the house is a large laundry room with two washing machines. Parking on the property. A guard lives on site.

At the ground floor, a spacious entrance-library, 3 living rooms opening onto the swimming pool, a vast kitchen dining room with 2 ovens, a scullery with 2 dish washers, 2 fridges and a deep freezer, a guest's toilets and an outside summer dining room.
Furthermore, at the ground floor, a family suite with a bedroom for the parents, and another one for the kids, with bathroom and toilets.
On the first floor, 5 big bedrooms with French windows opening onto a vast terrace with deckchairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilets.
Behind the house is a big laundry room with two washing machines.
A warden lives on the spot.
