Jean Marie and his wife were wonderful sharing their home to us. It was nice to be a be come back to a quiet retreat after a day of sightseeing. The amenities were also good offering coffee, spices and misc items. You do need a car although you can walk to a close by town. Enjoy this gem

La location est parfaitement située pour découvrir toutes les merveilles de la Côte d'Azur, tant côté Mer, que côté Arrière-Pays ! Elle se situe dans une résidence au calme et dispose d'un adorable jardin où les citronniers côtoient les Oiseaux de Paradis ! Elle est également très fonctionnelle et confortable ! Bref, un très agréable séjour en famille et entre amis !

Beau séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une maison agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et donnent beaucoup d'informations sur les beaux coins de la région à découvrir. Un dessert maison ( enfin 2 !) attendait notre fils à notre arrivée, de quoi ravir les papilles après un long voyage ainsi que du beau Mimosa. Nous avons même pu en ramener chez nous pour prolonger un goût de vacances !

Kurzurlaub
Wir haben 6 Tage dort verbracht. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auch unseren Hund dabei. Das Haus war super, das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, sodass wir unseren Hund im Garten frei rumlaufen lassen konnten. Der Garten bietet auch viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Außerdem gibt es dort einen Grill.
Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir waren mit unserem Auto dort und Wanderrouten, Nizza, Antibes und weitere Städte sind sehr schnell zu erreichen von dort aus. Es ist eine super Ausgangslage.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben uns nett empfangen und alles gezeigt. Für uns war es ein großer Pluspunkt, dass unser Hund willkommen war und wir es mit dem Hund dort sehr bequem hatten.

Ein wunderschönes Haus für Familien in einer gesicherten Anlage, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit wirklich allem was man braucht.
Das Vermietereheppar hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns hat uns alles gezeigt. Zudem war für unsere Kinder eine leckere Mousse au chocolat im Kühlschrank und für unser Abendessen bereits der Tisch im provenzalischen Stil auf der Terrasse gedeckt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Haus!
Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Jean Marie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Terasse und vor allem der Garten sind toll und sehr gepflegt, im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Handtücher. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We as Family of 4 (two teenagers) really enjoyed staying at Family Wenzlers wonderful house. After a very personal welcome we quickly felt very comfortable. Very well equipped and totally met all expectations especially the veranda and the well created outer area and garden.
So nice Nice :) and the whole environment, very local on the one side and very adventurous discovering the different sites and also swimming very far out at this wonderful area of Cote Azur. Nature right around the corner (nature park).
We gladly recommend staying at Family Wenzlers "estate"!

Wir haben sehr schöne Woche im Haus verbracht und können es weiter empfehlen. Bis Nizza braucht man mit dem auto ca. 20 bis 30 min, nach Antibes 10 min. Marinaland ist in 5 min erreichbar, für Kindern ganz tolles Erlebnis.

Un séjour très agréable
Trois semaines passées entre le 05 et le 26 août 2017 dans cette maison fonctionnelle et bien située. On s'approprie rapidement les lieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Propriétaires très accueillants, bienveillants, sympathiques et disponibles tout à fait dignes de confiance. Nos deux petits chiens ont apprécié le jardin agréable et ombragé. A recommander sans hésitation.

C'est effectivement une maison familiale de charme très confortable avec un très beau jardin et deux belles terrasses très agréables, le tout conforme aux photos.
L’environnement est parfait pour passer des vacances au calme et sécurisé car la résidence est fermée.
Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la cour fermée.
Location très agréable pour un tarif très raisonnable.
Accueil excellent et chaleureux, Monsieur et Madame Wenzler et leur fille Isabelle sont charmants et pas compliqués ……
Nous sommes venues avec notre maman de 87 ans et Mr et Mme Wenzler ont eu une délicate attention en nous offrant des jours supplémentaires afin que notre maman se repose davantage avant de faire le voyage retour. (Nous venons de la Marne).
Merci aussi d’avoir accepté nos trois petits chiens.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est bien placée pour les visites de la Côte d’Azur …Très beaux villages : Gourdon et Mougins ….. (entres autres) car la région est belle.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette confortable maison.
Le jardin est magnifique malgré notre séjour en Février, de beaux citrons et du mimosa qui sent très bon !
La location est bien équipée. Le tarif est très raisonnable pour le secteur.
Nous étions 4 adultes et deux enfants et la place ne manquait pas.

Schöner und erholsamer Familienurlaub
Seit mehreren Jahren verbringen wir, Mutter (45), Vater (45), Tochter (16) und Hund, unsren Urlaub in Südfrankreich.
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und trägt die persönliche Note der Eigentümer. Der Garten mit Terrasse war ein Ort der Erholung, perfekt zum Ausspannen und Grillen, alles vorhanden und ein eigener Parkplatz im Hof.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage, dennoch sind es nur ca. 5-10 Min. mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen (großer Supermarkt) und dem Strand.
Generell ist die Lage für Ausflüge ins Hinterland bzw. nach Nizza, Cannes usw. perfekt, unsere Lieblingsstadt war Antibes.
Der Hausherr ist super nett, steht jederzeit bereit einem zu helfen wenn man es möchte, ansonsten genießt man einen unbeschwerten Urlaub.

Great short break & villa in good location.
A short break of 5 nights and the owner just could not have done anything more to make the visit a great success. Lots of contact prior to arrival to ensure everything was in place for accessing the property and even a welcome drink in the fridge to get comfortable on arrival.
The villa is well situated in a quite corner of a small estate and easy by car to reach the beaches and shops, including a dog friendly beach only 10 minutes away.
The villa had everything we required and the gardens were extremely well cared for and the strawberries were just great!

Sehr schön!
Das Haus war sehr nett und geräumig und die Eigentümer sehr diskret und sehr sehr zuvorkommend! Die Lage war auch sehr hübsch, man könnte hinten durch ein Tor aus dem schönen Garten gehen und war in wenigen Minuten in einem schönen Park. Mit Wald und Spielplatz und Fitnessparcours und vielem mehr. Durch den Park konnte man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten den Strand erreichen. Sie waren erstaunt, so nah am Meer so eine so idyllische Atmosphäre mit viel Wald vorzufinden. Und trotzdem hatte man tatsächlich von der Terrasse Meerblick! Terrasse und Garten sind sehr hübsch angelegt. Wir können alles nur empfehlen!

Optimale Lage, sehr netter Vermieter
Gemütliches, geräumiges Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung. Gerne haben wir die Wintersonne im Hof genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich in angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und hat uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Wir möchten im Frühjahr noch einmal wiederkommen, um den tollen Garten noch mehr genießen zu können.

Facile à trouver. Coin très calme, on aperçoit la mer devant la porte d'entrée. Le tout nous a plu sauf quelque détails : ustensil de cuisine vieillo comme le papier peint. Une radio s'allume dès qu'on allume la lumière des wc ou la salle de bain ça peut aller, mais que la VMC bruyante s'allume à son tour c'est moins drôle, surtout la nuit quand on allume la lumière des wc ou la salle de bain. Deux voitures tiennent difficilement dans la cour à moins d'être en Clio. Un jour de pluie on a dù se contenter d'un écran de tv de 36 cm pour 8 personnes ! Excellent acceuil des propriétaires, très tolérant et compréhensifs !
