Just a short walk to the clubhouse with views of the golf course from the front door, this home provides the perfect getaway for families, golfers and holidaymakers alike.

With 4 Bedrooms, 2 spacious open plan living areas, outdoor entertainment area and a triple garage to store your car, jet ski or boat there is ample room to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquility and memorable times Yarrawonga has to offer.

THE SPACE DEFINED:

Huge Master Bedroom – King size bed + bunk bed (single on single), walk in robe with ensuite leading into small private deck.

Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 – Queen size bed

Bedroom 4 – Queen size bed

Additional single fold out bed on request.

Open plan living area consisting of fully equipped kitchen (900mm oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, 560lt Fridge/freezer. Dining table overlooking 2 x 3 seater couches in the living room with TV.

Living room 2 – Carpeted open space with a large L-shaped lounge suite for kids to play and watch TV away from mum and dad.

Foxtel Platinum Package - All Channels available

Outdoor BBQ area with outdoor dining table and access to backyard or garage

Main bathroom with shower and bath

Separate toilet

Laundry with washer and dryer (access to backyard and clothes line)

No smoking inside the property, no exceptions

At all times, please be respectful of our neighbours. The Silverwoods Estate is a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm, again no exceptions.

The Black Bull Golf Course
Located on the edge of beautiful Lake Mulwala golfers visiting this part of the Murray, will be able to enjoy the efforts put in by course Architects Peter Thomson, Ross Perrett and their brilliant design team. These exquisitely landscaped holes, which are wrapped around the waters of Lake Mulwala have been designed to excite the imagination and test players of all levels, from the Pro to the novice alike. Undulating fairways, sculptured bunkers and contoured greens that run true, this course will excite all. The Black Bull is also now the home of the Victorian Senior Open and won the PGA award for this event. Ranked No.56 in Golf Australia’s Top 100, Black Bull is now the highest ranked course on the Murray and a definite must play course.

Property was excellent. No WiFi was disappointing in today's world. Very clean. Require more glasses for wine drinkers. But overall very satisfied. Excellent communication with manager to organise keys prior to arrival.

This house offered everything as promised! Gail (property manager) was fantastic and so very friendly! As an extended family of 10, the house suited us perfectly. Would rent this property - or any that Gail manages - in a heartbeat.

Our family get-away weekend was to celebrate special events and this Yarrawonga home was perfect - A home away from home. The house was spacious, clean, good appliances, good linen, well ventilated rooms and the property is not far from the town centre and Gail was very prompt in her response and very helpful. We definitely would return and have a longer stay.

Lovely, modern, clean & spacious home. Thoughtfully presented in a peaceful & relaxed residential area of the silverwoods golf resort. Perfect for our group of friends to catch up, sit at the table on the deck or lounge on the outdoor setting with the large umbrella. Relax & have a laugh with great company over a glass of wine, chocolates & good food in a private setting.

We enjoyed our stay there.The house is very new and tidy. Property manager is very nice and friendly. I cut my half my nail on Xmas day and all shops were closed. She dropped off bandage for me. She is so helpful. I really appreciated.
