About this apartment rental

Independent apartment 70 m2 in villa which consists upstairs of two bedrooms equipped with fan, as well as a bathroom and wc.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room, an open kitchen, a toilet, a beautiful covered terrace of 15 m2 as well as a plot around the apartment with sea view.
A parking space in the property.

Nearby you will find a small camping bakery grocery store with fresh bread and croissant every morning!

A free shuttle 100 m from the house serves the city center as well as all of Cavalaire's beaches for the months of July and August.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Good location on the edge of town with free shuttle bus services to town and nearby beaches; although we happily drove the 10 mins to Plage du Debarquement daily (good beach, parking, water sports, cafes). Everything worked well in our apartment: oven, hob, hot water, shower, dishwasher, downstairs shutters, large supply of cooking equipment, crockery etc. There is a shared laundry room. The wifi was a little weak in our apartment, but adequate for us. The owners live on site and are very friendly and helpful (speaking French, plus some English and Spanish). We believe there are three rental apartments in the villa: we weren't completely sure from the photos which one we had booked, but I imagine they are all of a similar high standard. The nearby camp/chalet site has a small store with fresh croissants/ bread daily.

appartement agréable, il y a tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances et la terrasse en balcon est très sympa avec une jolie vue. Les propriètaires sont très gentils.

Une location comme la description, des propriétaires très accueillant et toujours à disposition. Location très propre, proche des commerces, de la plage avec un service navette gratuite très pratique.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Nous avons été aux champignons et avons fait de grandes promenades au bord de mer sur le sentier du littoral magnifiques et surtout moins chaud qu'en été. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et toujours à notre écoute. Un séjour que nous conseillons à tous les amoureux de nature.

Location très confortable, spacieuse, bien équipée et très propre. Vacances réussies. Accueil parfait, propriétaire très sympa et agréable. Location recommandée.

Accueil très chaleureux, appartement très spacieux avec une magnifique vue sur la mer en terrasse, très bien agencé, pas loin du centre ville avec possibilité de prendre une navette gratuitement. Vraiment le top pour passer des vacances de rêves. A recommander.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, appartement spacieux,et confortable. Très aéré,cela est très appréciable Nous avons même utilisé des petites couvertures pour la nuit. Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathiques et très serviables. Nous reviendrons pour 15 jours l'année prochaine en espérant le même accueil. J M
