Superb Villa with heated pool (from May to October) capacity 8 to 10 people
Independent villa with garden, heated heated swimming pool equipped with a barrier to standards and terraces, fully fenced, 2 private parking spaces on the garden side and parking spaces opposite the villa
5 minutes walk from the marina, shops, restaurants, entertainment and large sandy beaches.

The villa is fully equipped, private WIFI access
It includes 4 large air-conditioned rooms (from April 2019) including a master suite with bathroom and balcony access to the pool side
Another bathroom upstairs as well as a powder room on the ground floor.

Very bright 50 m² living room, large 140 cm TV screen with Free TV and sound bar including Bluetooth system, Free wifi internet and corner sofa and dining room
Fully equipped American kitchen including dishwasher, American fridge 2 doors fridge and freezer with fresh water and ice dispenser, ceramic hob, multi function oven, microwave ovens with direct access to the terrace on the garden side
Gas plancha between the terrace and the kitchen
Garden with lawn, orange, lemon and flowering laurels
The pool is maintained by our service provider once or twice a week
For the period July and August the household linen is included in the rental amount and the end of stay cleaning is optional at the price of 130 €
For the other periods, the cleaning at the end of the stay and the provision of the household linen (sheet, sponge towels) are optional for an amount of 150 €
The day of your departure the villa must be returned in the same general condition as on your arrival

We booked this villa for a family holiday and my 60th birthday. The property overall was very good. The poll was beautiful. Location was easy walking to the beach and bikes were also provided

We visited in October towards the very end of summer season, we were welcomed in to the villa which was clean and tidy with plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 small children. The pool is a great and heated, the children loved it. We also made use of the BBQ in the evenings. The villa is 15 minute walk from the Habour and less than 10 minutes from a supermarket. All in all a good experience and pleasant stay

Nous étions 4 adultes. La maison est spacieuse, bien équippée et très, très propre, grâce aux soins de Fernando. La pisine est belle, elle aussi très bien entretenue plusieures fois par semaine, par Fernando. Les volets méritent un peu d'attention, mais bon,..! Un petit commerce (mini Carrefour) très pratique à 2 pas, un coin particulièrement calme, et très proche du port et de la plage sud. Aussi, proche du parc de la Prade, un grand parc magnifique propice aux marches matinales. Il y a aussi l'UDSIS et son club hippique, pour ceux qui aiment l'équitation. Propriétaire aimable et joignable, et la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien (Fernando) est exceptionnel! Bref, une maison à recommander, et à louer. Ayant visité d'autres maisons équivalentes dans le coin, le prix de la location de cette maison pourrait être un peu moins élevé. Peut-être à voir avec le propriétaire? En tout cas nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout le monde était content, et nous n'avons rien à regretter!

Nous avons été très déçus par la vétusté (peinture défraichie, tâches sur les murs, les portes, les matelas, moisissure dans les salles de bain au niveau de tous les joints et des portes de douche) et surtout sécurité enfant pour la piscine faite d'un grillage d'un côté et d'une chainette sur la porte fenêtre donnant sur la piscine (pas d'alarme ). Cette maison demande un bon coup de remise à neuf. De plus piscine chauffée non utilisable 4 jours sur 14 car défaut de la pompe à chaleur et personne ne s'est déplacé pour venir voir ce qui se passait, inadmissible à ce prix là) A déconseiller pour des gens qui veulent avoir un bien qui correspond au prix payé!! A part cela la région est magnifique !

Great holiday house

This is an amazing holiday house with a really nice pool. Laurence is a very nice host and always helpful. The house is located five minutes walking distance from the next shop and about ten minutes from two very different and beautiful beaches. If you have a car the pyrennees are easily accessible what we did a lot. We had a great time in this house.

We were met at the house and shown around, very friendly, unfortunately we had not learnt much French, so it was down to hand movements but we got by. Plenty of room for our gathering of 4 adults and 2 children of ten and 12 and our dog. Plenty to do for the children, rides and water park all close. Swimming pool very pleasant as it is heated. Be careful of the doors in the house as when the wind gets up it is a wind tunnel and doors can bang if not restrained. If you are particular about your bed pillow, you may want to take your own as some of the pillows are square and not very big. We would definitely return.

Nous étions 4 couples d'amis et nous avons passé un super séjour avec le beau temps au rdv malgré un peu de vent pendant 2 jours La maison est très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire et la piscine est un vrai plus... Le propriétaire était sympa et à l'écoute ce qui ne gâche rien :--) Je conseille cette location sans problème. Cordialement Pascal

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille ou rien ne manque dans cette belle villa indépendante ( 3 vélos à disposition , grande terrasse , barbecue , transats et bains de soleil et bien sur la piscine chauffée surtout en cette période ) La proximité des plages ,du port de plaisance et des commerces nous ont permi de faire d agréables balades La mer ,la montagne et le soleil dans un cadre agréable ,quoi demander de plus pour passer d agréables vacances Nous reviendrons Marc et Martine
