The place was great fo a big group and super convenient for skiing at Okemo. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd and the living room was a cozy place to hangout. Unfortunately the heater in the game room wasn't working while we were there, so we didn't get to use that. The hot tub was great. Overall a great stay!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a ski trip weekend and the house was super clean, had plenty of parking, perfect sized hot tub, mounted speaker systems and less than 10 minutes away from Okemo Mountain! The host Jamie was also easy to communicate with and gave clear directions for any house questions we had. 10/10 experience!

Hands down the best choice for our group. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Jamie was a great host and made sure to answer all of our questions. The game room was the best part for us! This will be our first choice when we come back to Okemo.

House was just as described. We had an excellent stay! Wonderful pellet stove in living room so easy to use and pretty. Updated and very comfortable for large group. Enjoyed the barn and the games in it, but it is a barn so keep that in mind. Everyone Loved the hot tub!!!! Would stay again :)

We had 4 smaller familes stay at this house during Christmas week and had a great stay. Location is ideal as it’s 5-7 minute drive from Okemo. We all loved the hot tub after a full day of sking! The house was stocked with those extras that sometimes you forget to bring like garbage bags, condiments, detergent. They supplied linens and towels so that helped with packing. The owner, Jamie, was super quick to respond to any questions. WI-FI was strong. There is game room barn but we really didn’t use it that much, surprisingly. There is only one full bath upstairs so we had to manage bathroom use but totally worked for our crew. There is also a full bath downstairs. Kitchen and bath were nicely updated. Great house! Looked to book again this season but didn’t have our dates.

Enjoyed our stay here as a family for Thanksgiving with 14 people. House doesn't look big from the outside but has quite a bit of space. Hot tub is great and the game room in the barn is convenient for anyone wanting to stay up later and not wake people up in the main house. We will definitely rent again. Communication with Jamie was quick and easy.

Awesome property for a big group, more than enough space right near Okemo for skiing and celebrating. The house itself was very nice and inviting, and the best parts were the hot tub on a cold night and the barn with a fireplace and game room to hang out and have fun! Jamie was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with 4 families. Everyone had a great time! The place was clean and well stocked and only a 5 minute drive to Okemo. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the game room out in the barn. When we weren’t skiing the kids enjoyed playing in the yard and sledding on the small hill behind the house. Would definitely rent again!

There were some very cool features, including a large hot tub. Adjacent outdoor seating on deck was nice. Barn/slash game room was fun, but musty. House interior was well renovated and clean, with comfortable beds. We had a nice stay. Property manager was readily available and responsive.

I was looking for a property for my friends bachelor party. We had 10 plus people, were looking for a pool table, and a hot tub. This place met all three of those requirements. Prior to showing up the host reached out to make sure I was all set to check in. Upon showing up we were all thoroughly impressed with the property. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. There was a grill with a full propane tank, a game room with pool table, fooseball, and pingpong. We decided to rent the hottub and are so glad that we did. It was the hit of the night. I highly recommend this location and this host.

This was everything we hoped for... enough beds for a large group, a clean easy to use kitchen, a hot tub, a game barn, and quick ride to Okemo. We had a blast and were ecstatic with our stay. Jamie was so easy to communicate with. Thank you!!

Great place for my family

We are 3 seperate families made up of 6 adults and 6 kids. Went to ski Okemo which is very short drive up the road. We found the home to have plenty of things to do to keep busy and have fun. Jacuzzi and game room were a hit. We were lucky enough to get snow and the property has a great hill to sled, kids spent many hours out there playing. Never ran out of hot water. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Would stay again and would recommend.

Place was great, tv did not work when we got there but we had figured out how to get the apple tv to work at least. Owner was flexible with check out, otherwise nice weekend.

We arrived to find the house clean and everything was just perfect. We were up there to go snowmobiling for the weekend could have asked for a better location for our trip. The driveway parking was just right for all three trucks with trailers. The house had everything we needed for the weekend and the hot tube was perfect for our sore bones. The owner took care of anything we needed while up there. Will definitely book it for next yr.

Wonderfully maintained and decorated older home has lots of charm. Although the house is right on the road and you can hear cars going by, it has a beautiful back yard hill that we enjoyed exploring. We rented this place specifically for the location, hot tub (optional, and basically doubles the nightly price because they renew the water before your visit), and fun hangout barn because we had 9 people from ages 12 - 47. Keep in mind, it is in a barn - a tough spot to keep clean. Just don't wear your Sunday best in there. Also, be aware that there are (mostly empty) bottles of alcohol in the barn, so keep an eye on your teenagers. I stayed in the room with the king sized bed. The bed and the pillow were insanely comfortable. There are (what look like) security cameras outside, which are probably just there to make sure people aren't making bad choices, but may also include a view of the hot tub? It's right near the back door (where you enter), so it makes sense, just keep it in mind and maybe don't choose to talk around naked to the hot tub? There was a fair bit more food in the kitchen than just condiments, so we let the owner know. We also let him know about a broken chair and toilet seat. We love the area and hiked Little Ascutney Mountain, which was tough to find with Maps and rigorous in ascent, but offered a rewarding view. The local shopping is nice, too.

Great stay for a long weekend. Jamie was very helpful regarding couple requests we had and always was easy to reach. Will come back for sure.
