The location and parking are great ! Loved The gourmet kitchen and how well it was stocked. The whole whole house is so spacious lots of room. Loved the pool was in the pool every single day and the view you cannot beat. There was lots to do in the area as well we kept super busy. The only problem was to stay was just too short.

We couldn't have enjoyed this property more! Clean, spacious, a beautiful lanai and sundeck with exquisite views of the bay and channels. My favorite part of the home was the cook's kitchen! Wonderful cookware and a huge prep island made eating in a fun experience, and the owner graciously shared her spice cupboard. The master bedroom suite was superb, the bed very comfortable with glass doors out to the Lanai. The property's location at the end of a channel to the bay provided the best breezes, which we appreciated on hot days! I would highly recommend this property for its privacy, comfort, and location.

The house was perfect and lot more spacious than the pictures show. It was in the perfect location to be able to watch the boats coming and going from the Gulf. We enjoyed the pool every day. Marta was a very gracious host and was very helpful with answering all of our questions. If we ever come back to Hernando Beach, I wouldn't wan to stay anywhere but here.

Marta's house was great! Perfect location as far as distance from places my family wanted to go. Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs sponge docks to the south, and we went canoeing in the Rainbow river to the north in Dunnellon. We also went to Homosasa Springs Wildlife State park and to Weeki Wachee Springs state park, where my sister and I have been going to since the 80's, since our grandparents lived nearby. These places all have fond memories from our childhood so it's nice to visit them now with my daughter and husband. We also hit a thrift store and a flea market, as well as a botanical garden. Never a shortage of things to do.
Now as for the house, it was just amazing. The sunsets over the Gulf every night and dolphins that swam by every morning and evening was so cool. We even saw stingrays twice. The pool was perfect. We cooked out and fished in the canal and caught several fish. At night, wildlife would show themselves around the dock, like blue crab, horseshoe crab, shrimp, and even an adorable turtle. You just never knew what would come by. We stayed outside most of the time because it was that cool! The breeze off of the gulf was also perfect. Watching boats go out and come in was fun too! Man, we just didn't want to leave. I would totally recommend staying here, and I would stay here again. The neighborhood is also very nice and feels very safe. Well what can I say but excellent, Marta has a fantastic home with everything you could need for a great stay.
From the great inside to the fantastic outside areas the home is in a great area, nice and quite but with lots to do close by.
The raised observation deck was such a great addition and we spent a lot of time up there watching the wild life pass by we saw dolphins and even had some ducklings pay us a visit, fishing off the sea wall and dock was another great way to relax.
I had great contact with Marta and she was so helpful with lots of information and we were really lucky to meet her when we checked in.
All in all we would love to return and spend another month in Martas fantastic home.

My family went to Hernando Beach for our yearly scallop trip. This year we were also celebrating my great granddaughter’s first birthday. We didn’t get very many scallops but we still had a great time. There were 6 adults plus the baby and we had plenty of room. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and we had room to dock both boats. We definitely plan to reserve a week next year - and justhope

Amazing sunsets
This was our second time staying at this property and we just love the location so much. The Gulf view is amazing and the sunsets just beautiful. The house was very comfortable for the 8 of us and we enjoyed the pool everyday, sometimes more than twice a day! We hope to be able to return soon.

I recently stayed at this property for a week and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations I had in a while. The location of the property is perfect and the house was well stocked and in very good condition. I got the chance to kayak with dolphins for the very first time only a short distance from the house. Overall it was great experience.

Absolute Perfect Location
This home was just what our family needed for our summer vacation. The location is absolutely perfect in everyway! Our grandchildren from ages 7 to 16 swam everyday in the pool, caught fish in the canal (they loved fishing), enjoyed the large open air deck, and playing games in the large family room. There was enough space for all of us without being on top of each other. And the sunsets were so beautiful each evening! A perfect ending to our amazing vacation. Check-in and check-out was easy and contact with Marta was answered quickly. We really did not have any complaints, and have already booked another week next year. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend 2 weeks in quarantine! Enjoyed the water by kayak, paddle board and pontoon boat. Usually enjoy eating out while on vacation, but instead cooked in just about every night. Kitchen was well equipped. Did enjoy take out from the Greek City Cafe one night and stone crab claws from Hernando Beach Seafood and clams from Trader Bay Seafood Company. Rented a pontoon boat from Hernando Beach Hotel, it was a great day on the water! Great value and great customer service. Enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking through the canals. Would love to come back so we can experience the restaurants and other outdoor activities!

Outstanding Location For Us
If you’re looking for a beautiful home with lots of space, this is the home for you. There’s sun on the deck and pool all day. We saw many beautiful sunsets. Located where two canals come out to the Gulf of Mexico , there’s lots of water activity to observe including dolphins swimming , many kinds of birds, lots of various boats: kayaks, commercial and charter fishing boats, pontoon boats and sail boats. The area has many good restaurants and within 15 minutes any store you can imagine. Marta is one of the most friendly, understanding and generous people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. We will be back again for another outstanding vacation.

Quiet and beauty surrounded by water!
We absolutely loved this property!!! The home is very spacious and comfortable! We loved the screened in area that overlooks the water! You can sit there and watch birds and dolphins in the water every day. We also enjoyed the TV outside! We spent the week of Thanksgiving here to visit my mother in law and we had a wonderful week! We had great weather too and my husband enjoyed being out in his kayak fishing! We loved this rental and Marta is wonderful to work with! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Perfect holiday space
You cant fault this house! It is easy to find, about a 2 hour drive from Orlando airport, the check in was convenient and Marta is a dream to communicate with. The house is in a beautiful spot with lots to do, see, and eat close by. Multitudes of restaurants and large grocery stores can be found on Commercial Way near the junction with Tarpon - about a ten min drive away. We ate at Cody's - loved it and locally at The Cove in Hernando - go there for great food and to watch the local alligator and terrapins from the deck. We went up to Ellie Schiller Homosassa state park to see rescued manatees plus other rehabilitated wildlife, plus we were lucky enough to experience a wild manatee, a racon and other wild animals during a wonderful kayak trip for 5 miles on the river in Weeki Wachee from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park Kayak Rentals. Highly highly recommended. The house has kayaks for use and we saw dolphins up very close, rays, birds and fish. Views of sunsets from the upper deck are spectacular. The house is well-equipped with almost everything you will need. Initially we spotted a couple of items that we missed from the kitchen, and after chatting to Marta they were delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service! The house is in a quiet location - very little external noise from the neighbourhood, including the canal side. Photos don't do it justice, especially the views. The internet is fast and reliable. You will need a car. Thank you Marta for renting out your lovely house. We hope to be back one day.
