The Villa Bellangenet is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends in an exceptional environment at 30 m from the beach, with access by the dunes.
The Villa is facing south to enjoy the morning sun until sunset. The house is furnished with contemporary and functional equipment to make it more pleasant to live.
The largest beach of Pouldu is 30 m from the house.

5 bedroom house totally renovated. Ideally located 30 m from the beach, very quiet, contemporary decor, all comfort, indoor heated swimming pool or not (heated pool from March to mid-October), sandy beach with access through the gate of the garden, wild coast, tennis court and nautical club nearby (200 m), American kitchen. 5 bedrooms. enclosed garden, 2 places for vehicles. Totally secure pool. House very pleasant to live. House classified 4 stars ****

The ground floor includes a large living room, dining room 10 seats on a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), you will also find a pantry with storage, washing machine and dryer, a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink. A room with a double bed of 160 cm and a room with 2x2 bunk beds 90 cm are on the ground floor. Wood terrace seen on the dunes with outdoor furniture: deck chairs, barbecue, parasol, garden furniture, outdoor shower. Swimming pool 3.5 x 7 m maximum depth of 1.60 m, heated 28 ° C from March to mid October, covered can be fully discovered. Security provided by a key lock of the pool enclosure.
The floor is composed of 3 rooms (new bedding) of which 2 with bed 160 cm and a room with a bed 140 cm. You will also find a separate bathroom with bath and washbasin and a bathroom with shower and sink. Toilet and a bathroom in a room.

Perfect property within easy reach of lovely town and beaches. Host was incredibly helpful from booking, meeting us at check in and then throughout the stay with any issues we had! All the family throughly enjoyed their stay from Papa theough to the 4yr old. The bonus of a safe pool that could be used throughout was wonderful! 100% recomend this property. This is a lovely property in an excellent location. We have never felt that we would return to a rental property but we would like to return here. The manager and the owner were very kind and helpful, the area is stunning and the house is lovely. I have one small criticism and that is that checking in after 4pm on a Saturday gives little time to collect groceries and the beds were not made up. We were shown the sheets and had to make up beds before the children could go to sleep after a quick visit to the supermarket. The check in at 4 pm is fine if the beds were made up. A small point . Overall we enjoyed our holiday in the house very much.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison, elle est très bien équipée . Chambres et lits confortables, piscine à 28. La dune protège la terrasse du vent de la mer . Plage de bellangenet à côté et sentiers côtiers au pied de la maison. Très contents de la localisation permettant balades et plage.

Tolle Lage direkt hinter den Dünen, sehr ruhig, großer Garten mit schönem Pool, den man auch bei kühlem Wetter gut benutzen kann. Großes Haus mit mehreren Bädern. An manchen Stellen Renovierungsbedarf. Kleiner Ort mit Geschäften, Bäcker und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir verbrachten zu viert einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem tollen großen Ferienhaus. Es liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt, welcher in der Gegend sicher der schönste ist. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, selbst einen Fön haben wir gefunden, allerdings erst nachdem wir einen gekauft hatten.😏� Es ist sehr sauber und alle Betten ziemlich neu, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! Der Pool ist auch toll und groß, besonders wenn man sich nach dem frischen Meer (18 Grad) etwas aufwärmen möchte. Die Übergabe des Hauses durch Pascale war freundlichen und zuvorgekommen und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Franck immer sehr informativ und beruhigend, denn wir waren aufgrund covid 19 unsicher, ob wir überhaupt in die Bretagne reisen sollen. Doch wir haben es nicht bereut und konnten unseren Urlaub von Anfang an bis zum Ende genießen. Die Umgebung des Hauses war fantastisch. Von Dünen umgeben und mit ein paar Schritten am Strand oder auf den Felsen. Der Wanderweg führt vom Haus in beide Richtungen immer am Meer entlang. Wir haben viele fantastische Fotomotive entdeckt und sicher noch nicht alles aufgenommen. Das heißt, wir müssen unbedingt noch einmal wiederkommen.👍� Es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf, so dass wir selten das Auto benutzen musste. Ten of us had an amazing stay in this lovely property, which has everything you need. There are two lovely, sandy beaches a short stroll away. We also really enjoyed the heated pool. I would definitely stay here again, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who would like a holiday in this beautiful area.

A great comfortable property for a big family group

Property was modern and well fitted out. The beach and rocky shore is very close and the pool is a great addition if you have children as we did. The proprieter Franck was most helpful and friendly when we had a minor issue. Boulangerie within walking distance for breakfast. Uvalue supermarket about 15 minutes by car. Local cafe near beach with the usual basics including excellent ice cream. What more can one desire......

I don't want this to go into a review, but we did feel that it would've been nice to have enough dishwasher pills/liquid, washing machine ditto. loo paper and soap in each bathroom just to arrive to. We had to rush out and buy all these and it seemed a small point which would make such a difference. The house was perfect for us and the location could not be beaten but small points like that are important.

Maison agréable à vivre et très propre. Tout est mis à notre disposition pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions Nous sommes venus en famille de parents enfants et petits enfants : les pièces sont idéales pour des vacances familiales notamment la pièce de vie et la terrasse et surtout la piscine chauffée sécurisée pour les enfants. La plage est à quelques mètres de la maison. Bref des vacances idéales ! Encore merci, nous recommandons vivement le site et le propriétaire.

La villa est magnifique, très personnalisée, très bien équipée. L'accès aux plages est direct et très court. Nous regrettons juste la faiblesse du réseau électrique : impossible de chauffer correctement la piscine et la maison en avril. Monsieur Flatres a fait son possible pour y remédier mais la piscine est restée trop froide pour nous.

Avons passé un excellent séjour (avec nos 3 enfants) dans cette jolie maison, très lumineuse, bien équipée, au calme ! Très facile de se rendre à la plage (portillon au bout du jardin donnant sur les dunes). Beaucoup de visites intéressantes à faire (Pont Aven, Concarneau, Vannes, Belle Ile...), de bonnes huîtres à manger... séjour parfait ! La piscine est parfaite, chaude et sécurisée pour les enfants.Les propriétaires sont charmants et vous donnent de bons conseils pour les visites, les marchés etc... .
