About this apartment rental

The residence is quiet and close to all amenities, everything is within walking distance
(shops, beaches, excursions ...)

Our apartment renovated in February 2018 has a beautiful living room {living / dining room} equipped with a sofa bed (140/190) and a closet, opening onto a small terrace (table + chairs) with sea view -Mountain. It also includes a large bedroom with a double bed (160/190), and a large closet (storage + wardrobe), an umbrella for cradle is available on request. The bedroom is decorated with a large picture window that also offers mountain views.

A kitchen (washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nesspresso, toaster, fridge), and a bathroom with WC is at your disposal (redone in February 2018). )

Main equipment: TV, iron, ceiling fan and one on foot, vacuum cleaner.

Possibility to rent linens (sheets, towels): 25 € / 2 people.

The apartment has a parking space.

No pets allowed

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Calvi : l'appartement est très lumineux, bien équipé et proche de TOUT. Nous sommes arrivés et repartis en train, tout peut se faire à pied, sans problème. Satisfaction totale !

Emplacement à proximité du centre ville, de la plage, du super u... Tout peux ce faire à pieds et c'est très agréable. Peux accueillir des enfants sans problème. La propriétaire est très gentille et réponds tout de suite à vos questions. Nous recommandons à 100%

Appartement très bien placé entre plage et centre ville; appartement très bien agencé, optimisé, et avec petite vue sur mer. Des odeurs nauséabondes (dus à des problèmes de canalisation) dans les pièces d’eau ont hélas gâché notre séjour. Ce problème a été remonté à la concierge qui a fait venir qqn, mais les odeurs ont persisté. Aucun geste commercial de la part de la propriétaire qui considère que c’est indépendant de sa volonté alors que le syndic était au courant de ce problème.

Appartement situé dans une zone assez bruyante tôt le matin, ennuyant si l’on ouvre les fenêtres la nuit ( pas encore de Clim ). Sinon proche de la plage, du port et du centre ville.

Agréable séjour

Logement très sympa, bien équipé et très bien situé en plein centre de Calvi. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Léger bémol sur la vue depuis le balcon, nous n’avons pas seulement vue sur la mer et la montagne mais aussi sur des immeubles, un parking et décharges de pneu.

Wir waren für eine Woche dort. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt super zentral in Calvi (Einfahrt beim Schild der Autowerkstatt Vulco). Wichtig: eigene Bettwäsche mitnehmen, diese ist nicht inkl. ebenso wie Handtücher. Wer kein Französisch kann tut sich etwas schwer in der Kommunikation vor Ort, da die "Hausmeister" kein Englisch sprechen. Sie sind aber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Mit Händen und Füßen und einem Wörterbuch klappt aber auch das. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Tout neuf , très beau , très propre., bien situé dans la jolie ville de Calvi. Petit problème à l'accueil car le gérante nous annonce qu'elle fera l'état des lieux du départ après midi alors que nous comptions partir comme demandé avant 10h30; cela s'arrange en laissant un chèque de caution .

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet appartement lumineux et fonctionnel. Les baies vitrées et les ventilateurs nous ont permis de ne pas avoir trop chaud même pendant la semaine de canicule. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une place de parking juste en face. Situé à mi chemin entre la ville et la plage avec SuperU à 3 mn, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous le recommandons.

Appartement refait à neuf, avec une décoration moderne, dans une une résidence qui mériterait un rafraichissement. Très belle vue sur les montagne et la mer. En revanche équipement un peu limité (il manquerait un sèche cheveux et une literie un peu plus confortable). Attention, pas de draps disponibles, il faut les louer aux pressings environnant qui tarifient chaque parure à 18 euros quelque soit le nombre de nuits ce qui revient cher pour les courts séjours.

Nous avons beaucoup apprecie notre sejour dans cet appartement, Il est tres bien situe entre le centre ville et la plage, a proximite de tout a pied ce qui est tres pratique car nous n'etions pas vehicules. L'appartement est bien equipe, propre et parfait pour un sejour a Calvi. Je recommande sans reserve.

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Man braucht kein Auto, alles (Hafen, Geschäfte, Strand, Zug) ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Super U mit Bäckerei befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Eigener Parkplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Hinweis für Gäste, die mit dem Flugzeug anreisen: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen, das steht auch im Mietvertrag. Die Kommunikation per Email mit den Vermietern und mit Herrn A. (Schlüsselübergabe) hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen! Merci beaucoup!

Nous avons loué l'appartement pour 15 jours au mois de juin. Idéalement situé, proche du centre ville, et de la plage. L'appartement est très agréable avec vue sur mer, cuisine très bien aménagée, literie parfaite. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
