The house was completely redone and up-to-date, with all the conveniences that you would expect. It is fully air conditioned on all three levels. It is in the heart of the old town, and everything you might need is within walking distance. There is also a garage, which is extremely convenient, since parking is hard to find otherwise. The one potential downside is that there are a lot of stairs. This house is not for the mobility challenged. Damien was agreat host - easy to reach when needed.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Clean spacious and lovely!

We had a great time at this property in St. Remy! The property is nicely renovated and furnished, in a great location, and very clean. Our host Damien was very responsive to any questions we had. He even came out to check on a stuck patio door even though that was not necessary as we could access the patio through one of the rooms. Overall, the property is well maintained and comes exactly as advertised. One note on the garage as there were some previous comments about its size: it fits a large SUV with some careful maneuvering. This was a big plus for us. We would love to stay at this property again!

This was our third stay and as usual we arrived to a house that was absolutly clean and tidy.
It has all you need for a holiday including sheets and towels. The kitchen is really well equipped and the air conditioning really great and easy to operate.
The property is located in the village and shops and restaurants are only a minutes stroll away. The wednesday market is just an amazing riot of colours and smells, the best we have ever been to.
Even though this was our third stay we were still able to discover towns and villages of provence we hadnt been to before including Fontain de Vacluse which I absolutely fell in love with.
Damien our host wss a great communicator ans replied promptly to any messages we sent.
If you are looking for an easy laid back stress free hooliday then this is the place gor you.

We have been to this superb house every year for several years. This year we found it fully booked apart from one week. We think that it must be because of our glowing reports in previous years!
The house is immaculately presented and perfectly located the heart of the old town so that you can walk restaurants cafes museums and galleries. Yet it has a Garage which means that you do not have to worry about finding a parking space.

We stayed here for two months and loved it! The property itself is excellent, as was the host Damien. I don’t think you can find a better location within the village and the fact that it has its own garage is a plus in a town where parking is at a premium. We hosted family and friends here during our stay and would definitely rent this property again. Loved the rooftop terrace too!

In the centre ville; house is immaculate with every modern amenity and has a garage, which is rare. Our host, Damien was terrific! We hope to stay here again soon.

The flat is spacious and very comfortable, beautifully equipped in every way. It is located in a very quiet and picturesque section of the old city, just a few steps from anything you could want.
Damien was a great host and quickly responded to the few questions we had. We loved having a garage for our car allowing us to go out for day trips all over the area.
We strongly recommend this village house and were sad to leave it and St Remy after our three weeks of having them as our home.

Communixation with Host Damien was excellent. This was our second visit to this property the previous bring 2022 and it once again met all our expectations. The easy access to the Village (two minutes walk) means you have the choice of dozens of restsurants. Our Grandson and his parents came out for a werk and access to the beaches in St Marie de la Mere was an easy 50 minutes. The Wednesday market is not to be missed either. Have booked again for next year which says it all.

Spacious and clean modern 3-story space, a stone’s throw from the pedestrian-only streets. Paul Patisserie is very close by. Very convenient- great shower, air conditioning, wifi, washer and dryer, kitchen, TV in bedroom with Chromecast capability, family den, and attached garage. Rent the smallest car possible. Host was nice and met us in person to do the orientation to the unit. Make sure to check your email the morning of your stay to confirm time of arrival with host.

The title says it all .We love the house ,it is right in the centre so you can walk everywhere in town - the car is parked securely in the garage for trips afield. The house is cleverly created from historic buildings and has all modern amenities.

We enjoyed 8 nights in this spacious and well-appointed house in the heart of St.Remy. The house is located right in the centre of the old town so it’s easy to access restaurants, bakeries, etc. The rooftop deck is great for outdoor dining and star gazing at night. The kitchen is well appointed and the house was very clean. It was great having the garage so we could drive to other towns with ease, although as others have commented, do not bring a car bigger than a compact or you will not fit the vehicle in the garage. Damian was a gracious and accommodating host. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in St.Remy.The only other caveat I have, beyond vehicle size, is that if you are mobility challenged, you may have difficulty with the 31 stairs from the garage to the upstairs bedrooms and deck, as the house is on three levels (although there is a bedroom on the ground floor).

This is a perfect home base for exploring Provence. The house is well equipped with induction cooktop, great cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, washer, dryer and a rooftop terrace for relaxing or dining alfresco. It is in three floor so climbing stairs is a must. Garage for mid size and under vehicle. In quiet section of old town within walking distance of everything in St. Remy. 3 great bakeries within 5 min walk for your morning croissant and bread needs. Perfect host and perfect house. We look forward to coming back.

This is our second stay at Damien’s house and we couldn’t be happier. We love the rooftop, the kitchen is so well equipped, allowing us to get food at the markets and cook at home. My husband loves having the garage and The bedrooms are all so comfortable. Last but not least, you are right in the center of the old village and that means you can walk to restaurants and shopping. Fantastic!!!

Outstanding property
This was probably one of the, if not the best places we've stayed at in France, and we've stayed in at least 10 different apartments/houses. The location is perfect in the old section of St. Remy, the house is fully updated with spacious, modern bathrooms, top of the line kitchen and laundry appliances and a wonderful rooftop patio for that last glass of wine at night to watch the stars. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Amazing location and beautiful property.

An absolute Gem
What a great property and exceeded our expectations. What a great location, 2 mins walk to the centre which was even better for the Wednesday Market which was one of the best we have been to in France and we have been to a few.
The property had everything we needed was spotlessly clean. Lots of towels and bed linen. The terrace was amazing and great for alfresco dining or just lazing on a warm balmy evening. Garage was great but maybe a tight fit for some of the bigger model of cars.
What would we recommend, great TV and DVD player but you would be best bringing your own DVD's.
Will definitely be looking at coming back in the future

We will be visiting again later this year for our fifth visit.

Great property
An excellent property, great facilities and located so well inside the town centre, but in a quiet area very convenient for lovely local shops and cafes. Highly recommended.

A beautiful well appointed home that was perfectly located to enjoy St Remy
Perfect. The house was wonderful and very comfortable, with a Lovely deck on the top floor; a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable with ample storage. The attached garage was very convent. Because of multiple stairs that were not easy to navigate I don’t imagine the house would be appropriate for young children or very senior guests. Otherwise it was perfect. While we enjoyed all the space alone, the house provides pleasant privacy for 2 or 3 couples.

Our third visit
A wonderful conversion to bring old characterful property in the heart of St Remy right up to date with all the modern facilities required. It was again a delight to be able to walk to Restaurants without needing to use a Car. Yet the Car was there in the Garage when needed.

Fantastic house in a prime location
This house is a real gem. Perfectly located in the centre of the St Remy old town, yet on a very quiet street. It’s is within short walking distance to anything we needed: restaurants, shops, playgrounds, etc.
The house is spacious, clean, modern, and fully equipped. It has a beautiful south-facing terrace. The garage was super useful as it seems that on-street parking may be problematic.
The owner was very helpful, flexible, pleasant, and the communication with him was fast and easy throughout the booking and our visit.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay in the house and we can easily recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful Apartment
The photos on the site are accurate, although not exactly easy to understand the placement of the rooms. The front door opens to a staircase. To the right is a bedroom with bath and to the left is the garage. 2nd Floor (American) is the kitchen, den, and washroom with a toilet. Third Floor (American) are 2 bedrooms with shared bath & a nice terrace. Lovely decor throughout. Kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances, dishes, etc. If you want to do more than basic cooking, however, the counter space is limited. Lots of added touches to make the apartment welcoming. Wifi worked great. It was wonderful to not have to search for a parking spot. Our Peugeot 308 was a snug fit in the garage, so a larger car might not work. The location is a quiet street convenient to everything. The owner was prompt with responses to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. He met us at the apartment to explain how everything worked. Obviously, I recommend this apartment, but it is not for people with mobility issues due to the amount of stairs.

The perfect rental home!
We have rented apartments and homes all over the world and this one was among
the best! It’s right in the middle of the medieval old town of beautiful St. Remy and within walking distance of everything.
The home is a a top-to-bottom renovation with everything new from the exterior walls in, including electricity, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, flooring, big screen TVs, and furniture. It appears to be designer-decorated with no expense spared. There are 3 BRs, 2 1/2 baths, a large terrace and a teeny, but much appreciated garage. (It is nearly impossible to find a parking space in Saint Remy!) I would highly recommend renting a very small car, both for the garage and for navigating the narrow streets of all Provencal villages.
There is a lovely terrace off the third floor bedrooms that is absolutely delightful for evening cocktails. The kitchen was well equipped with basics and we were able to cook dinner for ourselves a couple of nights. There is also a washer, but no dryer. We used the provided clothes rack, but it took a while for things to dry, especially with several rainy days.
We appreciated the complimentary bottle of Provençal wine, but wish there had been starter supplies of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee filters, extra toilet paper and plastic trash bags. Fortunately, there is a well-stocked SPAR market and wonderful wine store within a 5-minute walk.
Our only caution to families with young children is that the stairs are quite steep and there is an area off the dining room that is a bit treacherous without a railing.
We never had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Damien, but he was wonderful to work with via email and text. He sent a representative to let us in on the day we arrived.
St. Remy is the best village in Provence to use as a base. There are several excellent restaurants and a variety of upscale retail shops.
The Wednesday morning market is not to be missed. It’s one of the biggest and best in France and offers everything from meats, cheeses, vegetables, clothing, linens, jewelry and furniture, all beautifully presented.
Not only would we love to rent this home again, but we would love to buy it if we were in the market for a Provençal home. It is perfect in every way! Thank you Damien!

Perfect location for exploring St Rémy and surrounds. Quiet street and short walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the private parking and roof terrace.

Wonderful stay
This was my fourth stay in St. Remy and one of the best. The property could not be located better, with the town right outside the door. The garage was a pig plus. There was a wonderful rooftop balcony. Damien was responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our Stay. I would definitely return.

Great Place!
This St. Remy house was perfect! It is very well appointed and the deck is fabulous for coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The location was great. Bakeries, restaurants and shops just around the corner. Damien answered our questions quickly. Definitely recommend!

What’s not to love about this place? Check in was smooth, the house was clean and well-appointed, and the location was perfect! Lots of shops and restaurants near by. The market on Wednesday was fun, but we got there around noon, and vendors start packing up around 12:30. We stayed there for a week and still felt like we could have used more time there. We will definitely stay there again.

A Return Visit
Our second visit . We love this superb house . We love St Remy.
We so enjoyed our two weeks at this modern conversion of an old
property last year ,we had to book another two weeks this year.
It was wonderful to return to this air conditioned house when outside temperatures were 35-40 degrees. So good to walk into town for lunch or dinner and leave the car in the garage .

Lovely house in St Remy
Beautifully renovated house within the walls of St Remy. Lots of room for us and our two adult sons. Really appreciated the garage, as parking is at a premium. Small SUV fitted just fine. We walked to everything. The Wednesday market was fun, and the boulangeries were excellent! Fresh croissants each morning were a treat! We stayed 9 days and used the car only for trips to Les Baux, L'Isle sur la Sorgue etc.
Damian was an excellent host, met us on time and responded quickly to any issues. His brother met us at check out and even solved a problem with our rental car! Altogether an excellent experience.

Great base for exploring the area
This house is well located in the old part of St. Remy and remodeled to the highest standards, even tho it's got old stone house bones. The owner was easy to deal with. This region of France has a lot to see , so we rented a car. The town is easier to get in and out of than many of the other options. Of course the town itself is beautiful and worth spending time in. Last year we stayed for 5 nights and this year 9 nights. There are almost too many good restaurants . We particularly enjoyed XA on the west side of the circle road, but we didn't come close to trying them all. Thanks, Damien for a great place to stay!

Clean, Serene and Comfortable
My friend and I spent 2 weeks at this village house and it was everything that the property description said. Everything worked - washer, coffee maker etc. Damien was very hospitable and patient with our questions and provided lots of local info. St Remy is just big enough to be interesting and offer a variety of restaurants but not so big that you get lost. It was perfectly situated to allow day trips all over the region without a lot of driving. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Merci Damien

Perfect Village Home and Location!
We stayed at Damien’s home for 7 days this May. While there we toured nearly all of Provence, and can say that St Remy is the perfect home base. Damien’s village home is in the town center. Easy walk to everything - boulangerie, fromagerie, wine, groceries, shopping, restaurants, the lively Wednesday market. Communication with Damien was prompt and dependable. No problem meeting up to get oriented to the home.
The home itself was spotless and modern. Three levels, a bath on each level. Everything worked just right! Lots of hot water and luxurious bathrooms. Full size everything in the kitchen-refrigerator, range, microwave, stove. The best equipped for cooking (which we did) of any home or apartment that we’ve rented. Wine and cheese on the rooftop terrace was a wonderful way to start an evening.
The garage was indeed welcome and so helpful. No problem navigating entry or exit. It was more spacious than we expected. We had a Peugot compact 4-door.
