Brand new and well-organized home, villa Morgan Guadeloupe is less than 5 minutes drive from the beach of Raisins Clairs. With a capacity of 8 people, this modern villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. You will have the opportunity to easily cook local dishes thanks to the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the outdoor seating as well. Spent two weeks in this villa and it did not disappoint. Chantal welcomed us very well and got us settled properly in the house. The house and outdoor area looks even better in real life compared to the pictures. I do not have a single complaint, everything was perfect. What did we enjoy the most? The HUGE pool! There’s nothing to think about, just rent this house, you will not be disappointed. Location is great and felt safe, the house is in a gated community.

The layout was ideal for the four couples staying together. The kitchen was well appointed and the home spacious. The pool was cleaned regularly and the grounds were well kept. The property manager Chantel was very helpful to us and ensured all our needs were met . She even went out of her way several time to drive us to the grocery store to purchase heavier items as we did not rent a vehicle. We recommend pest control be hired to spray for ants around the kitchen area and eliminate rodents in the roof area. We also suggest a larger water holding reservoir be purchased as there is often water shortages on the Island. At one point we were without water for three days. We also recommend a boil drinking water advisory be posted in the kitchen area to alert guests or to purchase drinking water.

Vacances très réussies grâce à cette somptueuse villa tout confort et décorée avec goût. Nous y reviendrons sûrement très vite. Tout était parfait. On a eu du mal à refaire les valises pour la quitter !!!! L'emplacement du local poubelles. Une télécommande pour le portail du domaine serait la bienvenue.

La maison correspondait totalement à nos attentes. De belles surfaces avec de beaux volumes, bien décorée, une literie de bonne qualité et une cuisine très bien équipée. Une piscine de rêve, par sa grandeur, sa balnéo et sa situation au centre de la villa. Il manque un ventilateur dans la cuisine et peut-être aussi l'automatisation du portail pour finir d'apporter la qualité premium de la villa.

La villa est tout à fait conforme à la description. Elle est très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et très bien décorée. Elle est sans vis-à-vis et proche de Saint-François. Merci à Chantal (l’intendante) pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Merci aussi au propriétaire pour sa gentille attention avant notre départ. Le gros inconvénient, et pas des moindres, ce sont les nuisances sonores… Elle est située près d’une route très passante où il y a beaucoup de bruit causé par les voitures, camions, motos. Impossible de faire une sieste au bord de la piscine. Les chambres sont également mal insonorisées car les fenêtres sont équipées de claustras qui laisse passer tous les bruits extérieurs. Il manque des couettes (pour ceux qui sont habitués à dormir avec et non avec de simples draps) et un pèse-personne. Dommage car sinon, tout était parfait…

Le cadre de la maison son confort et sa conception. Villa très bien équipée. Dans les chambres mettre des fenêtres pour éviter le bruit des grenouilles qui est vraiment très gênant pour le sommeil. Trouver un système pour minimiser le bruit qui est très désagréable

L'emplacement : certes avec la route qui passe derrière, mais rien de bien gênant. C'est un sentiment d'être chez soi, en toute intimité, qui prédomine. L'architecture de la maison : frise la perfection. La qualité des matériaux : la perfection. La propreté : la perfection. Les détails : de la glacière, aux sacs de courses, en passant par le Wifi, tout le nécessaire est là, pas de question à se poser. La cuve : pour couvrir les pannes d'eau. La piscine : magique. Le jardin : nickel. Le confort : des lits, du mobilier, la clim dans les chambres, etc. parfait. La proximité des commerces (marina, coeur de St François) : parfait. L'accueil par Chantal : à nouveau parfait. On cherche encore ce qui pourrait être amélioré. Quand c'est parfait, il faut le dire. Une seule envie, y revenir.
