LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Ski to your front door! Our unit at #2 Giant Steps is in one of the best locations in the complex and on the mountain. It s on the ground floor right across the hall from the stairwell to the under building parking garage and adjacent to the door outside to the slopes. It s an end unit with a wraparound L shaped porch and wonderful views up the slopes and over to the main lifts. So much nicer than just looking at other buildings in the complex from the living room windows.
Brian Head is one of the nicest ski resorts in Utah and an amazing ski area for families. The superb location allows everyone to come and go as they please. The slopes are right outside the door, no driving to the lifts. Tired, hungry, thirsty? No need to visit the lodge. Just ski back and rest and refuel in the comfort of your own home.

CONDO AMENITIES: Our cozy condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and smart TV that you may stream Netflix in addition to the local channels. Our 2nd bedroom boast a queen size bed with a set of bunk beds that comfortably sleeps 4 and has a TV for your added convenience. In addition the living room has a sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress that may accommodate 2, a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided free), 60" flat screen smart TV, cable , DVD player, Netflix and a Bluetooth stereo. This room creates a cozy gathering spot to share the events of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you ll need to cook up a tasty meal. Just stop in Cedar City to stock up on supplies. The clubhouse offers a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, sauna and a large Jacuzzi.

Brian Head resort offers great skiing and snowboarding in legendary Utah powder- an average of over 400 inches per year. The resort also offers a tubing park and areas for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and sledding. Actually, the hill just behind the condo is a great one for sledding..

Brian Head has 8 lifts and nearly 60 ski trails ranging from beginner to expert on two mountains.

MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES YEAR ROUND: A new interconnect makes it possible to ski all the runs on both mountains without the inconvenience of riding the shuttle as was previously required.

In the summer, the cool 9600 foot altitude offers a wide range of outdoor activities. Long renowned as a mountain biking mecca, Brian Head has some of the best trails in the country and you can catch the main lift to the top with your bike and ride down from 11,000 feet enjoying breathtaking views on the way. There are also miles of hiking and ATV trails as well as several fishing lakes and streams in the immediate area. Cedar Breaks National Park is 10 minutes away and Zion and Bryce Canyon are also in driving distance. In Cedar City, a 30 minute drive down the mountain, you ll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and the Shakespearean Festival at Dixie College (summer and fall).

The condo has been updated and was very clean. Super convenient to lifts, restaurants, and general store. Very convenient being on the first floor. However, if you have a family in the condo above you, you may get some foot stomping noise. Overall a very nice place and the most convenient ski in ski out condo I have stayed at.

Right across from Giant steps lift, great sledding hill next to condo, first floor easy access for ski in and out and easy access from covered parking. Had a locker for ski equipment, kitchen stocked w everything I needed to make a thanksgiving dinner and condo stocked w supplies to make a fire. Very clean comfortable beds, cozy couches. Bought groceries in cedar city, kids enjoyed the game room and dvds and puzzles and games in the room. Didn’t need to go anywhere, just ski, sled, and hang out in the condo, great views. We loved our stay here, it’s perfect distance to the lodge/restaurants, tubing hill and lifts. Everything is just a short short walk away. And being on the first floor end is a bonus. You’re also literally steps from your vehicle downstairs. Everything was great, can’t wait to come back!!

For ease of access to the lifts for snowboarding, we couldn’t have picked a better unit. The unit was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Owner answered questions quickly. We will be back!

My family and I had a nice ski vacation at this unit. The location was walking distance to the Giant Steps lifts. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. All modern appliances and well appointed for a vacation stay. Will look forward to staying again at this unit.

Great location, right on the mountain with a view of the tubing hill. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It did smell a little musty when we first arrived, but once we got the heaters going, it went away. Dishes were a little dusty, but we just rinsed them first. Sleds were on the deck, which we didn’t see right away, so we added 2 more to the pile. Great family vacation and the condo was perfect for our 2 boys and 3 adults. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the rental for 4nights 5 days. It had all the items we needed for a great stay. When dealing with the owner he was great and gave great service on getting us in and out of the retail. We have now have some great memories Brian head and look forward to staying here again. Sorry from our side we did load the dish washer on the last day but forgot to press the start button when leaving. Would recommended this retail.

Everything was comfortable and clean and amenities were plenty. We had enough of all we needed for our family of 5. Plenty of towels, to, paper towels, trash bags & the owner also included big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Check in/out instructions were clear. Location was Amazing!!! We’ll definitely be back.

We loved this location and the cozy condo. It worked great for our group (4 adults and 2 kids). It was so fun to “ski in” to this unit (though it was a little tricky for our less advanced skiers in the group.) The parking garage was low clearance - but still fit our Toyota Tundra (just wish we’d taken the roof bin off our other car!). Thanks for the great stay!

My family and I loved our stay here. The snow was amazing and the location of the condo is as it shows. All super convenient. However, the game room, sauna and hot tub were all closed due to COVID-19. The issue is that this was not mentioned in the listing. My kids were very disappointed when we got there and found out. In fact, one of my boys checked every day of our stay, because he was so hoping for the game room to be open. We really just wish we had known of the closure beforehand. It was the only negative of our trip, and no one wants to disappoint their kids on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. Nice upgrades and the unit is close to Brian Head Resort. My only complaint would be that, because so many condos were burning firewood in their fireplaces, I couldn't sleep with the windows open. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here during the winter.
