Equipment designed to accommodate a baby or young children: travel cot - duvet - duvet cover - changing cushion - chair adaptable to adult chair - WC seat adapter on 2 levels. Wooden security barriers at the bottom and top of the duplex interior staircase.

Rental includes: bed linen - bathroom linen - kitchen linen (tea towels and hand towel). the beds are made up for your arrival.
A hygiene basket is offered to you with a roll of paper towel type, toilet paper, a sponge, products for dishwashers and washing machines, garbage bags.
A basket with regional products is also offered. The products vary according to the seasons.

The tourist tax which amounts to 2.00 € per person over the age of 18 and per day is payable in addition, when paying the balance of the rental. We then pass it on to the local tax administration.

Level 0 of the house: house access door secured by locks at several points. Access code in the house given to you on your arrival.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is situated in a traditional alpine village and is full of charcter. The taller members of our group adapted to the low beams in the upstairs rooms! There is easy access to the Frejus lift. The apartment was warm and very well-equipped. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this property.

Superbe location décorée avec beaucoup de goût, rien ne manque sauf une pelle à neige pour dégager les voitures et le Wifi qui n’a pas fonctionné mais nous avons survécu sans 😉�L’appartement est très bien placé pour accéder aux pistes en prenant la petite rue qui monte légèrement à gauche en sortant de la maison, on traverse le pont , on suit les traces et on est sur les pistes . Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement qui a aussi une superbe vue.

We had a great time in this property. The communication from owners, and Sofia on the resort was outstanding. They helped accommodate us leaving baggage on site pre-check in time which was much appreciated. Great location with minimal distance to get onto slopes in the morning.

Une magnifique corbeille de bienvenue nos attendait avec des produits régionaux. Quel bel accueil ! Sur le site internet, nous avions déjà été séduits par ce gite qui nous paraissait très intéressant. La réalité a dépassé nos expectatives, tant nous avons apprécié le confort et l’équipement de qualité proposé. Déjà la localisation est parfaite pour rejoindre les pistes à pied et l’exposition de la terrasse exceptionnelle pour profiter du soleil de son lever à son coucher. Rarement nous avons été dans un gite aussi beau et bien pensé. Bien sûr, nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de profiter de tout ce qui était à notre disposition, mais cela avait un côté rassurant de savoir que de nombreux « cas où » étaient anticipés. Nous tenons vraiment à remercier les propriétaires de nous avoir accordé leur confiance en nous louant ce gite avec des équipements d’une telle qualité (linge de maison, vaisselle…) et de nous avoir ainsi permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances de ski. Nous avons tellement apprécié ce gite que nous serions enchantés d’y passer nos prochaines vacances d’hiver.

Très bon séjour en famille et entre amis

L'appartement est super équipé : grille-pain, raclette, caquelon à fondue, cocottes poêles et casseroles en tout genre... Rien ne manque ! Il est également super bien placé : au calme dans le charmant village du Bez mais proche des pistes et des services. Parking public très pratique à l'entrée du village avec plein de places. Appart baigné de soleil. Seuls petits bémols sans importance : placard à skis un peu petit quand on a du matos, commandes d'éclairage un peu compliquées, attention à ne pas cogner la tête dans les pièces de l'étage et la personne sur place pas vraiment claire ni motivée pour le ménage (tant pis on l'a fait nous même). Pour accéder aux pistes : ne pas descendre vers les parkings mais rester à niveau sur la petite route, faire 100m à pied et rejoindre un petit pont en bois. On chausse et hop direct sur les pistes. Pour rejoindre le petit pont depuis les pistes, on prend la fin de la piste verte de Fréjus qui passe au dessus du village qu'on quitte juste après le passage par dessus le ruisseau. 100m de descente facile à gauche et on déchausse sur la petite route. Serre Che est une station très variée : bleu et rouge sympas pour les moins bons, des passages dans les arbres aux grands espaces d'altitude en passant par des petits goulets et gros hors-pistes très accessibles pour les experts !! Le restau du village de Fréjus est très joli, serveurs très agréables et prix normaux pour un restau d'altitude. Serre Che permet également de faire plein d'autres activités : piscine inox à débordement quasi neuve, ciné rétro mais avec bonne programmation, ski de fond, bains à Monétier... A noter le spectacle du jeudi soir qui a bien aux enfants, petits et grands : big air, démonstration de skis rétro, feu d'artifice et musique. Le grand jeu ! On s'est régalé cette semaine !

Très belle location Chalet spacieux, bien aménagé et extrêmement bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge, lave-linge, ustensiles de cuisine… ), et bien situé (à 5 min des pistes) – parking à proximité Propreté impeccable , contact sur place très disponible pour toute demande. Les enfants sont les bienvenus : équipement bébé (chaise haute, matelas à langer, réducteur, rehausseur, lit…), il y a même des jouets et une veilleuse Les propriétaires sont très réactifs aux demandes par mail, et partagent de nombreuses infos sur la station Bref, pas de mauvaise surprise. Nous y re séjournerons avec plaisir !
