About this house rental

Welcome to the Capitol Hill House. Ideal for corporate rentals, contractors or families. This beautiful 2700 sq ft. home is on the end of private drive off a cul de sac. Quick 15 minutes to the Pearl, PCC Sylvania, downtown or the Moda Center. Close to OHSU and Multnomah Village. 10 miles to NIKE Headquarters. Located in West Portland Park. It's a 2 minute drive to I-5 (Capitol Highway Exit) so getting anywhere is quick and easy.

This updated 5 bedroom and 2.5 bath has new beds, bedding, linens, pillows. Immaculate and light filled with all amenities you would expect from a high end property. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices and teas. There is a dining area and an office space. Access to the 2 car garage with an opener is included. Washer and dryer. The house has central air conditioning and central heat.

There is a Smart HD TV on the main level. The master bedroom and the king bedroom also have Smart TVs. Comcast provides the highest tier internet at 1 Gig download speeds.

On the main level there is a bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin bed, dining area, living room, office, laundry room, kitchen and half bath.

On the upper level there is a master bedroom with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a separate deep soaking tub and walkin shower.
Down the hall there are 3 additional bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and one with a king bed. Total of 5 beds upstairs. There is a full bathroom off the hallway. (Total of 2 full bathrooms upstairs).

Located in SW Portland, within the city limits. Close to everything Portland but in a quiet neighborhood. Only one neighbor. The other 3 sides are a forest. Situated on a hillside with a creek running thru the backyard. There is a balcony/deck on the main level overlooking the creek. There is an outside patio dining set.

The home has outside video surveillance and a digital keyless entry. Parking includes the 2 car garage.

The owner of this property is highly allergic to animals. You may not have an animal of any kind on this property.
Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals:

Faking a SA is not a victimless crime. Bringing your pet into spaces illegally has far-reaching ramifications that you can’t always see. Help protect disabled people’s lives. If a house isn’t pet-friendly leave your pet at home.

This is a NO PARTY house. Only registered guests are allowed to use this property. The City of Portland requires the names and addresses of all guests staying at the house. They also require the license plate and model of any vehicles including rentals. You are required to provide the names and addresses before access instructions are released. Pictures of any vehicles can be sent after arrival.

Smoking and Vaping outside only. Take a stroll down the private road to partake of any smoking activity. Please do not use the outside deck to smoke as it travels to the downstairs unit. Above all - remember you are surrounded by trees and vegetation - do NOT FLICK YOUR BUTTS!

You must be over 25 to reserve, have a valid photo ID which must match the credit card used to reserve. We will ask for your ID upon arrival.

Quiet time per the City of Portland is 10 pm. Please move inside after 10 pm with the doors and windows closed.

House is deemed acceptable 30 minutes after arrival. We address any concerns in a timely manner. We may access the dwelling for any maintenance issue and access cannot be denied. We do not issue refunds.

We are not responsible for any amenity limitations outside our control. This includes power, gas, cable or internet interruptions from outside sources.

Portland was built on anthills and this home sits on the edge of a forest. Pest control is performed on a regular basis and we cannot guarantee a bug free house. Please close the doors and do not leave food and drinks out in the open.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel interruption insurance. Our cancellation policy is no refunds. We do not provide any refunds for extenuating circumstances. We will provide any requested information to your travel insurance provider to expedite your claim.

Great communication with the property manager. All descriptions were accurate. Close to Lewis & Clark College and PDX only 30 minutes away.

Great house for our family
Great house for our family
We had 10 people in the house and other than a little shuffling for arranging shower times it was great with plenty of room. There is not a big enough dining room table for everyone but some of us are at the bar right next to it and felt plenty part of the group. The host was amazing and responsive throughout our stay.

We had a terrific experience! Loretta was a great host with great communication skills and quick responses. The house had plenty of room for our large group and it was a great location to get to various places in the Portland area. The house had plenty of linens and kitchen supplies needed for cooking and eating. We highly recommend staying here!
