The living area, kitchen, and dining room are surrounded with mounted Marlins, Sail Fish, and many other off shore fish. The room also offers relaxing furnishings in front of the home theater system, complete with surround sound and custom bookcases.

The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, and an 8 foot, hand carved, glass mural. The breakfast bar adjoins the dining area, that provides seating for six.
