About this apartment rental

Our renovation is complete and WOW! Mostly everything in the apartment is new/nearly new. This light and airy space welcomes you with bleached oak plank tiles, fresh white paint, beautiful new bathroom and comfy coastal bedroom equipped with Plush King Mattress. New TV's, 55" in bedroom, 65" in living room. New stackable washer/dryer in bedroom for your convenience. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, everything you need for your stay. Beach umbrella and 2 chairs provided for your use. Just bring your toothbrush & clothes! Our building is a private and hidden space with only 8 units. Lush landscapes and palms surrounds you. There is a grill in the courtyard patio for all to share as well as a table and benches.

Relax and unwind on the turquoise beach just steps away. Or If you're feeling bold, you can rent surfboards, kayaks, & paddle boards right on the beach. Happy hour, amazing food, cocktails, and art galleries are just a 5 minute walk on Atlantic Avenue. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding your stay. We came to Delray Beach to visit our son. His apartment was about a 10 minute drive from our rental. We were a short walk from a beautiful beach as well as a nice shopping district. We found the rental to be clean, in good condition, well furnished, and attractive.

Perfect location, quiet, yet close to A1A, Atlantic Ave., and the ocean. Has everything needed, and having a washer and dryer is SUCH a BONUS. Wonderful communication with the owner.

The 1-bedroom unit is beautifully appointed by the interior designer owner and is perfect for a working month in Delray Beach. There is a comfortable landscaped courtyard with a dining area and barbeque at the entrance and a private outdoor seating area off the bedroom. Less than a block from the beach, the location is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and kayaking (one beach over). The area has plenty of affordable golf courses, convenience stores and restaurants with great happy hours. This is the perfect location for a winter getaway.

The condo is clean, comfortable and well set up. The location simply cannot be beat, steps to the beach but in a quiet compound. I was there over a holiday too and it was peaceful as can be. Perfect attentive host, great stay. Highly recommended

This is an exceptional property in every way. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and it is maintained perfectly and is pristinely clean. And - only a block from the beach. Added bonus - the hosts are so friendly and communicate really well. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This lovely one bedroom condo is in a fabulous location -- walking distance to beach and Atlantic Ave. The photos are accurate and the condo is very well appointed with everything you would need for a very luxurious stay. Deborah and her husband were so helpful and available immediately in responding to our questions. We will absolutely stay here again. We have rented many condos in Delray over the years and this is by far our favorite.

This property was everything we'd hoped for and more. It was a brief walk to the beach or the town. Everything was perfect, from the top-grade finishes to the exceptional cleanliness of this apartment. Deborah was welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We had a great stay, very clean and close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Delray Freebee shuttle is available down the street. Very responsive host...thanks for the recommendations!

Excellent, clean, great location, all appliances and kitchen supplies excellent. Near beach and Atlantic Ave, quiet location. Hosts were very accomodating, friendly, and responsive. Stayed almost 3 months. Unit also had washer, dryer, beach supplies etc. Would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at this property. Deborah, the owner, just finished renovating the condo. It is fresh, very well done and very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything I needed. Such a bonus to have a washer dryer in the unit, and great to have beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. I had lovely new sheets and towels. Deborah and her husband Jim were very accommodating. The location is great! A one minute walk to the beach and just a few blocks to Atlantic Ave. The neighbourhood is pretty and safe for evening walks. I can’t wait to visit Delray Beach again and stay in this wonderful condo.

The condo and location was much more than I expected. Great location for the gorgeous stretch of beach across the street and also very convenient to Atlantic Ave's nightlife. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the condo itself was immaculate and beautiful. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be going back. If you're looking to recharge your batteries, enjoy a great destination with awesome restaurants and a beautiful beach and have all the comforts of home...This is the place!

I enjoyed a week of beaching, shopping, tanning, restaurants (many) only to have the privilege of returning to this condo which has absolutely everything to make your stay complete. The previous 5 star reviews are spot on and well worth the rental fees. The owners are very easy to deal with and very nice (of course- they are from Long Island, NY). If you enjoy the beach and a community with a vibe, you will love this location.

My husband and I stayed at the condo for one week in February 2014. The condo is cute, cozy, very comfortable and very clean! The description and pictures of the condo are right on! The location is perfect, being a very short walk to the beach and short walk to Atlantic Ave., where all the restaurants and shops are. The owner was very nice through the whole rental process. And we did fall in love with Delray Beach and will definitely be back!

I loved my stay at the condo. It felt more like a private cottage with every amenity needed. It was spacious and cheery. It measured up to any 5 star hotel I've stayed in recently in the area. Exceptionally clean and bright. I loved the outside patio areas, especially the one outside the bedroom. It was perfect in the morning, to have a quiet cup of coffee. A 1/2 block to the ocean and restaurants and shops within walking distance, who can ask for anything more. Thank goodness for the condo having its own parking spot because parking is at a premium.

A lovely, little gem! Spotless! The pictures are accurate--beautifully furnished with a modern well-appointed kitchen. Location couldn't be better! We walked to the beach (1 block) and Atlantic Avenue (3 blocks) where we found great restaurants and shops. (Go to Ciao Cafe for a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast or lunch.) We were so busy that we were happy to come "home" and relax either outside in the courtyard or on the comfortable sofa. Friendly, helpful owners. We will return!

The room is very comfortable, good layout, and nice and clean. It's steps from the beach and a few nice restaurants, and a little walk further to the excitement of Atlantic Avenue. Loved my stay.
