Where do I start? We paid way too much for a 2 bed lockoff-that was in disrepair. None of this was shared with us until we checked in-no housekeeping services. No bedspreads. Our beds just had sheets-we had to call for blankets. We were not given anything at check-in. I had to ask for a map of the property. The "Welcome" package was not given to us-I received it when I asked for laundry detergent. Susan the property manager was never in touch with us. I complained at the front desk and didn't receive a call from "management" as I was told. The Covid19 procedures were not explained to us at all. We had to schedule our test appointments on our smart phone in the lobby-which had terrible signal. I kept getting kicked off. I was scheduling 5 people and there was no way to go back to see what I had submitted. I was told by the person at the front desk on the night of June 15th that no one else has had problems maneuvering the website except me. When I asked about how people that do not have smart phones get the appointments scheduled-her reply was "Everyone has smart phones or has someone in their party that has one" , which I highly doubt that. I use my cell phone to conduct business every day-her comments to me were very condescending. After spending an hour trying to get this completed and on the verge of tears she finally took my phone and scheduled the appointments for me. There was no offer to use a computer. Their was no appointment on the day that I needed-so I was told to just show up and they would get me in. All of this was very concerning to me since this was very important for me to get my family back to the states. We finally were tested and told we would get the results within 2 hours by email. We did not get the results, I went back to where we were tested (The Coral) and was told she would email me within the hour. Again I didn't receive the results. So I had to take the bus across the property for the 3rd time and tell the person at the test site that I was not leaving until I received the email. I couldn't get on the property free wifi so they finally gave me the password to their wifi so I could check my email to confirm that I received the results. Then I had to go back to Harborside to get the results printed., she was VERY, VERY helpful-Kelly Kadejah was her name. The lack of communication about this very important process was very stressful-plus the condition of the condo was deplorable considering what we paid. NEVER AGAIN.

When I asked the owner a question about the hotel or what they had available, I was told she doesn’t know and to ask the hotel. When I booked I wasn’t told I had no oven or barbecue. There was a water leak in my bathroom from the AC one of the nights and we had to stay up late for them to fix it. I also wasn’t told there would be a charge for extra towels or shampoo or detergent. Our room key had to be changed every time we went in. We had to walk back and forth after every use to get a new key. We were charged for the worst WiFi that really wasn’t at all available. I will not be recommending his property that was over priced.

We had a good time at Harborside. Susan was fabulous and took care of everything - even arranging airport transfers. The room was fabulous with plenty of space, but I really think most people bring families so one side of the lockoff should have 2 doubles instead of a king. They have a hot tub near the pool that we used every evening and it was great! Check in was quick and easy. My only issue with the property was construction that was going on. We encountered several occasions that the path we were using to get to the main resort was blocked to do construction. I understand that improvements are a great thing, but some signage would have gone a long way. Once we learned how best to get around, we enjoyed the rest of our week!

Spring break with wife and three teenage boys. Great trip. Harborside is the way to go! Close enough to walk and enjoy everything at Atlantis and have a quieter place to return to in the evening to relax by pool/hot tub and home cooked meal in villa. Shuttle available every morning to take you to grocery store for supplies. Shuttles also available to ride to Atlantis if you wish. It's great to be able to use your room key where ever you go on the property to charge to your room so you can leave cash/credit cards in room and not have to worry about it. Shops/restaurants between harborside and Atlantis accept room key as well. Would definitely recommend.

The coordinator for this Rental ,Sho Silkes, Did a fabulous job. The transaction was smooth and her communication was excellent. We love the Atlantis Harborside and we were placed in a brand new/newly renovated room. We couldn't be happier. I would definitely use her as a rental contact agent again and stay here again.

Booking with Sho was easy and efficient for our family group of 13. Both the 3 bedroom unit as well as the one bedroom unit were well maintained with the added plus of being beside each other. Harbourside is a wonderful place to stay at with staff very friendly and helpful as well as being offsite from Atlantis just far enough for some peaceful down time after a day at the park.

We booked a two bedroom condo on the forth floor overlooking the pool and it had a small view of the ocean. The room was extremely clean and the room looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The Aruba Marriott Surf Club was awesome. To book the room was extremely easy with Sho. All transactions were easy. I would recommend her services in booking your vacation. I will use her again.

We had a wonderful time in Atlantis thanks to Sho. She found us a great place to stay on the property at a very reasonable price. She also recommended places to eat and even gave us the name of a person who would pick us up at the airport. He was excellent and checked in with us from time to time to make sure everyone was ok. I would highly recommend Sho as she was professional and very knowledgable. We will definitely call her for our next trip!

This is a great way to do Atlantis if you are a family or will be staying for a while. We were torn between a nice villa for the 4 of us out on cable beach and getting rooms at atlantis so we could do the activities there. Shoshana offered her villa for much less than the hotel and it was the same as if we'd gotten it from Atlantis. We were well treated and enjoyed all the property amenities and activities, but also cooked some great meals in the kitchen and watched movies on the DVD player. Shoshana was very professional and responsive and I would definitely work with her again. My criticisms have to do with the villa itself, they are not meticulously maintained on the common grounds, security is loose, and only wired Internet is offered in the rooms

Our stay at Harborside was amazing. The accomodations were spacious and clean. The service was always with a smile. The staff was very friendly. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family for kids of all ages.

I stayed here with my husband and two teenage kids. The condo was very comfortable, and having a full kitchen was great. Spacious bathrooms, comfy beds, good storage space for clothing. The owner was very responsive and represented the terms accurately. Access to all Atlantis free facilities is included with this property. Harborside is a ten minute walk away from the Atlantis, but the walk was pleasant, and the shuttle service ran quite often. It's a great option for families or people who don't want to rely on restaurants for all their meals. Would definitely return!

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. We rented a one bedroom premium that had plenty of space, a nice eat in kitchen. A large bathroom with jacuzzi. The oven was a convention oven but worked just as well as a regular oven. The walk to the main parts of Atlantis was very quick and there was a shuttle from our building whenever we needed it. The kids had a blast! Definitely recommend!

Just got back from a great trip to Atlantis. Booking through Shoshana was easy and fast to work with, she was very honest and was open to lots of questions - would definitely recommend booking with her to friends, and for ourselves if we return to Atlantis.
Trip overall was fun - we have 3 kids 5, 8 and 11. the 8 & 11 year old could do everything and loved all the slides, my 5 year old, who is tall for her age was just abt 2 inches shy from the limit on most of the slides - it probably wouldn't have been such a big issue if they hadn't closed the kids pool complex for an overhaul while we were there - the result was often hearing from her that she didn't know what to do or was bored (NOT what you want to hear on vaca). There was great staff who did arts and crafts and games at different locations throughout the day - she LOVED that, but as i said was just a few times a day so it did leave a fair amt of time where all she could do is swim in the pool or go on the rapid river (which she also LOVED). The pool at Harborside was also closed for renovation the week we were there, another pain. It would have been great to have the heads up that those 2 major elements where going to be closed - i guess i would recommend confirming if there will be any closures that may effect your trip before booking. Otehr than those 2 bummers, i would definitely recommend the trip especially for those with kids 6+ and over. my kids are hoping we return soon.

Our vacation in Atlantis was fantastic. Atlantis is truly a remarkable place and my family really enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Our condo in Harborside was fantastic as well, conveniently located, but it was also great to have kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, and the space that a room in the main hotel would not have provided. I would highly recommend Atlantis and Harborside in particular.

We spent Dec. 23-29 at the Harborside Resort in a premium unit and it was a wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday. It was a pleasure to work with Shoshana to reserve our accommodations. She replied immediately to my request for information and answered all our questions either via email or phone call. It was nice to have the personal touch rather than just booking through a website, especially for a big trip like this one. The Harborside was the perfect place for us to stay with our 3 teenage boys. Having a kitchen was very nice – we ate breakfast in the unit almost every day. The unit was very spacious, quiet, clean, and the bathroom was huge! It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the unit and being able to do laundry. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The proximity to the rest of Atlantis was great – it was a short walk or shuttle ride to the water park, pools and beach. There was virtually no wait for the shuttles, seemed like one always showed up when we needed it and the drivers were so pleasant and fun! We would definitely consider going back and it is nice to know that we can count on Shoshana to help us with future plans.

My two daughters ages 14 and 17 and I stayed in a premium villa 11/17/12-11/24/12. The condo was clean, well appointed, quiet and extremely comfortable. Atlantis proper can be quite chaotic so it was nice to have full access to Atlantis but a very peacfull condo to escape to after long fun days. We took advantage of the grocery store shuttle and ended up using the well appointed kitchen to prepare many meals. This saved us lot's of $ as resturant food can get fairly expensive at the Atlantis complex.The girls enjoyed the 14-17 Club "Crush", it gave me some time to gamble while they were getting their "dance" on. Atlantis and the Bahamas are very safe, the locals were all extremely helpful and pleasant. We felt very safe at all times, day or night. Go for it, you wont regret it! Shoshana was great to work with. Reservations, check-in and out all went smooth as silk! You will not run out of fun things to do..or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Bahamas....

This was truly a great way to experience the Atlantis resort for our first time. Shoshana was fabulous in arranging for the accommodations. Extremely responsive via email and cell phone calls while away and during the holidays. She provided answers to all our questions and followed up continuously. I would definitely book with her again. The staff at Harborside was great. The room was nicely appointed and clean. There is no wifi in the room, only at the lobby or by the pool areas of the resort. An ethernet cable is available in the room so plan accordingly.

What a GREAT Vacation!!! Everything was smooth and perfect.
Shoshana was truly a pleasure as she was honest and professional. I am very cautious person by nature, but she made me feel very comfortable with a professional contract and a very quick reservation conformation in our name. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns and we never had a difficult time reaching her which adds to our confidence in the process and transaction. USE HER!!!!!
We traveled with a 9 month old, a 27 month old and my parents who where in their 80's. Harborside had convenient shuttles to Atlantis where we spent most of our days. We had rented a car which made it very easy to fill our condo with food for breakfast and lunch from the many grocery stores in town and allowed us to explore the off property dining options for dinner. We did underestimate the amount of food to buy from the grocery store and that the resort provided laundry detergent and dish soap which we bought. The resort we very clean and well maintained and the staff was very very helpful and polite. I would recommend using the concierge available at Harborside for your dinner reservations.
We really would not change a thing about the trip and have already contacted Shoshana to return next year!!!

Our unit was very clean and plenty of room for a family of 4. Having a kitchen is very nice for our lazy mornings and having TV with video's made for great relaxing movie nights. Our unit was quiet with great views, a great location to the shuttle and walking to the stores. Anthony's was a great inexpensive place for dinner and take out. The local grocery store had our breakfast supplies and evening snacks. If you can take a cab out one night, try to make it out to the local "Fish Fry" for dinner one evening. I would highly recommend staying at the Harborside and renting this unit. We had a fantastic stay.

Everybody was extremely nice and friendly at this property. Our requests for a waterview unit with a balcony were accommodated. It was great, too, as we ended spending more time in our room than planned due to both of us coming down with the flu. It was a good thing we stopped for groceries on the way to the unit from the airport, as we ended up using the kitchen more than we intended. The pool onsite was great as well. Hardly anyone using it when we were there. Easy access to off property restaurants and ferry to Nassau. An economical and nice alternative to staying on the Atlantis property and all that it has to offer.
