A lovely friendly welcome, convenient parking, delicious breakfast, pleasant room in a great location.We had a good evening meal in a lovely dining room with excellent service at the White Bear, and very good fish and chips at the Black Swan, both within walking distance.

Very comfortable and welcoming B&B in an excellent location.

Located right in Masham within easy walking distance of several excellent pubs / hotels / inns for food. Right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park so lots of walking and cycling opportunities as well as lovely scenery. Our room was very comfortable tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent bathroom with large bath and separate shower. We were made very welcome. We were able to park our car in the secure parking area behind the house which was a bonus because parking nearby is limited. Breakfast was excellent too. Altogether an excellent place to stay.

I would have preferred a normal flexible shower instead of the fixed waterfall shower. The shutters on the window wouldn't stay closed of their own accord.

Perfect location right in the centre. Easy to find street parking. Room was lovely, clean and well maintained. Bathroom was a such a bonus, roll top bath and waterfall shower. Host was super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choice including vegetarian options.

Masham is a great base to explore from and to enjoy for itself, and this property was perfect for us

Everything. Jude and Chris were lovely, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and lovely. Great that had a choice of bath or shower in the bathroom. Choosing breakfast each day for the next morning was good as you could have different things each day

Jude was a wonderful host, friendly and attentive with lots of local knowledge. The rooms and house is decorated to a very high standard with great facilities. The location was perfect for us. Breakfast options extensive, and food was lovely.

Very enjoyable and great location just around the corner from the square in Masham.

Excellent breakfast more than enough to eat and the food is very good quality and really good even down to the toast and butter and jam.

Nothing everything was good there I can’t think of anything to complain about.
