Situated overlooking beautiful Bristol Harbor in this historic seaside port, this two-bedroom guest suite is on the third* floor of a stately 1805 brick Federal home, with commanding views of the harbor and all Bristol has to offer right outside the door.
Founded in 1680, Bristol has a fascinating history and a wonderful spirit that continues today.
Best known for hosting the oldest continuously-held 4th of July celebration, Bristol features a beautifully preserved and maintained historic district, wonderful shops and restaurants, easy access to the waterfront and numerous public parks.
*Please note, due to location, apartment unfortunately not ideal for guests who cannot climb stairs.

We had a blast staying here. It was so much more fun than staying at the hotel down the road we usually do. We were in town to visit some family. we loved waking up and walking across the st to enjoy our coffee at the park. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

We came to Rhode Island for a family trip and stayed in this lovely rental. Christy was very conscientious in making sure our stay was perfect. The loft was very clean and the perfect size!

Loved our short stay. Place has a lot of character, comfortable beds and plenty of dishes, glasses, and coffee. Really appreciated them also supplying creamer for coffee. Also, can’t beat location or view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment in historic downtown Bristol. The location can’t be beat - walking distance to restaurants and shops on Thames and Hope Streets. Christy was super helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations during our stay.

This was our second trip to this place and it was every bit as enjoyable as our first visit. It is so convenient to all that downtown Bristol has to offer which allows us to walk to all the restaurants and shops. We are already planning our next stay to attend an exhibition at the nearby Newport Museum of Art.

Comfortable, delightful experience for a getaway/reunion weekend. Directions and instructions were perfect, apartment was exactly as promised. Loved the ample space and the coziness, so many windows and so much light. Enjoyed the kitchen space to prepare meals and treats. Owner was a delight. Easily walkable to cute downtown. Quiet at night.

Our stay here was great! It was an easy check in process and the apartment was excellent. Exactly what the pictures showed and very roomy. It was the perfect location to downtown Bristol; walking distance to the main shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and the convenience to town. Excellent communication with the host. Everything was well thought out from the coffee, cream and sugar to the down comforters on the bed and flufffy towels. Pretty views of the ferry landing to Prudence Island, less than a 10 minute walk to many excellent restaurants and shops. Two car parking a nice to have. Clean and comfortable, we will definitely be booking again.

The location cannot be beat! As a former resident of Bristol, it was great to walk to our favorite restaurants and take in the many community events that Bristol has to offer.

The apartment was cozy and spacious. Everything at your convenience from the utensils to shops and restaurants. If we are to revisit Rhode Island, we will choose this apartment easily.

We rented this 2 (huge) bedroom apartment for its proximity to downtown Bristol, the harbor, walking distance to restaurants. It was perfect. Everything we needed. Off-street parking was a plus. It was hot when we stayed so the central air conditioning was sweet. Everything is updated - the bathroom is huge. Our host was accessible and there if we need anything. The apartment is in a historic house which made our stay memorable. Our favorite place to eat was Leo's, just a few minute walk. A quiet neighborhood - perfect for early morning walks. At least 3 coffee places to stop at while out walking too.

We had a great stay in Bristol. The location is perfect for walking around and there is a bike rental shop nearby if you want to check out the bike path. We would love to stay again sometime.

Wy wife and I were visiting friends in Bristol and attending the "Frosty Bash" at the Herreshoff Museum. We wanted to be in town and close to the water. This met all of our criteria. Walking distance to all restaurant's, shops, etc., as well the waterfront. The property itself is large, with full kitchen, two bedrooms and living room. All tastefully done and very comfortable. Host was very friendly and access was easy. All in all, we had had a great time visiting Bristol, which included our stay at this VRBO.

Location is great! This 3rd floor apartment is right across from the water and a small kids park (bonus for us!) we walked to dinner a block away to Aidens Pub. If it weren’t for the rain we would have walked to more shops down the road. It’s great this comes with a spot or 2 for driveway parking. As long as you don’t mind going up the flights of stairs it’s a perfect spot.
The place itself was clean, well stocked, and I loved the kitchen is open to the living room only divided by a breakfast nook. Had everything we needed like stove, fridge, tv with YouTubeTv & Netflix (our own login).
I definitely recommend this place at 5 stars. The only comments I’d like to make for future travelers is if you are a light sleeper in the morning- bring something to cover the windows because the curtains are not light blocking. We hung some blankets and towels over them so we (and our toddler) could sleep in a little. Such a good stay and nice owners!

The property was in a perfect spot. Close to downtown and the waterfront. Private off street parking. Christy and Dean were amazing, even helped with out bags. It is up a couple of flights of stairs, so maybe not mobility friendly. It was cozy and comfy, would definitely stay again.

2 bedroom "apartment" on third floor walk-up of beautiful, antique home with views of the water/ferry dock.
Located within easy walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars, Colt State Park, and the bike path. Bristol is beautiful - many old homes, lots to do, and great walking.
Comfortable beds, quiet, responsive/easy-going hosts, easy parking, great location;
Some minor suggestions: TV is very small; kitchenware (pots and pans) a little worn out and could use some more pans/bread knife - (this won't matter as much if you don't plan to cook. We were there for a month and did end up cooking quite a bit); a clothes dresser or two would be great.

This apartment is very old but super clean very quiet, private, well heated (it’s cold outside), freshly painted, nicely furnished. It is a three story walk-up but we are ok with that…keeps us young.

Location is perfect, on the harbor and a short walk to all that Bristol has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable and bright. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Prospective guests should be aware that there is a climb to the third floor and with the property being a historic house, there is no dishwasher and only a small TV; however, none of that took away from our very enjoyable stay. The bathroom is spacious and the heating system was excellent. Highly recommended - we will be back!
