This lovely villa, remodeled October 2015, is on the second level above the grassy bluff looking out over the cove and more. Enjoy full ocean views from every room except the second bedroom and bath. French doors open onto the spacious balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Just a few of the many great features include limestone tile flooring and countertops, a 52 inch flat panel TV and wood burning fireplace in the living room, a 26 inch flat panel TV in each bedroom, and a second private balcony off the dining area for barbecuing. The villa comfortably sleeps two couples, plus there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, if needed. Another bonus is that this villa may be accessed without using the 8 exterior steps by using the walkway at the other end of building and walking through the interior corridor to Villa 68. A total of 977 sq. ft. H1068 | | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). -- This property is located in a residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. We had a great time with beautiful views from 10-68. The grandkids loved that we had a golf cart to get around the island. Hamilton Cove has great amenities like the pool and jacuzzi, clean and well maintained. The amenities at our condo were well maintained and the decor was beautiful; the beds very comfortable!

I loved everything about this unit except the mattress in both rooms were so bad that we couldn’t sleep good. If they can have new mattress, it will be a five star! The CIVR office people didn’t have good customer service.

This is a great unit with a fantastic view. You can’t go wrong, subject to the following: (1) the master bed squeaks a lot (just rolling over it squeaks); (2) the unit had a bad smell coming from the garbage disposal area - we did everything we could to fix the smell over 4 nights, but it still smelled when we left, I think as the season goes on it will be fine. (3) The golf cart is on its last legs. When renting in Hamilton Cove, a reliable golf cart is a must. The unit’s golf cart literally had to be pushed with my foot to get going (push the gas and the engine clutch wouldn’t engage) and had terrible rattles and noises coming from the engine compartment. It got to a point we just used a different golf cart since we had family staying in other units. I told the vacation rental managers this and they didn’t seem surprised and seemed to know it’s a problem. We will rent this unit again and you should to, but only if the golf cart is refurbished or replaced. I will certainly verify that before renting again.

Great villa, easy check in / check out. Taxi driver called for us by Oranj Palm was great. Golf cart was a little older but did it’s job well. Overall a great relaxing experience.

We shared this villa with another couple and had a wonderful time in beautiful Catalina! The location of this unit is perhaps the best in Hamilton Cove. A few notables for future guests: There were no (0) clothes hangers in the unit. Housekeeping had forgotten to empty the bathroom trash and unfortunately the contents were in full view on arrival and disgusting. Master shower had mold growing in it. Golf cart had only one functional headlight and was in pretty poor shape.

Best location ever. Kitchen needed help. Update and have more selection If pots, dishes etc. Loved sleeping close to the water. We will be back.
