A 90-sq.m, newly renovated, single storey house presents a main living area with a lounge area with a TV and a dining room opening on the kitchen. The kitchen offers an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge freezer. The master bedroom has a 140-cm double bed and an en suite bathroom with WC. Two other rooms — one with two twin beds and one with a 140-cm double bed — share a bathroom. There is a separate toilet. The laundry room features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a freezer. The barbecue area boasts a stone table. There is a shaded terrace by the swimming pool.

This is a location to rest, to reconnect with yourself and your beloved ones, or simply to visit the Luberon, as it is strategically located. The exteriors of the house are simply amazing. I would have stayed another X weeks (so probably would come back somewhen). Definetely recommended.

Je recommande cette adresse, l’accueil de Jean Louis est parfait, la maison totalement conforme aux photos de l’annonce et très bien équipée. Parfaitement propre, linge fourni et à noter: maison naturellement fraîche pourtant nous y avons séjourné pendant une période caniculaire Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Dès notre arrivée la beauté des lieux nous a ébahis ! La villa est parfaitement intégrée à ce hameau chargé d'histoire. Après avoir été chaleureusement et rapidement accueillis par Jean-Louis, nous avons pu disposer de la villa. Chaque espace est très joli et spacieux. On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur le jardin pendant la baignade. Les propriétaires habitent une villa voisine, chaque espace est délimité et il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Merci encore aux hôtes de partager ce lieux.

Très bel endroit à proximité de Apt. Nous avons passé un super weekend en famille dans la maison de Jean Louis. Tout est prévu pour passer des vacances heureuses et tranquilles . Maison chaleureuse, jardin immense et très beau, petite piscine rafraîchissante, des salons extérieurs à l'ombre des arbres, un grand barbecue..... Un bijou !

Wonderful house in the country

We stayed for 5 nights in this amazing house in the Luberon, just south of Apt. It really is in an oak forest and there areolive trees nearby. It is very modern inside but cozy and with everything you need. It has a lovely pool but we didn't use it since it was October. Since it is in the country, you will probably need SatNav or contact the host for specific directions. It is close to all the neat villages in the Luberon. Highly recommend!

La maison est très confortable et spacieuse, l'extérieur est parfait: bbq, grande table, jeu de boule, on peut se garer...les balades autours sont nombreuses. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la propriété. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison et les équipements nous ont permis de nous sortir confortables dès notre arrivée. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et aussi des environs. Vincent nous a très bien accueilli et a été disponible lors du séjour.

Très agréable maison, parfaitement agencée et équipée. Extérieurs magnifiques sous les chênes, très agréables pour dîner et profiter du beau temps. La maison est située sur les hauteurs d'Apt, dans un calme absolu. Propriétaire charmant, attentionné tout en étant très discret. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille !

Haus optisch sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Pool klein, aber hat seinen Zweck voll erfüllt, trotz Hitze immer schön kühl. Geniale Abendstimmung am Pool, ein beweglicher Tisch wäre sinnvoll, um abends dort essen zu können. Der fixierte Betontisch ist für Frühstück und Schatten am Nachmittag gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Leider stimmt Markierung auf Webseite nicht! Haus befindet sich nicht an D113, sondern an D114. Somit statt 1 km nun 3,2 km relativ steil bergab in den Ort. War für uns ein Kriterium, zu Fuß zum Bäcker oder ins Restaurant zu gehen, das war somit nicht gegeben! Korrekte Lage: B 43°51`38`` und L 05°23`48``. Sehr freundlicher unkomplizierter Vermieter

Wohlfühlen für die ganze Familie

An diesem ruhigen und wunderschönen Ort haben wir mit unseren vier großen Kindern (12-22 Jahre) sehr friedvoll und entspannt unsere Ferien verbracht. Wir konnten schöne Ausflüge machen, Geburtstag feiern, zusammen kochen, baden, spielen oder jeder für sich "chillen". Das Haus ist sehr geschickt aufgeteilt, modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken unseren Gastgebern für diese 12 perfekten Tage!

Umgebende Region traumhaft für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber. Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter.

Cette petite maison pleine de charme, retirée sur les hauteurs d'Apt, nous a tout de suite séduits. Idéalement située loin des bruits de la ville, de beaux murs de pierres, une belle végétation, une source et ses poissons rouges, tout contribue au repos et à la quiétude. La piscine, accolée à une terrasse en pierres, ombragée, permet de se rafraîchir pendant les chaudes journées d'été. L'équipement complet, la décoration simple et de bon goût, permettent de se sentir chez soi dès l'arrivée. Et bien sûr la région......magnifique !!! Nous y reviendrons très certainement.
