enjoyed my stay

bed was comfortable. room was spacious. walking distance from coffee shops and shops. fresh market opposite which I ate from daily! safe and clean area to be in on your own.

pool area did not have much sun. beds around pool horrible and uncomfortable. the “obligatory” $30 dollars you pay on arrival for a breakfast and use of Tesla. I don’t like being sold or pressured into things so I had this removed straight away. it’s quite a boring hotel. almost corporate with nothing cooperate happening. would be nice to hear music or some life.

Central, comfortable and modern facility. We would consider staying again

Location of the property - very central. Hotel is modern and clean. Front desk staff was helpful and the valet parking attendants were excellent.

The unavailability of free self parking on property. There was a situation where what seemed to be a member of the maintenance crew entering the room, while occupied, without knocking or any sort of announcement. Needless to say this lead to an embarrassing situation, while being in the bathroom.

Do not stay here. Found urine in a drawer. Rude managerial staff. Will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone

First room we were assigned to had human urine in one of the nightstand drawers. Staff came up and confirmed it was urine after seeing and smelling it. They asked us if we wanted a new room, and we absolutely did. All they offered us was $150 off the room for our one night stay and told us if we had mentioned it to anyone we would be escorted off the property. we still had to pay after opening up drawers and almost throwing our stuff on humane urine. We had no other options on a place to stay as it was a summer Saturday night in miami. We spent as little time in the room as possible. The assistant general manager also made a comment insinuating that it was me and my boyfriend who used the bathroom in a nightstand drawer. We asked to speak to the GM, but they never showed face or reached out to us.

Definitely stay here again!

The staff was welcoming, attentive, and respectful. These employees made this hotel very pleasant for my short stay. Pool table and bikes were available as was tvs for group watching. Room exceptionally clean!

Elevator seems a little rusty, slow pick up. No view from room other than concrete structure being built.

Great location, clean hotel, nice facilities, but would request a room on a higher floor

The proximity to the water as well as the airport without having to stay in an airport hotel. As part of their amenity package, one free cocktail of the day and access to use their bikes.

The hotel is in a good location but accommodations are very small.

terrible it was expensive building side to stay in.

I would never stay again

I travelled with my children and we have choosen the property because it has good size of pool, gym and a bar. It was impossible to relax as we were surrounded with building noise from all size, the pool was not clean, the sunlounges it was simply a building size and now one was there. The gym was not a gym it was so small it was a home gym. The bar person was unfriendly. Never again

very pleasant

it was clean and new- the beds were very comfortable. the reasons it’s not a 10 are: 1. no safes in the rooms and 2 the junior suite had an empty alcove where a loveseat might have been- but there was no separate seating area at all.

Disappointing

Easy walk to shopping. Will hold luggage.

Way over priced. Bikes had issues, bar drinks were waaay to small for the price, staff was overwhelmed & poolside furniture was very stained & dirty.

overall it was a nice hotel to stay

the location was really good, easy walk to bars/restaurants, staff was really nice and accommodating too. the pool was extremely nice too- we were at it everyday!

the hotel bar had the weirdest hours and was never open. it would be open for breakfast but then close before noon through late afternoon so it was impossible to get a mimosa/drink/snack for the pool- it closed really early too but it looked nice and wish we got the chance to have a drink & app there.
